No. Precious metals miners now have more capital and liquidity due to increased demand and they will deploy capital towards increasing company efficiency, buying new properties, equipment, labor, etc. in order to increase mine output. This space is the only place in the market where the pricing dynamics actually make any kind of rational sense.

Basel III regulations effectively made shorting the market more expensive, so now the price action better reflects reality which means now market participants are receiving useful, better, and more accurate information over time.

This will probably be the only industry actually innovating, hiring people, and paying competitive salaries for the next decade.
