The only reason PM's are pumping is because of AI demand, not some chudtastic end-of-world scenario. Therefore, you can make a lot more money buying actual AI stocks that crashed that metals at the top of the bubble.

>>61550089Fiat in a nutshell:You want to loan 100 dollars from the bankThe bank loans 100 dollars from the FEDThe FED prints 100 dollars out of thin air and lend it to the bank. The bank lend you the 100 dollars. Now here’s the question. If FED created 100 dollars, but you have to pay back >100 dollars when including interest, where does the X-100 dollars come from? Yes it has to be printed.Fiat requires a constant increase in money supply, since Fiat is debt and debt requires interest. All fiat currencies are doomed to collapse at some point. The system is a pyramid scheme. With each generation becoming poorer as the previous generation need to inflate the currencies purchasing power in order to pay their debts. That’s why boomers are ”rich”, gen X did OK and the millennials are a ”lost generation”. Zoomers will do even worse than milennials. Assuming we still have fiat 10 years from now.

>>61550725There's a rumor, substantiated somewhat by Samsung's recent actions, that much of the long contract interest is from industrial users securing large quantities for their own manufacturing. AI might use a bit but most of the industrial use; auto, electronics, all military, photovoltaics; all predate AI market consumption and associated shortages. AI already hit several materials bottlenecks that are worse than silver short term if only for the fact one can technically still buy cme contracts and take delivery in theory. Naturally if everyone takes delivery a lot of people are going to get a nothing burger and cash.
