you all told me Russia's economy would collapse.

ANYTHING BUT
>>
Only political operatives would of said a nonsense thing like that.
>>
It was pretty obvious that it wasn’t after the first few rounds of sanctions did nothing, and foreigners started dumping us treasuries.
>>
>>61547912
They're rich in natural resources. So even if their economy is ostracized and their fiat is worthless, they can still trade resources as a form of currency.
>>
>>61547946
>natural resources
how's life in the 1800's?
>>
>>61547912
Quit being retarded
Russia's Jewish led Union already collapsed in1990, Europe and USA are in process right now.

Soon after we'll get the one world govenment, you'll own nothing, more deadly nanotech vaccines. The whole shebang you know the deal.
>>
>>61547968
A post this retarded should get you a three day ban, at least. Russia has been trading oil for non sanctioned assets this whole time.
>>
>>61548003
can you imagine saying that natural resources might not be as important as they were in the past?
In a world where the largest economy on earth is based entirely on non-tangible assets? It's fucking absurd to even say. Gosh, anon, you're so smart.
>>
>>61548014
Cope. Your shitty Fedpost didn't hold up. Keep sucking 5 eyes cock if it makes you happy. Just don't be surprised when Hell greets you.
>>
>>61547912
My family is from Russia and it is now just starting to show. With oil prices dumping this year is not gonna be pretty.
Essentially the entire economy is standing on increasingly wobbly legs and people feel more and more hopeless.

You might wake up one day and find out the Russian banking sector has collapsed due to all the shitty loans they are forced to hand out.
>>
>>61547912
they spent the better part of a century without a fucking economy at all, they will manage.
>>
>>61547912
Two more weeks.
>>
their economy is looking pretty FUBAR now that they’ve burned through all reserves and Putin is talking about how people will accept tax increases to “fund the war”, they’ve increased their VAT already
>>
How are they funding their military? This shit is just inflated by corruption
>>
Things like unemployment don't matter in Russia because the meta grinder is always accepting new conscripts.
>>
>>61547946
The price of oil was the only thing that kept them going for this long after 2022. They now need to sell oil for $35 which is below even COVID levels, and their production and exportation is slowly going down from drone attacks.
Unlike US and China, this is the first country I think may experience an awful recession, but after all they’re Russians. It will probably not change their lives that much outside Moscow.

Desire to die in pure agony for a bag of cheetos
>>
>>61548939
The falling oil prices are the biggest hit for them, as Russia has no other way of making substantial amounts of money.
Some Russian economists are comparing current situation to what it was in the 80s (before collapse of USSR).
>>
>>61547912
their economy certainly isn't in a good state, life in russia sucks for the average person

>>

And they still didn't fall out from a window?
>>
>>61549038

>>

how did you type that comment u ignorant retard

>Falling for fake and gay propaganda.

The Russian economy is likely to undergo a downturn in 2026, due to central bank interest rates

High spending by the government from 2022 onwards => ultra-low unemployment => economy overheating => high inflation => central bank increasing interest rates => economy cooling down

However, it's not a big deal in the long term. The economy should rebound when interest rates are brought down again

The retards that run the US State Dept thought that Russia's mineral export economy was as fragile as the finance services economy of the US. Newsflash geniuses, commodities will always be worth spending to somebody. Jew financial services? Not so much.

It’s pretty funny how in the past decade so many countries found oil that OPEC+ lost the ability to control prices.

Russia would’ve easily won within a couple years if the launched their full scale invasion in 2014 instead of just getting crimea and the useless parts of the donbas

>>61549498
That's Brent you mongrel, Russia deals in Urals which is trading around $34-35/bbl
>>
>>61547912
It's struggling hard, but the sanctions aren't total so it's more like a slow stranglehold. Obviously that fag they have for a president will never admit anything is wrong, even when the masses start starving to death. It's on the same trajectory as North Korea, except North Korea was propped up by Russia so things will end even worse.
>>
>>61549716
Not only did he post Brent prices, but prices that aren't adjusted to inflation

Can you name an economy that, in your view, has literally collapsed in a very short period of time?
That kind of thing doesn’t happen ‘just like that’ so it’s a straw-man.
Even in much worse times, there are still workarounds at first, new ideas emerge, machines are still running, and people still have savings. The decline is gradual.
Look at the development of South Africa. It hasn’t collapsed to this day, but over many years it went from a First World country to a Third World one.

Urals price benchmarks haven't been relevant since 2022 because the bulk of Urals trade isn't measured by it

>The price gap for Russia's flagship Urals crude widened by $2 to about $4 per barrel below Brent for December arrival, the widest discount seen in about a year
>The discounts, though less severe than those seen after the initial wave of Western sanctions in 2022, when they stood at around $8 per barrel, reflect mounting pressure on Russian oil revenues

As for ESPO

>Russia's Asia-bound ESPO Blend crude has fallen to a discount against Brent at delivery in Chinese ports for the first time in about a year, as new Western sanctions and a lack of import quotas for Chinese independent refineries curb demand

>Cargoes of ESPO Blend for loading in late November were offered at parity or discounts to ICE Brent, with some deals struck at discounts as deep as $0.50 per barrel, the sources said. Recent bids have weakened further, ranging from $0.50 to $1 per barrel below ICE Brent.

>Cargoes scheduled to load in the first half of November from the Far Eastern port of Kozmino had been sold at premiums of around $1.70 per barrel to ICE Brent on a delivery basis to Chinese ports
