I know we are going to be rich. I know I just have to wait until 2035. It still is annoying that I have to wait this long for something that is this fucking obvious. I get we are in an echo chamber but how are others not seeing this it feels so fucking simple.

And Hyundai battery plants in Georgia?Or saying he would accept wealthy chinese students during trade negotiations with china, which is the same number of chinese students already here? This in 11 months with a judicial that sues the admin every day, and a congress that rather focus on relitigating epstein. >Do you think the economy and monetary system are currently functioning cohesively with a light at the end of the tunnel? I'm tempted to buy this just because of the anguish I've seen linkies go through over the last 7 years. Surely this amount of suffering is proof there's blood in the streets. This shitcoin even actually have utility or is it all a meme?

>>615484281. people driving to and from a stuffy office every day leaves them with less time and personal space to be productive2. chainlink is very successfully producing infrastructure that will get used in the near future, and may become so much as the most valuable crypto for it
The amount of blatant FUD and obvious false flagging in this thread is really making me want to just dump 1k into some stinky linkies and I never bought this shit before and I barely know the first thing about it. It must be #12 on CMC for a reason, right? Something about decentralized contract fulfillment or some shit.
>>61554773I could see Chainlink being very successful when they just drop the coin itself and sell their tech stack to tradfi and use one of their stablecoins as the base unit. It's all basically centralized anyway, just give the token to the community as a fun little parting gift and Sergei can have a nice comfy office in midtown Manhattan as a VP of Tech at Chase or BoA.

>>61549186Chainlink staking 1.0 will be released this year within a few months no later than Q3 after clarity bill passes. They will be tokenizing the entire Russell 1000 by q3. This is a global restructure about to occur this year, and they’re not fucking retarded - they need the regulatory go ahead to do staking the way they want. You guys can bitch and moan all you want, but Sergey’s timeline is impeccable. He’s literally within 8 years of kicking off his company restructuring the entire financial system around his system. If you don’t think this shit was fast, you might be retarded. This motherfucker had his company’s logo on the front of Klaus’ shaping the fourth Industrial Revolution book in fucking 2016 when CL was still called SmartContract and was mentioned by name in the book.
>>61554967>Chainlink being it's own economy>The "value of the network"Anon... Lmao. No one's making their own economy on a pre-mined token. Everyone involved is all using USD under the hood as the underlying basis for using the asset and it's a needless step for a non-defi network. You're sense of delusion about this is almost as bad as the NFT guys were.
>>61555039Now this is the high quality hopium I come here for
>>61553609>But gold.
>>61555120i think you're missing the point—the chainlink network *will be* its own economy. there is no "if" about that. it won't require anyone's deliberate or willful adoption of the LINK token—the token absolutely will be used by automata (which control large sums of money), for accessing chainlink services. but people can also adopt/hoard it, if they want.the fact that this will be happening at the scale of nearly the entirety of crypto, plus chainlinked real-world assets and IoT devices which trigger on-chain events, is mind-boggling. the scale is enormous, and much of this network activity will only be possible when chainlink makes it possible. if you genuinely can't envision it just based on this post, that's understandable—i don't think many can (hence the not-amazing price action for the past 5 years).tell your premine concerns to the solana or BNB crowd. the project either has leadership invested in its success or it doesn't. (being invested doesn't require holding tons of tokens, but the potential for getting cartoonishly rich needn't hurt one's motivation)
>>61555511chainlink only works if the node system has a token. there’s not enough cash in the world to backup collateral for a 100 trillion dollars lmfao. even a middle school retard understands that…“how u protec my bajillion grill cheez and chocolate milks with only quarters”

>>61557313anyone with a modicum of intelligence is able to grasp based on public confirmations from SWIFT, the DTCC, Canton, etc. that this IS the direction they will head in.that, and a personal anecdote you're free to disregard as bullshit - but at SmartCon, I spoke to a director at DTCC and he confirmed the Russell 1000 will be tokenized by Q3 2026.it's frankly the best bet on crypto since Bitcoin and Ethereum, and if it works + is adopted (which again, it's obvious their lined up to be adopted), the ROI will be something not seen for another 100 years.
>>61558293Anon, what you drinking on the yacht
>>61558293That's cool and all, but that doesn't change the fact that the token can be swapped with swiftcoin, russellcoin, or any sane stable token to complete the transactions. Fundamentally, the token itself is sadly, not needed. I'm sure all the code is great though, props to the CLL team and LMAO at the LINK token bagholders when the company finally ditched that toxic ICO shit.

>>61558293Did you talk to any Chainlink reps about the next version of staking? Also, anon, Chainlink already secures the majority of defi comfortably with a token price of sub-$13. I've no doubt about Chainlink securing the world's value but I'm increasingly disillusioned about any relationship between TVS and token price. There's nothing so far that indicates there will be any massive buy pressure. Those theories of "node wars" where NOPs scramble to obtain more LINK for use in staking can only happen with... a mature version of staking. And they've been silent on it for years. Any hope that they favorably update staking is based on pure faith/hopium/copium at this point.

>>61561906I'll give you a serious reply, defi is a joke, that's why it doesn't require staking to secure. Defi being an utter scam is why chainlink needs tradfi to get any sort of valuation. If defi actually succeeded, it would be threatening tradfi, and for that to happen it would need people to take it seriously, ie have it secured by things like legitimate staking. Instead people look at it as just another extension of the shitcoin casino, which for all intents and purposes it has been. None of that is to say there's any guarantee link crosses the adoption hurdle with tradfi, if it was a sure thing it'd have already happened. Its a gamble, and nobody knows the timeline, which is why everything feels so incredibly bearish right now.
