If you wanted to begin a venture as a new artist how would one grow to a point you capitalize from your followers? Spaces were already heavily saturated with dog eat dog crab mentality back since 2013 I can't imagine how things are now but at least you had first mover advantage when social media was making its big push on retail. Imageboards are like what forums were 13 years ago, on its death bead growing more irrelevant as days go by so if the traffic and volume is centralized on places like X and Tik Tok the issue is you need to already be big to have motion. It doesn't help when the algorithm works against you when you are new so how do others get big and more importantly how do you profit?
Pay to have big artists that are adjacent to your niche follow you and shill your work. It's all about joining the club and network effect.
>>61527302>It's all about joining the club and network effect.I knew it. They have their little good ol' boy cliques that circlejerk each other just like shitcoin KOLs it's all a charade and what's worse is normies lap it all up.
>>61526330People consider becoming artists if they are already drowning in money, anon. Otherwise I suggest you take a 1 year course on wolves' cock at the furry university because only furry retarded faggots could possibly pay you for a commission art (make a pregnant futanari two headed shewolf cum hands free with her cock nipples) also digital art is hard, maybe it'll take you two weeks of 8hs a day to finish one commision from one of these furfags, and all for what, $10?
>>61527877>Bear trap>Bull trapI see what you did there. I don't mind spending weeks to finish something even if it's $10 I just want to get my feet wet as a new year's resolution. You're suggesting to pander to coomers, do you or anyone else have any experience doing so? How is it like?
>>61526330art is high level.if you cannot figure out how your messageis transmitted through the mediumno one can helpyou
>>61527877More Penboy please
>>61528191The problem is not conveying your ideals through the medium the problem is transmitting your ideals through the empty void since it seems like you're not reaching anybody as a new guy.>>61528222Point in case, he just saw the bulltrap and engaged with the poster you don't see this kind of engagement outside an image board and if you do it's rare.
>>61528225if you can't figure it out, you are not an artistI'm not saying I'm better than you. I am still building my own Opus. But I'm not counting on an algorhytem for success. And I'm certainly not begging others to make my art for me."But my art is just as good as the art of the past!"If that is your point you don't "get" what art is.
>>61528240>>61528225Same poster here, you missed the point I was getting across to you but someone else already explained it anyway ITT. If you want to grow, you need to pay to win it was naive to think that you may grow organically and the same applies in Crypto.
>>61528412nope. You do not understand what art is.Art is special."oh but my statue of a muscular man is better than Mikey's "David" why does no one understand my art?!?!"Art is a struggle against all that has been.If you cant figure it out how to stand out the best you can hope for is to be a Van Gogh.
>>61528433>If you can't figure out how to stand out nobody can help you!>Pay the cabal to engage with your work>Normies see engagement and social proof from guy with big number posting about your art propelled with group think dynamics and herd mentality>You are now an artistSomeone once posted about how you don't make yourself an artist, the audience does and this is what they meant.
