tangible assets.
I hail from /diy/ so my first thought is tools, good quality tools that people buy all the time, but the more complex and valuable stuff; battery powered hand tools like drills & impactors, welders, associated equipment for them; bits, sockets, rods/wire/masks.
medium money: cars.
big money: property, land, houses.
currency will be fucked very shortly. we are moving towards an economy of real things, not fiat.

Starting businesses and increasing income.
People are finding out investing is just a wild ride with constant fear of 80% crashes with manipulation every step of the way and progress can be undone by a few words in a tweet by someone in power, no matter what asset they buy.
People are returning to "cash is king" BUT only if you stay ahead of the game by having higher income, people aren't getting this from their 9 to 5 as promotions with pay rises fade out, they have to look laterally.
Expect a small business BOOM.

I've been unemployed looking for a job for a year without success. Job seeking and never hearing back from interviewers sucks, so I went into odd jobs, mainly entertainment, content/frontend and flipping stuff. I really need to raise my income now in a non-mcdonalds way, so its either a miracle (find a decent job) or start a business.

OpenAI will probably be a rug and kill the company and SpaceX will probably rug at first and proceed to gain 1000% over the next 5 years

Regarding the SpaceX IPO.

1. Is it even clear that it will actually happen?
2. What percentage of the company goes public?
3. It's going to be massively overpriced.
4. Very long term play - like 20+ years and counting on orbital storage facilities for military dumps during war time. This is the only "practical" application right now other than sat launches.

OpenAI is either going to crash and burn or be the next Tesla. The bull case involves Scam Altman using fraud and leverage to acquire a company with an actual working product, and using his (((influence))) to convince Zognald Blormph that 1) his company is critical to national security and 2) data centers powered by shoveling $100 bills into an incinerator are carbon neutral. Also, he's fighting antisemitism or something. I give this about a 49% chance of happening because OpenAI is the only company in the field most normies have heard of.
The stock itself will absolutely rug at IPO as retail provides exit liquidity to insiders. I personally wouldn't touch it unless McDonald's was handing out shares with Happy Meals or something. But I might be able to buy some long-dated calls and be able to live with myself.
The rise or fall of SpaceX will depend on the waxing or waning of Elon's political star, and there's no telling where that will be tomorrow, much less next year.
