70.50-70$ price floor predictions. Possibly 65 next week(who knows what day) depending on margin hammer results from close today.

Supply shock is also a factor. China export was around 4200 tons this year. There are 44 companies on the approved list for next year with 80 ton minimums, so if we go by minimums, that 3,520 tons.

Who will win, the hammer or the gook?

For me, I think short term through January, its gonna be really interesting. But ramping up the rest of the year, its gonna be a supply shock and we will be going much farther up. If you are trying to buy at lower prices, you may want to buy during the hammers.

The one of the worst parts of this shithole is the arbitrary and capricious nature of their bans. I received a "racism" ban for calling IQdelete a jeet. Its not a full ban on exports they are doing, just more restrictive where chinese silver exporters need a special license now., The price rise we saw happen from the end of last month was this being priced in.

The price will probably not do much in the new year (for a while anyway)

Without knowing, it should aim for the 84$ price, basically what you pay in store, and in Asia and in the middle east with premium.

Its only in the comex ticker that the price is 71-2.

Could go to zero, why not, but likely melt up to 84.

Every number i hear is more like 80-90, thats what the big boys are buying at.

Marcus from arcadia with a Mine-owner guy, 2-3 days ago talked about Indians and Chinese trying to prebuy his stuff with 8-10$ premium/oz.

Samsung, apple, tesla etc, all trying to slurp months of supply ahead of china export ban...

Shanghai warehouses dropping at 10x normal rate (40+ton / day) compared to 3-4ton normal.

Its ... little bit chaotic. With physical in ur hands, its all trivial though, but fun to watch.

This used to bother me until I realized I was going to buy zero ounces instead of 20 because I was upset that I could have gotten 22 ounces.
If you dca the small price differences are easy to ignore. Just skip the Starbucks coffee and you're back to even.
>>
>>61572242
Retail != spot. (retail = spot + premium + tax)

They just increased the margin requirements at the SGE, so the spot went down a little, but it will creep back up. Right now, anything under $100USD is considered a cheapie in China.

its because they could never imagine actually taking final responsibility for their lives. They are so enraptured in the system that lets them lead their pathetic lives as slaves that they cannot imagine what it is like for a man to take things into his own hands. To be ultimately responsible for himself, not to need handouts from the system to survive. The best they can do it think of how to 'escape' the system by having more 1s and 0s on their screen. The mining indicies such as GDX, GDXJ, SIL and SILJ have not at all been keeping up the way that they should have due to the price move in metals. Many of these companies are now making several multiples of their previous earnings due to the fixed cost leveraging effect. Mark my words - silver and gold will continue to do well in the next 2-3 years, but the miners have not even started their bull market yet. Buying the mining stocks now is like buying silver under $30 in 2024. The FUD still exists, it will be a massively persecuted opinion, especially here on /biz/, until all of the sudden - it isn't.

Reminder sub $100 is the new cheapies. Now is not the time to lament "missing out" or god forbid sell. Continue growing your stack, buy the dips. Paper price manipulation can't cover up systemic supply deficits or reduce increasing demand, we WILL see triple digits in 2026 maybe even very early in 2026. March is when the dam will break and the real run on silver will begin try to stack as much as you can before then.

>>61572546
>>61572554

>>61572562
You can't expect the same horse to win every race. Silver is clearly in a massive run which is why I sold 80% of my stocks to buy physical silver when it hit $40. The other 20% I put into SIL just in case it does something crazy.

>>61572638
MREs are shit and and a waste of money. I buy 50lb sacks of flour/rice/beans/oats/sugar/salt and canned vegetables from restaurant supply stores. I also have a large chest freezer with over 300lb of meat which is about a years supply for 4 people. As far as bullets you only need so much. A basic ar+optic a shotgun AND a reliable pistol can all be had for $1500-2000 total. Add another 1500 in ammo and cleaning supplies and you're set. Just remember to get in some range time you don't want to be learning how to use a gun in an emergency situation.

>How many times I gotta tell you old man,
Magnesium is a key mineral for human health, critical for many different functions. Too much oral Mg has a laxative effect, and the human body evolved to absorb Mg through the skin.

If you are rich, the gold standard would be an epsom salt (Magnesium Sulfate) flotation tank for 30-60 minutes a few times per week. Epsom salt has very poor absorption via the gut, and is used as a laxative.

First time I'm documenting this in public, I make my own chelated Mg supplement drink. I use 120 ml of Phillips Milk of Magnesia in about liter of 60C water, and add 70 grams of ascorbic acid powder, (vitamin C) and stir. The solution turns from milk white to perfectly clear in about one minute, as the ascorbic acid chelates the Mg atoms. 2 molecules of ascorbic acid per molecule of Mg.

I add this one liter of chelated Mg to a 4 liter jug and add Tang powder. I also add 30 grams of potassium chloride. We drink 6 oz per day, and I can normally tolerate over 12 oz without any uexcess laxative effects. The combination of vitamin C, magnesium and potassium is a winner. No pills, pennies per glass and tastes great.

It is amazing in hot weather to feel dragged out and have a glass and within minutes feel energized and ready to go again.

My instructions were a little ambiguous, I add the one liter of the chelated Magnesium to a 4 liter jug, add Tang (per 4 liters), potassium, and then add enough water to get to 4 liters.

We used to do magnesium bicarbonate which is really nice and I like it, but it was a pain in terms of time to make iit, and needless expense to be buying CO2 for the sodastream, even though we were using a paintball adapter.
https://youtu.be/-op01XEQp6Q

The ascorbic acid chelation is much faster to make, higher bioavailability, and we get the vitamin C at the same time, plus it saves money for buying more silver.

They've been doing that for a long time now. China is the worlds largest silver refiner. Buying direct also bypasses the COMEX, so it didn't cause the spot price to go up.

China can still buy direct from the south american miners, but Trump is probably going to bring a little "democracy" to Peru to make it stop. The same way he's stopping Venezuela oil from going to China.

There is an old saying in commodities:
>The solution to low prices is low prices?

Ie, low prices lead to shortages which eventually lead to high prices. We are here now.

The same thing works in reverse. High prices lead to excess production, which results in lower prices. Silver in some number of years from now will peak, then decline. We will likely be in 4 digit territory by then.

so if LBMA and COMEX is only trading paper around wouldnt they be insulated from price information of physical prices? Like couldnt china have bought a lot of silver and no one notices since LBMA and COMEX is a circle jerk with no grounding in reality? Like you could change the silver and gold in their vaults to tulip bulbs and nothing would change (essentially a fiat money system)

>so if LBMA and COMEX is only trading paper around wouldnt they be insulated from price information of physical prices?
The issue is can you have a market that doesn't sell anything? If it's just paper changing hands, then call it what it really is, a jewish casino where the house always wins.

In other news, The Market Sniper is clearly not a freemason, which is a +1 for the good guys.

industries that consume metals like silver use the comex to acquire said metals. If I buy silver and stand for delivery and the comex refuses to deliver, there is zero reason to ever use the comex again and instead everyone buys straight from the miners.

that's the thing - there will always be something to sell, there will be some fluctuations until the price discovery matches reality but the idea that this material that is common is going to be $1000/oz in the future forever moving forward is simply retarded. if it moves beyond commodity status, alternatives will become viable and the business cycle will figure it out.

Well the US 10y bond yield by this time next year will either be pushing 7% which would crash all markets in a great depression level of fucked or the FED prints atleast double what they printed for covid which is 2-3 trillion. Its there call not much time left but if they decide to print again for some global event you could see silver getting close to that 1000/oz for a time perhaps not forever but by then a new 'Dollar' will be here.

If you cannot buy an arbitrary amount from the COMEX/LBMA at the spot price, then it isn't a market clearing price. In a free market, there should be an unlimited amount available, the only variable should be the price.

If there is price controls, and rationing, it's not a free market.

It is an either/or situation, and clearly the COMEX/LBMA are the latter. If China wants to step up and provide the free market for silver, they are free to do it.

If industrial users need to go to secondary markets and pay a large premium, those markets become the defacto spot price.

>there will always be something to sell
That doesn't cut it if Samsung needs 50 million oz and COMEX says they can have 5 million oz. It is rationing at the "official" price, and Samsung needs to go on the "black market" to get the silver it actually nees. This black market price is the true market clearing price.

When people ask me what I'm interested in I always tell them cool but worthless stuff like wheat backs/steel pennies (those are cool though and I keep those too). I'm aware it would probably be a lot more efficient use of my time to just go on ebay and buy silver dimes and quarters but it's a lot more satisfying to find them out in the wild. Same brain mechanism that makes opening packs of pokemon cards fun I guess.

What happens to the US dollar if the US balkanizes? Ie. secession by several States?

Who keeps the dollar, and who has to go to something different?

What will the value of the dollar be the remaining United States? What will the "independent" States use?

All these questions are tough to answer because fake FIAT currency causes so much distortion in local economies and when a FIAT loses its trust then very quickly things have to change alot.
Gold/silver and crypto are naturally going to be the 'something different', gold/silver has alot of trust, crypto doesn't really but I can see how making every transaction public and simply telling the masses "new currency on phone = buy food" will work

Fiat depends entirely on trust, because ultimately, it has zero intrinsic value.

If the US balkanized, I would presume the world would immediately drop it as a reserve currency.

You're running out of time fren. China's new export restrictions go in effect tomorrow. Shanghi stays closed until January 5th. Paper shorts come due sometime in January, and then more again in March 2026. Silver is gonna jump to triple digits early 2026. Once the masses realize that physical silver is breaking away from the bullshit paper price, it's to the moon, baby!
