It's not about seeing the price. It's about industry buying the bars they need to stay in business. If COMEX/LBMA cannot deliver the product needed by industry, industry will go elsewhere, anywhere they have to, in order to source their metal, even if they have to pay multiples of the current price.

We're in the biggest staring contest in silvers history.

Does the fake fiat system we live in say what the price is/should be or will the Chinese catch their bluff and take advantage of the current COMEX price to scope up remaining at what the Chinese will see as a discount and leave the Western bullion banks with empty vaults and fake money backed by nothing
>>
>>61569433
The Federal Reserve will create any amount of fiat necessary to shore up failing systemically important banks. The higher order effects of such emergency printing will be consequential however. Ie, doing so will likely make a bunch of other things break.

$10 in REAL money would be worth a BJ in a hyperinflated debt based economy crash.

What do you think will happen to 99% of people's assets when they trigger the great taking (depression) or print (hyperinflate) and suddenly there's either no liquidity in the system, or there's so much liquidity, but it effectively has no value?

If people's bank/investment accounts are frozen, or worthless due to inflation and they need something, how will they pay? We already know what women will do to survive.

This is what I realized when a parasitologist came to visit 4chan. He described parasitic sub-species behaviors and pattern recognition kicked in.

Kudos for getting AI to give a description. By this time tomorrow, the AI backend rules will be changed to prevent this output from ever appearing again.

Social parasitism exists in all highly social animals
>Imagine a socially parasitic human subspecies. What traits, would, theoretically, such a subspecies hold?

>A parasite's primary defence mechanism is to not be found or identified. This is universal in parasitism - once the host knows, it's over. Social parasites are always fewer in number than their hosts, and always rely on subtle means of control through communication, and even passing laws restricting discussion on topics that may increase host awareness of the parasites.

It doesn't really matter. No casual owner will ship their silver to China to sell. You'd need to buy an industrial quantity of silver for the logistics to even make sense.

Russia sells crude below the global market rate. Are you rushing to buy an oil tanker to go and sell Russian crude to a refinery in the west? Same deal with silver. Exports will be restricted, and since silver is not very mobile, it stays where it is. This is why gold will always be the superior monetary metal btw. 10 kilos of gold represents more value than 100 kilos of silver.

>A Couple Tricks Left
>Nor is the increasingly desperate and openly gasping COMEX out of tricks. It still has a couple up its tattered sleeves.
>For example, its next move could be position-limits whereby it will limit the number of silver contracts held by ETFs or family offices who still confuse paper metal with actual metal. Such position limits would induce sell-offs and southern price moves.
>But as occurred this month, any such “discount” made in New York would later be bought rather than sold.
>The final move we could expect from the COMEX is the most desperate. That is, it could go into liquidation mode, a “nuclear option” by which parties to the COMEX could only be sellers rather than buyers of silver.
>In such an extreme scenario, the paper price of silver would, of course, sink.
>Silver buyers in such a scenario would likely move to other metals desks in Shanghai or London for fairer pricing, a move which would only make the COMEX even less relevant.

So, where does this leave things after China shuts down the exports? Will the gov force JP Morgan and others to sell off some of its reserves to supply industry and the MIC?

It's not because the little ashkenazi needs to save $100 bucks. It's literally the jew asserting dominance.

America has been literally made into Israel's bitch. You can see it in the UN where EVERY country in the world, except for USA votes against Israel.

Jew are starting to panic because aside from Republican bag lickers and "greatest ally" boomers, the majority of voters in America, even among Democrats, hate Israel and recognize that it is committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

Trump has so little self awareness about certain topics.

'Course for people who know enough this translates into: potential cheapies
>>
>>61569561
If you look at the chart, and you have any common sense, you'll realize that the price is due for correction. I mean, if you are going to buy, buy. Just be ready to baghold for a while if the COMEX default predictions don't come to pass. You need to remember that physical PMs, and especially silver, are held by the same people that believed in shit like Q and red deer. So they'll never shut up until the price crashes, if it crashes. I'd buy a roll of national mint coins if I were new, but I wouldn't dump many thousands into it. I sold the majority of my stack at $62 after I made 400% from where I bought 5+ years ago.

Lots of places are producing new, great designs and we only have so much budget (though my plans to increase that are panning out) anyway so we're in a situation of: we get some stuff ASAP then find something later on we have to pass up, or we pass up something now and find something later on we go for

That is just looting the savings. It won't go very far. JPM reportedly has 750 million oz, which is about two years industrial consumption. It will take years of MUCH HIGHER PRICES to incentivize increased mine output.

Artificially keeping silver prices low to protect the dollar is coming back to bite them in the ass.

Even now, they are STILL trying desperately to tamp down the silver price. They are trying to suck and blow at the same time.

I wish my family was more receptive to stacking.
>My Dad thinks buying physical Gold is pointless because ETFs exist (he never bought physical or paper Gold)
>My Mom got mad at me for "spending too much money" after she saw one of the invoices from a bullion dealer
>My Sister almost threw out my Mom's Silverware
>My Brother is amused that the coins I bought him have doubled and tripled in value, but was never interested in buying more
>My Grandma, who helped get me into stacking in the first place, died years ago and was never able to get any of the rest of the family into PMs
>The rest of my extended family has other problems that either prevent them from stacking or just don't care enough
How do I overcome this and get them to stack? I don't want my stack to be stretched to its limits trying to provide for everyone.
>>
>>61569645
I don’t think it matters as long as you know how to check if it’s real silver, a task so easy that caveman could do it.

You can easily check by look, taste, touch, sound, ice test, gravity test, magnet test, etc. humans have been able to verify silver without advanced technology for thousands of years.

You can also use a free ping tester app.

Its easier to move .999 silver than it is to move constitutional silver. Some shops I've been to hate dealing with that shit, so they offer below spot. Maybe not now since silver is mooning, but back a few years ago, some coin shops flat out said they wouldn't take it due to the difficulty of moving it.

I saw Michael Pizzino cover Silver recently and point out that after glorious climbs in PMs, historically, there were sharp falls.
This consideration is more for people thinking of FOMOing now who lack the knowledge and conviction of long-time buyers, as even the appearance of a pullback can cause them to be demoralized and sell, while long-time buyers know it'll ultimately rise and hold.
>Zero Hedge warning to watch for suppression tricks

Yeah junk silver usually isn’t really worth the effort of counterfeiting. Just don’t buy any from China. In the US it’s illegal to counterfeit US coins, I have never received a fake, but if I ever did then I’d just file a report with the secret service and then the guy goes to prison.

I passed on getting more wagmius rounds. They came out really nice and I wish I got more. Like others said, there tends to be another round, bar, or coin eventually that tickles me just as much, but if it's really great, you'll probably know and not debate. For me these were all instant decisions:
>Aputannia
>Yotsuba round
>SD bullion/Royal Mint's Una and the Lion 2024 (even though the face is kind of botched)
>Kinebar round
>ICON: Diana
>Jesus clears the temple bar (gsm)
I generally love meme rounds. Silver Shield did a zucc that I want, but it's just not making me move with the premiums. This one is nice, but I feel like they missed on the expression a little and it makes me not so interested.

Tungsten is pretty rare, but its not precious by any means. Its a vital military metal though, so if you are bullish on WWIII, you buy tungsten. I own several thousand shares in a tungsten mine operation that is trying to reopen an old mine. There are no US tungsten mines in operation, and China and Russia are the main producers. Both are limiting export sales to the US since its a "strategic" metal like uranium with high military use possibility.

Gold and silver are not taxed, sales (Act 2018-164) or capital gains (Sound Money Tax Neutrality Act 2024) and are treated as money in Alabama. As of this year, gold and silver are officially money in Alabama by law, per SB130 (Alabama Legal Tender Act).

The sales tax exemption is set to expire in 2028, but no doubt will be extended.

This is a schizo post about metaphysical intonations of options trading algorithms through the examination of the highly unstable nature of higher order derivatives in stochastic models.

The other day anon posted about vidrel from AI Asian guy and its uncanny understanding of options trading, which is no easy thing to grasp. The video describes the mechanics of the sudden crash in SLV on Monday; I have spent many years on /pmg/, much of it posting about elements of monetary history discovered in old books. I have a fairly intuitive understanding of the modern financial system and its more esoteric elements, have spent many hours angry posting at faggots itt that don’t know the finer points of credit creation mechanics and the memory holed parts of the history of money and credit. I am no finance bro, I am an engineer by training, and in my abyss gazing last night some pieces fell into place.

I don't think it will be long before spot price and physical price decouple.
$70 is looking kind of cheap, if they go any lower what dealer in their right ming wouldn't jack up the premiums to maintain the price.

Just read about a Singapore dealer who set a minimum order limit of $3890
SD bullion raised their free shipping to $500

This is what will happen when the spot price stops making sense. We will get order restrictions and rationing.

Price fixing never works. It always results in shortages.

I watched Saturday Night Fever because I liked Night Fever (the song).

I thought the movie would just be cool dancing scenes where everyone's doing the boogie on the lighted dance floor, but the actual movie was a dull uninspiring romance story (john travolta trying to fuck a jaded granny) mixed with dumb Warriors-lite gang bullshit with little to no action.

The characters cry more than they fucking dance. Shit movie.

While I was never a true believer in bitcoin & friends I bought it from 2000 to basically 25k because I thought it was undervalued for the madness that was sure to come. Sure, buying at 20k was crazy compared to buying at 2000 but I speculated it had plenty of room to run.

To relate it to silver if you believe silver still has some sort of monetary value and is in a major supply deficit due to various forms of demand then it's still cheap at any price.

COMEX is cash settling people right now instead of letting them withdraw. They’re probably not going to let anyone withdraw any large quantity of metal, so if you’re an industrial partner then there’s no point in participating and if you’re a speculator looking for cheap COMEX bars then there’s no point because they don’t have any more silver.

JP Morgan likely lied about closing their shorts and going long on silver.
>The reality is that 770,000,000 ounces far exceeds position limits. They would have needed a special exemption, which takes time, and they already had one for their over-limit short position, for which they were fined. The current COMEX position limit is 30,000,000 ounces, so how is it reasonable to assume they executed a $1.2 billion flip? Additionally, the maximum that can be held into the expiration month is 7.5 million ounces unless you have silver in the vault.

>If you truly control 100,000,000 ounces of registered COMEX $silver, you can be treated as a commercial hedger rather than a speculator and short futures against that inventory well beyond speculative position limits—but only with an approved bona fide hedge exemption and ongoing exchange oversight.

>Such an exemption requires 10 to 45 days for approval. Short answer: JPMorgan lied.
