Did men back in the Middle Ages even get blowjobs? Feels like it wasn’t a thing back then and earlier. When that one anon did the calculations for a prostitute way back then it showed that a Merc dime is only like .03 off in weight for a prostitute. But that’s for sex. So maybe just a blowjob will be like a copper penny with copper going up in price too.

Because eventually (ONE) ounce of silver will be valued higher than anything I would reasonably want to buy in (ONE) transaction, and I don't want to receive change in fiat.

I buy coins because they are the most liquid form of silver outside of the exchanges (which hardly even exchange actual silver), and that makes up for the space or minor cost savings that I would achieve from buying bars in my opinion. The utility of coins outweighs all of the other forms in my mind with the exception of maybe a few extreme use cases where something like a goldback might
more useful.

Look at the image I posted and it might make be a bit easier to imagine what I'm talking about.

>>61626847
Ideally you have both, coins are more fractional and often command lower premiums, you're buying a piece of history, they'll never be made again, ect. but pure .999 is more pure and at some times easier to resell.
And coins have special tax advantages that mainstream investors love, you can move 10x the amount of coins that you can .999 in one transaction because of this, junk silver legally is protected as money. When Silicon Valley Bank had a bank run the premiums flipped because of this, junk was going with a 5 dollar premium per face value.

It's also more fun for me buying 200 coins than it is some 10 ounce bar or 10 rounds. I have enough rounds that I don't have to worry about some 10% inefficiency, so I buy what's more fun.

>>61627071
Unironically when they can no longer obtain stock. They've been getting massive amounts of profit, but none of this matters when they start getting cleaned out once mania hits.
A big selloff will happen at 100 of profit-takers, but the buy-up will be MUCH larger by far. Most big sellers already sold at 50 like retards. At 100 we get a flood of new buyers who buy anything even plated or painted silver, shops sell out of their 1 ounce and can't get more in, gradually other stock dwindles until they're left with the stinkiest junk imaginable, which either someone slurps up or they take home for their personal collection.

And through all of this spot will be 100 but premiums will be 20-50 an ounce, or maybe double, as soon as 1 ounce rounds sell out we're gonna see 20% premiums minimum on everything.

You know there are a bunch of kikes out there making fake bars using a lead core coated with aluminum and trying to pass it off as silver sheisty shit that like that.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/how-much-silver-can-you-buy-with-1000-january-2026/
>How much silver can you buy with 1,000 dollars?
>The bottom line

>With $1,000 and silver spot prices at $85.28, you can expect to purchase between 10 and 11.5 ounces of physical silver, approximately, depending on which products you choose and which dealer you work with. The key is understanding that premiums are unavoidable costs of entering the physical precious metals market, not optional fees you can negotiate away. By choosing products with reasonable premiums and from reputable dealers, you can maximize the amount of actual silver your budget buys while positioning yourself for a more liquid exit when the time comes to sell.
Mainstream news says silver is 100 dollars an ounce.
>>61627403
For the most part yes, that's when they pump out a news story from every single news station and it goes in the newspapers and fox / CNN run prime time stories on it with all their financial jews.
But right now is the educated investor hours, the non-normie finance bros are now being told that physical silver is already 100 an ounce and it's more bullish than crypto. They'll start jumping in soon expecting it to go to 100 - and keep in mind this insignificant jump to 100 for us is around the growth percentage of the sp500 last year.
>>
>>61627391

Huh? It's stagnated horribly and investors are not interested in the gamble anymore.
Sp500 had 17% growth last year. Silver had 180%. Nothing indicates a crypto boom, it only matters what institutional investors are doing and they're not interested in crypto currently. If it dips 50% more they might be interested, not at these prices.

Yeah. To hilight this more since this makes it extremely simple, pretend there's a million rich people throughout the entire world.
If they all bought 784 ounces that would be the whole supply of silver and industrial would get nothing.

There are more than 1 million rich people in the world and right now all of them could afford to buy 784 ounces, that's not even the price of a downpayment of one american house. Looking at the big players and not small dick retail investors they could buy up everything instantly. My uncle could sell one of his investment properties and buy 3,000 ounces - and he'd be apt to do this if the market was stagnating too much.

Yeah, they cling onto their houses so much.
But at some point they fold. Imagine being able to buy 5 digit ounces of silver just because tee-hee I don't need this house anymore, nearly every boomer could do that right now but they just don't.
But it also hilights how fragile our current silver market is, that amount of buying would clear out a LCS for a month from one single buyer. That's more 1 ounce rounds than many retailers keep in stock at one time - and that is one singular guy who's not even particularly wealthy.

The market cap bullshit is such an obvious lie, there's hardly any silver out there at all. Houses are all 6 figures, convert them into silver and one single small town in america would buy up all the silver that currently exists in the world.

>what happened to the people who had silver during anll of these collapses?
They lived comfortably and had the wealth to buy properties at fire sale prices while those around them were destitute.

>Eventually its value came down as things returned to ‘normal’.
You're referring to the central bank scam of decoupling silver from fiat currency, which is by definition not "normal." For the majority of the modern era (1500-2026), fiat currency has been backed by silver. Several nations have tried to get by printing infinite fiat notes, but they always fail and the survivors revert to a metal-backed economy.

>>61627530
> This one singular day has been what I make in a month, and we're so incredibly early.
It’s a bit spoopy really. Hyperinflation is a very complex socio-economic-psychological phenomenon. It all kind of comes down to the breakdown in division of labor, which is to say that every single person has a point where they ask themselves
>is it worth my time to work today?
As that answer shifts from yes to no across the populace some really wacky shit starts to happen. You’re right, it hasn’t even begun yet.

A buddy of mine (who was a baby during the collapse of the USSR) told me that the only reason his family was able to eat and survive through the collapse without much hardship was because his mom/aunt/female cousins were able to barter gold and silver jewelry for food/fuel/clothing/essentials while the local currency hyperinflated and traditional supply chains broke down.

If you live in a rural area then it should be pretty easy to find farmers at the farmers market who will be willing to accept gold/silver as payment since farmers intuitively understand commodities. I always make it a point to ask venders if they're willing to accept silver and a surprising number of them were willing to (last summer). I'm sure the number is higher now as the price action has brought more public awareness to precious metals.

Stores shelves will get wiped out pretty quickly once hyperinflation hits and you'll have to resort to barter with people and nonperishable commodities like gold and silver will be the only available/reliable/proven monetary standard until the next government sets something up.

Do not listen to normalniggers on anything related to finance, don't even mention anything to anyone unless you particularly like that person. Pearls before swine and all, if I don't personally like and trust you I'm not advicing you, I'm giving you a poisoned apple.

It will not. This only happens in very specific, isolated cases of total breakdown that do not last, like rural Venezuela where they were using gold dust. There aren't enough scarce PMs to represent the sheer quantity of value in the world economy. It will continue to be used as money of last resort to settle payments, which is why it's being bought up by CBs right now. CBs exist to facilitate war, and in wars countries will debase their own currency to fund war.

True to an extent, my old farmer uncle, the only one with a farm in fact, is the only member of my family I know who has silver savings in any significant amount.
But not true in the sense that a lot of farmers now are faggy queers thanks to the nu-age outdoors hippie propaganda any outdoor activity was flooded with, as his son who inherited the farm married a black woman (like only 25% black but still) and holds the most pozzed views on race and immigration - and I've never asked him his stance on silver, but I can't just assume he knows or cares about it.

>it will not. This only happens in very specific, isolated cases of total breakdown that do not last

-Most of the world used gold/silver as money for most of recorded history

-Plenty of US states have remonetized gold and silver since 2011. 2~3 join every year and more are drafting up legislation to remonetize gold and silver.

-BRICS exists

Fiat money has historically been the temporary and short-lived monetary "solution" (fiat is never a solution, it's a symptom of a wider systemic issue)

>There aren't enough scarce PMs to represent the sheer quantity of value in the world economy.

This is simply a factor of price. 99.9999% of the economy is debt-based credit and subject to counterparty risk, which is already snowballing into a larger geopolitical issue that most people haven't noticed or prepared for.

The price of gold and silver are beginning to reflect the market's sentiment around the value of every other asset class/commodity. Gold and silver also number 1 and 2 as far as market capitalization goes, and will probably remain so for the foreseeable future.

Some little jew banker could do what nobody else in the country could no matter how hard they tried, he put in a short order and OOPS your country is liquidated. Now you have to beg the americans to come in and give you food and water and shelter before you turn into cold afghanistan.

>“We expect a massive 13% of aggregate open interest in Comex silver markets will be sold over the coming two weeks, to result in a dramatic repricing lower,” Daniel Ghali, a senior commodity strategist at TD Securities, wrote in a note last week.
So ummm, he made a two-week prediction. Where's the dippy, my jeet? It's already been 5 days and he's rapidly running out of time, and on top of that we've gone up, not down. He was using some actual "market force" known by economists
>TD Securities’ short comes as the bank expects to see significant selling pressure in the metal as annual index rebalancing in the new year takes its toll on silver, which saw a nearly 150% gain last year.
If we don't correct to 40 within the next 9 days it's safe to say there's no rebalancing and we moon, and it seems to me that so far we have no sign of a correction, in fact said indexes are actually going UP and not down.

This scenario is not realistic, in the event of hyperinflation like the Mark no one would sell you a house for an ounce even if it were "worth" a million dollars, people would switch to barter.

Now you totally would be able to buy a house with silver, I am just saying that those people who seem to think having a single ounce of silver will make you rich are just being unrealistic, it's anyone's guess on what the real numbers will be but I seriously doubt that a house, even a crappy one would sell for under like 20 oz.

On a hyperinflation market basically shuts down except for necessities for the most part, you have to be in a position of power over someone like being a public notary/ someone's lawyer/etc. or in the government to actually make serious money in that climate

We don't know how big it is though, whether we get just some AI bubble pop silver shortage shenanigans or if this is 2008 on steroids, or in fact a new great depression. These are three different scenarios.
The first one
>300 ounces make-it, you can buy some productive assets, which will recover shortly, and retire off said rent, maybe have a couple office spaces you rent out downtown to businesses. Not insanely wealthy from this, just retired
Second one
>2008 on steroids, same 300 ounces will make you rich / upper-class instantly, don't really have to manage any productive assets, a manager does it for you and you're part of the new wealth - ocean-spanning wealth and you have a small house in spain to vacation in
>New GD - literally any amount over 20 is make-it, but you won't realize any real gains because there will be nothing to realize for a solid decade at least, possibly two. Sure, you'll do OK because you're not starving assetless like the rest, but you're "rich" but not rich because money means nothing
Honestly I'm hoping for a middling crash, although a new great depression would be cool and I'd end up more wealthy than any other scenario I'd also have to wait a decade for society to even be livable and enjoyable.

>>
>>61628086
>history isn’t realistic

You seem to be forgetting that every country in the world is on fiat. When Weimar happened things would have been less drastic because nearly every neighboring country was still on some kind of metallic standard.

I expect things to be way more drastic this time around because the global economy is extremely fragile and intertwined. The “Eurodollar” market ate shit last fall just because of Japanese bond yields. The global credit market is unironically a pin prick away from being historical disaster that people will look back on as being also being unrealistic. COMEX running out of inventory this year is extremely likely, and at that point we won't even give a shit about the notional silver price in dollars.

You are using current prices of PMs and comparing them to current prices of the rest of global goods and services and assuming that ratio will stay the same and so make use of PMs as money impossible. It will not. Your mistake is in not understanding that the value of PMs can and will increase until they can represent the value of the world's other goods. Additionally, the current value of a substantial amount of goods and services is highly inflated by the massive global debt bubble, which WILL collapse and take prices down with it. Essentially there will be an almost unimaginable repricing of everything. This is the way in which stackers truly do become wealthy.

I think this awful trend of revering the family no matter what they do is retarded. I intend to hold people responsible for the things they do regardless of their affiliation with me. I honour and respect them out of courtesy, necessity and because they raised me. But do I like them? Do I want to be around them? No and no. They are not me, they are not like me, I do not wish to be near them longer than necessary, it is extremely unpleasant and unbearable and no ‘Jewish propaganda’ will save this. If I want to create a good family, I will do what my brother did and have a loving wife and children and see our parents sparingly. Beyond that, we both understand the deal. Props to you for having a nice family. My family supports me in a way I suppose, so it does feel awkward to talk smack, but at the same time I don’t feel obligated to lie and tell people it smells like roses when it’s clearly shit.

It's just reality, dude. Do you realize how bonkers insane it is to make 10-20x return on an investment? That's an amazing fucking return, especially since the downside on silver is so low. If you invest 10k, you would get 200k on the other side, that's an absurdly god-tier investment opportunity if it happens, but 200k still isn't make it tier if your goal is to retire at 30. I would argue $1M in 2026 dollars is make it tier if you live in a LCOL area. 1000oz is currently $86k, which get you $1.72M in a 20x scenario which is definitely makeit tier, but 20x isn't guaranteed either. People with 300 oz = $25.8k * 20 = $516k aren't at a make it stack even with a 20x. Doesn't mean stacking isn't worthwhile at all though, 500k is a shit ton of money.

I think a lot of people don’t understand that gold has been getting more and more valuable not only in dollar terms, but in its ability to purchase to it house or to a good for service. One needs to only look at the ounces of gold to average home price ratio, and how quickly acceleration can move when it comes to fiat losing its value relative to gold. ah, a fellow argiefag.
my parents also lived through the 80s inflation but they were 100% normiefags and, at the time, were holding down wagie jobs.
Then came the 2001 crisis and this was, in my opinion, very close to what we might see now on a global level.
Currency collapsed. There were many alt-currencies flowing at the same time. Barter re-emerged. At the time, I was a kid, however I do remember many instances where prime realestate could be bought at ridiculous prices. For instance, there were very fancy apartments for sale in puerto madero for a mere 20.000 usd. that are now worth 500k-1mil now.
There just wasn't any liquidity to go around at the time. That was a huge opportunity that few people could reap because everyone was fucked and no one really knew if the economy would recover (protip: it never did, but at least some semblance of order did).
PMs would be the equivalent for having USD stashed under your mattress, in argie terms, but this time on a global scale.
