I have figured out how to stain bones. I can stain them a blueish gray and yellow. It costs around 400 dollars for all the materials and it stains bones down to the marrow in only 30 days. Do you think people would pay for a product like this?

Coloring by stainage should be relatively permanent. No, I don't think there will be much of a market for temporarily colored bones.
