does anyone else feel like time broke somewhere and we just kept pretending it didn't? like there was a before and now there's just this long aftertaste of something dying?

>news is constant disaster
>everything costs too much
>everyone's burnt out
>everything is overvalued to invest into
>nothing feels solid enough to plan around

the future already got bought by someone else funds and people who were born earlier than you, so yeah i'm asking genuinely is 2026 going to be better?
>>
Probably not
This feels like the beginning of a long, dark and cold night, it just refuses to even start

>i'm asking genuinely is 2026 going to be better?
most likely no
as you grow up, unless you're very stupid or busy doing something interesting/important, you will discover more and more bad and annoying things about the world
most people stop caring so much about nonsense around mid-30's, and after 50 life becomes blissfully amusing

I know things right now are scary, but it's gonna get a lot worse. start getting your shit together or be a victim.

This movie is so fucking shit, can’t believe it’s a cultural hit

It's trash, just like football and alcohol but most people love it

Boomers are running down the clock as they die off, all of this is great for them because their assets have doubled since 2020. lots of fun vacations to see ancient european wonders before they're torn down in the Jihad of 2038. Fun fun. Not for you of course, you brokie zilennial bitch, but fun for your parents.

Maybe if you don’t have kids. I’m 36 w/ a toddler and another on the way. I just need to protect my kids as best I can from the hell we’re facing and it feels impossible. Ever think about the Goebels family exit plan? I do once a week

End of FIAT, end of global boomer generation that benefitted most from FIAT, Covid vaccines.
They need you in fear as we transition to the next paradigm so you will accept it which is the merging of man and machine and the value of human labor being zero.

I feel things could crab or go down but the best things in the portfolio have time and time again gone low then reached new highs.
More experienced folk even say there's a 200x incoming. As I type I'm watching a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHyIbrJUEXs) that predicts, based on parabolas in other assets before a sharp downturn, that BTC in particular (which affects a lot of crypto) will hit an amazing high in late 2026/early 2027 before a sharp downturn.
So people who've been investing far longer than me present information that points to 2026 being better for many things, but I personally don't have their knowledge base and naturally can't see it exactly like they do. I'll just have to wait and see how it unfolds.

as far as 4chan is concerned (and therefore the broader internet), it has propagated due to the gas station meme rather than the movie itself

Randy Travis was dead in my timeline. Hes fucking alive in this one. Also Cheney died years ago. Someone at CERN fucked my portfolio hard.

I'm 35 and am already at this point. I've just accepted that life is a random cosmic comedy and I'm going to invest as little time and effort into society as possible so that I don't have much to lose when the show gets really crazy.

I don't have kids but if I did I would still not think like this. Hitler survived so many near death experiences as a young solider that he developed a chosen one complex. You're not going to potentially deny your kid the chance to be the next Hitler by killing them young because you're afraid about the future, are you? Your kid could survive all the stuff you are worried about and achieve great things for all you know.

Hahahahaha I mean it was pretty close to obvious post 2008 or so that it didn’t make sense having kids anymore. But if you could be forgiven since it wasn’t nearly as bad back then as now. Imagine having kids post Covid tho. Hahahahahahahahahahahabababa

there is no perfect time but the time YOU make perfect. Listening to the news will inadvertently cause you to buy their version of reality, which is one thats shitty without anything to look foreward to and denouncing any sort of oppertunity. Instead go out there, be delusional about yourself and your dreams disregard the nay sayers and just make it happen for you, big risks involved in that one it being all on you but so are the upsides it being all on you and you getting the whole pie. Make it happen anon, if you dont do it for yourself no one will
>>

Have you tried not being a faggot? People survived the Black Death and you are saying that we are in a bad situation???

>Hitler survived so many near death experiences as a young solider that he developed a chosen one complex
I think it’s challenging to compare that era vs present day, apples to oranges if you will.
> You're not going to potentially deny your kid the chance to be the next Hitler by killing them young because you're afraid about the future, are you?
I wouldn’t just outright kill any of my family anon, that’s insane. It was more the scenario I’ve pondered (more like once a month). If you KNEW your wife and kids were going to get brutally rapped and murdered after they knock your door down for posting antiseptic comments on the chans, wouldn’t it be best to drink the electric kool aid as a family and go out together?
> Your kid could survive all the stuff you are worried about and achieve great things for all you know.
That’s contingent on me getting a homestead and my animals in the next two years. Wish me luck
