its an illusion that the house is the problem for not having sex. If you have a car, you can drive up a mountain or an isolated area also good for dumping the body after. All jokes aside, there is obvious alternatives like hotels etc, like if you have a girl friend and you take her on a trip, you both will obviously stay at a hotel, which will have no interuptions. Most parents dont care, and for the house aspect you can get a decent house for 3-4 years of saving up, but id highly advise getting your 1st one, renting it out, and immediatly saving up for a 2nd that you either live in or rent out again and try save up for a 3rd.
