I had a vision BTC was gonna go to $100k this week

So surely XRP must also go higher than $2.50 maybe even perhaps?
>>

Yes and remember it was a vision in my head so surely it must be important.

If BTC does not hit $100k this week maybe i'm not that important as everyone thinks

We will see

i'm mostly interested what it will do to XRP though

If we talk about chart patterns, XRP needs to keep pumping until 2.50-2.70 and then the gigapump to ATH, it feels unnatural but also realistic, very weird times we are living.
Glad I have my NiGHTS into Dreams OST on youtube for this kind of adventures.

>any oldfag thought or prediction?
I'll repeat my two comments from last night.
It was late at night and Spammy was spamming, so my prediction got drowned out.
Here's part 1:

https://x.com/vincent_vancode/status/2008296651652559178?s=20
>Anyone know what is causing the #XRP pump?
>Genuinely I don't know, is it truly organic and not news driven? If it is, that means we are taking off.

David Schwartz responded:
https://x.com/JoelKatz/status/2008318838287351987?s=20
>It's because I retired. Next I'll try cutting my hair.

He says it in the tone of a joke, but he's also admitting to him retiring being some kind of catalyst for XRP's pump.
His haircut comment may be referencing Samson from the bible, who lost his strength after his hair was cut.
Will XRP's pump lose it's strength once Schwartz gets a haircut?

Schwartz's hair is currently long.
So if he got a haircut, he would be cutting his long(s) hair.
I think he's giving us a warning that the pump is about to stop soon.
No idea what the timeframe is though.
I seem to remember him warning people to close their shorts, before the pump happened.
If we can find that post from him, we can see how much time there was between that post, and the start of the pump.
Then we could apply that same timetable to this haircut post, to know when the pump will stop.

Continued in part 2.
>>
>>61597386
Found it.
David Schwartz was responding to that chick asking Grok to "remove her shorts."
https://x.com/JoelKatz/status/2006527381281059176?s=20
>When I was in college, my go to pickup line was, "I'm studying electrical engineering, may I remove your shorts?"

He posted the above at 7:46pm ET on December 31st, 2025.
XRP first started with a small pump at 11am ET on January 2nd, 2026.
But it wasn't anything substantial.
We had a gradual upward climb, with several brief sideways movements,
and then January 5th had the biggest pump so far.
(Yes, yes, I know. 12% up on the daily isn't that big. I'm only saying biggest in terms of since Schwartz's "remove your shorts comment.")

So if we were to take a similar timeframe, we will see a small dump roughly 1 day and 16 hours after David Schwartz's haircut tweet.
Followed by a gradual decline downward, with several brief sideways movements,
and then a big dump roughly 1 day and 16 hours after that.
Why 1 day and 16 hours later, you ask?

David Schwartz's haircut reply came at 6:24pm ET on January 5th, 2026.
1 day and 16 hours later would be 10:24am ET on January 7th, 2026.
If I'm interpreting this correctly, and my math is right, that is roughly when we should see the beginning of a dump.

If anyone is interested, feel free to check my math and logic on this.
I could be totally off base.
And this could also just be a tease from Schwartz.
Or it could be a real warning, but the time frame is different.
Or the dump will be much worse, since we need to go down to $1.79 to liquidate the largest portion of the leveraged longs.

>>
>>61597486
for how long can this up down cycle still go on when the majority just vanishes with their funds to not be able to open more positions?
>>
>>61597486
Well fuck.
I was hoping we would go up higher today, and then crash tomorrow down to $1.80.
Looks like it's happening right now.
That's the problem with David Schwartz giving a clue about cutting his long(s) hair.
He doesn't give any sort of time frame as to when it will happen.

I should have known better that the incredibly evil and malevolent jews that rule over the world, wouldn't let us have a really nice pump on the last day of The Twelve Days of Christmas.
I always knew they were greedy.
But it's so hard timing out this bullshit.
I took profits the last few days at $2 and $2.15.
Granted it was only like 1% of my total stack.
And then it kept going up, so I thought:
>Oh, I'll wait and see where it goes before cashing out anymore.
Then I thought I would sell around 10% of my total stack of XRP once it hits $2.50 per XRP today.
I was planning to open a limit order to buy back at $1.80, where that huge cluster of longs will get liquidated at.

I could still do the same strategy right now, just with less profit.
But my paranoia tells me that if I do that, we'll immediately bounce back to $2.40, and I'll feel like a fool.
But since I'm not going to sell right now, we'll keep going down.
It's like how you wash your car and then it rains.
Or you take a shower, and you phone rings.
I know the two events aren't actually causing each other.
But the universe loves to fuck us over.

Someone else here needs to make the sacrifice and sell a huge amount of XRP, so that we can go back to going up, and they can feel like shit and regret selling.
>>
Im back everyone

bus was really nice, only like 2 bucks to go to the city and 2 bucks to go back, cheaper than 1 hour of parking and i dont have to worry about drinking and driving. Cant believe I never use public transportation it's pretty comfy but yeah you gotta wait until the thing arrives and shit it kinda sucks and i spend like 40 euros for beers and 20 euros for mcdonalds for my gf and me imagine buying 60 bucks worth of XRP maybe in a few years it would have been a much better investment but who knows
>>
>>61597579

>>61597698

I can see the psychology they used early on with Bitcoin, ETH, Doge and some others; they cranked out some millionaires maybe even billionaires which was the carrot and lured the rest of us dumb money latecomers in. Anybody who did any research at the time (2018-2019) looked up tx speeds, settlement times, cost of transactions, etc and found XRP to be vastly superior to existing products. That was the trap. Now, XRP buyers have enriched Ripple Labs who has developed is business, investments and acquired profitable companies to generate income and pay its office Roasties. Meanwhile, the XRPL has not been adopted by anyone for anything and we have been left holding the bag of useless shit without even a single share of the company in our name. We were used as IPO Venture Capital Investors without even getting any stock and have something intrinsically less valuable than fiat in exchange, because you can at least insulate your house or line your worn out shoes with fiat paper money; ours isn’t even physical, they didn’t even have to go to the trouble of printing it, just typing some keys on a keyboard. So here we are, watching the last wisps of our Smokey Dreams of Financial Security and Freedom blow away in the wind. I will not be one of those stubborn assholes that refuses to acknowledge I have been duped/scammed/conned/shyster’d, etc. The first step is admitting the problem: with Jews you Lose.

Larsen-Schwartz-Garlinghouse-Britto-McCaleb…that should have been more than enough for me to know better.

Thursday, January 15th, is National Strawberry Ice Cream Day.
He may be referencing this day, but who knows what will happen then?
The "removing shorts" was obvious.
But what the heck is supposed to happen on Strawberry Ice Cream Day?
Something "deep and important".

Do you guys want hopium, or not?
If you've been bag holding for years, you already know that 99.99% of this shit doesn't pan out.
Riddles and real world events rarely ever lead to price movement.
If we don't have false hope to sustain us, how will we continue bag holding for an unknown amount of additional time ranging from 1 day to infinity days?
>>
>>61601399
Nah. They mention XRP once then talk about Bitcoin, ETH, SOL for the entire time, on a segment about XRP. Kek. Looks like it was a crypto general instead.
>>
>>61601438
Real world events like the lawsuit ending, Genius Act (stablecoin legislation), and ISO20022 go live and co-existence with old system ending, all happened last year.
And none of them did anything for the price.
If they did, we could just abandon the riddles.
What should be an accurate predictor of XRP mooning, isn't accurate.
So we're left with throwing entrails on the wall, and seeing what sticks (figuratively speaking).

I'll continue slinging hopium.

WisdomTree is out

>New York-based WisdomTree, which manages over $113 billion in assets, has officially withdrawn its application for a spot XRP ETF.

>WisdomTree Digital Commodity Services withdrew its S-1 registration for a spot XRP ETF in a filing with the SEC on Tuesday, January 6. The company stated it had decided to temporarily suspend the XRP ETF product. It requested the SEC to withdraw the registration statement and all additional documents and changes.

>The request submitted to the SEC also includes the removal of all additional documents and amendments related to the original application dated December 2, 2024.

>“In accordance with Rule 477 of Regulation C of the Securities Act of 1933 (as amended), the WisdomTree XRP Fund requests the SEC to authorize the withdrawal of the Foundation’s Registration Statement in Form S-1, first submitted to the Commission on December 2, 2024, along with all its appendices and amendments (collectively, the “Registration Statement”).”

Let it go, bro, they’re all buying OTC anyway and making zero impact on the price, they don’t want the XRP price to increase. At these rates, they will need a minimum of ten years to start dabbling in the open market. ETF was yet another nothingburger, especially with small clowns like WisdomTree.

I first bought xrp when it was €0.16, with a total average buy in of about 30c.
I've been in it a while, I've heard all the habbenings. I do think that XRP and other iso20022 coins will play a role in the CBDC if that comes to pass (seems very likely). However, as an investor I am skeptical of how it will perform in the next year or two.

Yesterday I sold a sizable amount, at its peak price for that day luckily, and bought silver (physical), it will likely yield much better returns for the next while.

I still have an xrp bag, I am not here to spread fud, but cmon it's been a shit time for a while and 2026 probably won't be spectacular. I will buy back in before 2030 when we dip again and I can spend more jew paper on it.

Best of luck to y'all, I'm outta here because the only thing that may be worth looking at is pump news that never pumps. It ain't gonna fly until (((they))) want it to, that's it. Again I'm not a shill, I denounce the talmud and all brown skins especially jeets

Wrong.
https://xrpscan.com/amendments
With the current number of validators, the threshold for Permissioned Domains amendment is 27 out of 34.
But in order for an amendment to be enabled, it has to have OVER 80%,
and keep that status for exactly 2 weeks.
So that means it needs to have over 27 votes.
Thus, 28 out of 34 votes is the current minimum needed.

It is currently at 25 out of 34 votes.
I have been checking on the Permissioned Domains amendment for months.
And it's been below the threshold by 3 or 4 votes for awhile now.

>The XRPL’s high-performance C++ code enables massive, fast transaction processing across a decentralized ledger, but generates complex logs that traditionally took Ripple engineers 2–3 days to analyze, slowing operations. Meanwhile, a recent 4.8M XRP transfer from Upbit cost just $0.02, highlighting XRPL’s unmatched speed and cost efficiency.

With Amazon Bedrock, AWS’s AI hosting platform, Ripple can now analyze system logs and extract actionable insights in just 2–3 minutes, slashing a process that once took days. This boost accelerates engineering workflows and primes the XRP Ledger for future upgrades.

I'm guessing schwartz wrote the original ledger code in c++, which none of the younger engineers can read, and now that he's gone, the younger engineers developed an ai assistant to replace him. overall seems bullish to increase xrpl traffic.

I think we are in the process of getting a haircut for the long(s) hair right now.
Sometime now and 2/17, we'll go down to $1.79, in order to liquidate that massive cluster of longs.
2/17 seems like it might be a moon date.
Any time we have multiple factors lining up with one date, gives it a little more weight.

If the date doesn't pan out, we can just redirect that optimism towards the whole year.
Big stuff is happening on the world stage.
I know we're used to major events having zero effect on the price of XRP.
Fair enough.
However, these events that have happened and are being cued up, are major steps towards the enslavement of mankind.

The USA absorbing Venezuela is one of them.
The puppets and actors playing the role of our rulers, will also take all of Central America, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Canada, and Greenland.
This has been a plan in the works for a very long time.
Pic relate.

We're also moving towards martial law being implemented.
The shooting in Minnesota where that ICE agent shot that woman in her car, took place on 33rd Street.
They always make sure the number 33 is in there.
Watching the reactions on twatter, there is a push towards anger and violence.
Trump talking about sending troops to Minnesota.
The Govenor of Minnesota talking about using soldiers to resist.
Perfect setup to enact martial law.
Two actors, seemingly opposed to each other, working towards the same goal.

Why is this good for XRP?
It means we're getting closer to the part where they take away our freedoms and enslave the world.
The closer that is to happening, the closer our rulers are to needing XRP for that purpose.
Jails are built to be filled.
Riot shields, pepper spray, and handcuffs are manufactured to be used.
And so is XRP.

Huge, life changing events are going to occur in rapid succession.
So rapid, that people won't have time to oppose them.
Shock and awe used against us.
All of the degrading of our quality of life is building up that moment.

First of all, Jesus Christ is my lord and savior
However
Watching the tartarian video posted earlier, not sure if it was that, or another video after that…but some of that technology was saved and remembered and protected…and now people are so stupid, anything new and amazing automatically seems like the mark of the beast or nwo or “luciferiansm”…which Lucifer mean light bearer doesn’t it? So what if people have this amazing knowledge, but people are too dumb to understand it, so they pretty much have to “take us over” to implement the cool stuff we are too dumb to understand that we want (sort of like xrp, a sound form of money).
So…the reason you have a pessimistic view is because you’re too dumb to understand how awesome things can be
>>
>>61609028
Who are the people introducing this amazing technology?
They are part of the same group that are currently ruling over us.
Do you think CBDCs will be for our benefit?
Ripple is helping 10 different small countries develop them.

Consider why people are dumber each generation.
Our food, water, and air are full of multiple kinds of poison that give us illnesses and make us dumber.
Our education system is designed around memorizing "facts", instead of teaching children how to reason and question.
It's not like people just decided to become dumber.
There is a deliberate plan to make us dumber, and it's been in effect long before you or I were born.

Truth doesn't need to manipulate people to be accepted.
Lies do.

>After talking with my close friend @EleanorTerrett regarding her thoughts on when she personally thinks the CLARITY Act will get to Trump's desk, she stated "It's slated to pass out of the Senate Banking Committee next week, then get merged with the Senate Agriculture Committee's portion once that text clears. From there, it heads to the floor for a full Senate vote, back to the House for final passage, and ultimately to President Trump's desk."

>She believes it will get to Trump's desk to be signed into law by March at the earliest.

Eleanor Terrett responded:
https://x.com/EleanorTerrett/status/2009350784098714082?s=20
>And March is the absolute earliest. Could even be the summer if the House decided to make changes to what the Senate sends them.

Yes…your pointing to slavery…xrp is the opposite of slavery, its freedom from the debt based fiat fractionalized banking system….which is what is making us slaves….the reason people are getting worse is we have been slaves for over 100 years…yes the same tech that can set us free can also further enslave us with your cbdc’s but it’s pretty fucking easy to spot the difference if you have half a brain

Crypto isnt going to set us free. We are a couple of years away from a totalitarian state where we will have to surrender all our rights in order to "save" the planet from "climate change"
>>
>>61609204
The totalitarian state has been here ever since they took over gold and silver coinage as money…which isn’t practical in the 21st century…xrp is a digital gold or silver, so yes, crypto will absolutely set us free

Buy RLUSD with that money on Uphold.
Transfer the RLUSD to a hot wallet like XAMAN, but it can be any wallet that is able to sign transactions, as long as it supports RLUSD on the XRP network.
Connect your hot wallet to https://www.xrptoolkit.com/
Now you can trade RLUSD for XRP, and vice versa, and only have to pay 0.000015 XRP per transaction (plus any fees your hot wallet add for signing transactions).
All of this is done directly on the XRP ledger, and not an exchange.
So if there is a moment where the exchanges aren't letting people buy, sell, or withdraw their crypto, you'll still be able to.
It's also the lowest fees you could possibly pay.

The other main reason I suggest this, is you can set up a limit order to sell or buy.
The beauty of which, is your XRP and RLUSD will still be in your hot wallet, and not exposed to the dangers of keeping it on an exchange.
Make a limit order to sell your RLUSD for XRP, when XRP hits $1.80.
The anon that keeps posting liquidation heat maps is correct.
At some point the market manipulators have to dump it down to that price to liquidate the huge quantity of longs that are sitting there.
Yes, they could tank it even lower than that, but unless most of those people close their longs ahead of time, we're at least going to $1.80 before they'll allow XRP to moon.
>>
>>61609646
aren't there tax implications for shit like this?
>>
>>61609204
watch the video I posted, pre-globohomo the realms empire ran based off of merit.

>>

Switching between XRP and RLUSD (and vice versa) is a taxable event.
But, you're only being taxed on the profit or loss from that transaction.
RLUSD is a stablecoin, so in your case, going from cash to RLUSD to XRP would only net you a couple of dollars profit at most, with the fluctuating price of RLUSD.

The other thing to consider is that each time you go from RLUSD to XRP and vice versa you are resetting the clock on short term vs. long term capital gains.
You have to hold an asset for 1 year before selling, in order for it to be considered a long term capital gain.

In the USA, you pay zero taxes on long term capital gains that are under $48,300 in a year, if you have no other income.
Some States have the same; you'll need to check your laws.
So you could make at least one big swing trade in a year, if you keep it under $48,300 worth in a year.
And pay no taxes.
If you're working and have income, then this won't be as helpful.

Nothing is going to change: governments borrowing money from privately owned banks at interest that the citizens need to repay through taxation. Fiat currency is just as worthless as crypto, from paper nothingness to digital nothingness.
>>
>>61609777
The problem is trying to change, we will simply abandon models not working for models that suite our needs.
>>
>>61609711
taxable event plus you pay for the transaction as well.
ideally you trade after 366 days so you get long term capital gains

Everyone leaves out how we are almost fully digital now. Unlimited supply. Non stop losing value AND skimming 2-3% of every tx value into the pockets of big banks.
They also control who has a card reader, where the "goy rewards go" (cash, target gift cards, etc).
Walmart rates are well below small business so they have a 2% advantage on margin vs every competitor along with rewards being paid in Walmart cards.
These things have massive cumulative effects.
They've grifted TRILLIONS in tx fees from small business over the last 10 years.
Doesn't seem like much.
But if you process 1 million in tx and have been in business a decade, that's $30,000/y for ten years or $300,000.

You know how much stealing $300,000 from a successful small business does to maintain this system?
That's a warehouse. That's two employees making calls for 3 years. That's all your property taxes every year.
THAT'S A FUCKING HOUSE. Etc.
They payment processors have been one of the biggest gatekeepers to the corporate takeover and keeping competition at bay for decades.
