They could easily make an executive order to confiscate guns and they would only have a minor skirmish or two, but every white man would quiet down once a lifetime jail sentence or two are issued. The only reason they haven't done it yet is because boomers in government have boomer friends (and themselves) that have guns. Once boomers are gone, it will be a simple law, passed unanimously and unceremoniously, and americans will forget in a year that they ever had guns.
