I've noticed that you get sick quite often.
Did you know that the bacteria in your body have a large effect on whether or not you get sick, and the duration and severity of the sickness?

For many years, she has complained about waking up each day with excess mucus that she has to spit up.
Eating this yogurt each day, has gradually been reducing the mucus she has in the morning.
To the point where it is almost gone now.

You can buy this Shirota strain of bacteria in the form of a fermented drinkable yogurt, called Yakult.

Good bacteria strains grow more easily and spread in the presence of multiple different strains of other good bacteria.
And the same applies to bad bacteria.
They thrive around other different bad bacteria.

Kefir will help you establish multiple strains of good bacteria in your gut.
This may lead to shrinking the population of a bad bacteria that is causing your reoccurring ear infections.
Even if it doesn't, it will still improve your overall health and wellness.
You can buy kefir in most grocery stores, as a fermented drinkable yogurt.
But the bacterial counts are low; just like with Yakult.
So it is best to ferment it into a thick yogurt; which will increase the bacterial count 100 fold.
