Thinking of buying BTC every paycheck for the next 10 years starting next summer. Good idea or no?
>>
It's a speculative asset. Ten years ago was a good time to start that. Not sure about now. Don't forget to invest for retirement.

Start buying at 46k or so, we're dumping to those levels on August 2026, if you buy now you'll be holding until late 2028 to reach 85k again. Also BTC is over, maybe 250k by 2029

>46k to 250k
Are you implying this isn't a good ROI?

Dunno - I feel like crypto is kinda done at this point. But of course when most people feel like this is when it'll go up.

Also don't think it'll get decent returns going forward. Maybe 2x Nasdaq, but with more risk.
>>
This isn't 2015 bro
>>
>dumping to 46k August 26
Not without another FTX event it won't

Shitcoiners brainrot
I started buying BTC at 5k and already back then these retards told me that I was too late for BTC.

Ok Saylor

Bad idea. The market cap is too high and there is an unraveling narrative that BTC is a dumping shithole scam asset where normies go to die.
Be cautious.

Everyone always says its too late
and then 2 years later its double ATH.
OP has the right idea. Monthly/Weekly autobuys with a small percentage of your salary. Then just ignore it. Do this and you win in 10 years. Kicking myself for know I should've done this and not doing it because I listened to other people.
>>
>>61571743
>small percentage of your salary
Would you not buy with everything left over in your salary? I was thinking to max my 401k, HSA and IRA to index funds and the 2-3k leftover a month to BTC
>>
>>61571735
you should buy silver instead and pay 10% premium when you buy and lose 10% premium when you sell lmao
>>
>>61571701
This is a decent ROI but no one buys the absolute bottom and sell the absolute top. People think 87k is currently the generational bottom, then they will think 69k is the bottom and so on. Most faggots that will buy at 60k will sell at a loss. Not to mention the fud. And even if they buy around 50k or less you may see the markets crabbing for literal months and then a flash dump to 39k will make panic sell or trigger stop losses/liquidate the rest. And then the same shit but in reverse order will make most faggots sell at 5% - 10% profits until they get sidelined lol. Currently we are so early it hurts
>>
>>61571751
if you're willing to buy bitcoin then it means your concern is returns not having physical metals so you can buy etfs
>>
>>61571751
I didn't even mention silver
>>

>the only issue being it's boring

Rent free
>>
>>61571753
what if I dca from 60k to 39k? Mentally, I can handle it. I have nothing left to try.

>Don't forget to invest for retirement.
This. Safe heaven assets will always be better than a bad gigga red day in crypto.

Ok to own both
>>
>>61574007
It's a safer approach than mine (it's 45k por nothing) but oh boy, you will feel a eternal testicular torsion for like 10 months or more before you see actual profits. And every day will feel like a month, believe me. God i hate crypto so much
