If you lost your job in a recession and only bottom tier jobs were available, what would you choose?
>>
>>61627105
Overnight security in office buildings or airports. Literally get paid to at worst “patrol” empty office buildings
>>
depends how desperate you are for money

no one care about your diplomas bluepilled golems

you better acquire useful skills or flip the burgers

wagie jobs allow you to fuck teenage pussy tho
>>

kneepads
>>
>>61627126

Knew a guy who did this. He said he would experience paranormal shit constantly like microwave being turned on, doors opening a closing after he just did a perimeter check for opened doors. He said he last 4 months. He assumed homeless people were in the building but other overnight security officers said they experienced the same things as well as shuffling and noises in the hallways.
>>
>>61627126
This. Especially if you got some way to have a sidehustle you can take care of then.
>>
>>61627186
This, as students we used to fuck with overnight security in a nearby office building. They're always watching TV so getting in wasn't a problem. Once inside we would fuck with them very slightly, nothing major, just enough to keep them guessing and doubting themselves.
A bin? Silently knock it over. Make the guy wonder if it was knocked over before but he just didn't notice.
Closed doors on the path of his patrol? Open them, but just ever so slightly. "I swear those were closed during previous round... Weren't they?"
Empty chairs? Put a bright pink sticker on one, but only after he already did few rounds.
Nothing concrete. Nothing he would freak out about. But just enough to make him worry and doubt his own memory.

Overnight security at some docks warehouse. This way you can collect some bribes for not seeing all the contraband
>>
>>61627105
I would probably be a mailman. It’s my understanding there’s actual chances for career progression and you can one day get paid 6 figures to walk around delivering letters in the city which sounds pretty sweet.
>>
>>61627105
>Crime
>War profiteering
Im a pretty smart guy and white, so it wouldn't be dumb black people crime.
>>
>>61627283

I’ve worked many overnight jobs they strangest things I’ve seen particularly while driving was seeing the car next to at a stop light with the driver getting road head. Another time I seen a man running naked across the street in a highly populated area around 3am. You would think I would have at least ONE paranormal experience working night shift for 10 years.
>>
>>61627105
Whatever I can walk to my house from. Cutting out transportation expenses is huge.
>>
>>61627105
i'm already working a bottom-tier job anon, if a recession comes around i'm just going to die.
>>
>>61627126
You will literally die of boredom if you do that
>>
>>61627283
Sounds like opening of a horror game
>Haha you put this on the desk? Very funny
>Wait that wasn't me..
>>
>>61627126
My friend did this. He was the sole security guard for an office building that was nearly empty even during the day due to WFH policies, and he was there overnight. The had decent internet and he had zero supervision so he got a 2nd job doing remote data entry while on patrol. So he’d just sit in a room all night making 2x pay. Not ideal but he did well from it.
>>
>>61627105
Why is a golfer reviewing CVs?
>>
>>61627126
Overnight shifts mess with your sleep clock and hurt your health more than you imagine. People who do them for years have literally decades shorter life expectancy.
>>
>>61629288
This
Graveyard shifts are fine if you need a short term way to make pay but lack of sunlight and a proper clock literally kills you
>>

Provide home services to wealthy boomers. Pick something really niche and specialize in it. Like restore wooden window frames for $1500/ unit or wood floors or banisters. Mud jacking. Stump grinding. Recessed lighting. House plant sitting and weekly maintenance. Epoxy flooring/ concrete staining. Crown molding. Whatever. Just find something you can do that people are willing to pay for.
>>
>>61630131
Demand is only down because 3rd worlders are taking the jobs
Once they get cleared out, demand will go up more especially for port-to-warehouse routes.

since you are an atheist the demons leave you alone so you don't start thinking twice about life
>>
>>61630694
I figured atheists get more signs and wonders so they get interested into spiritualities and mysticism which would keep them away from the Gospel.
>>
>>61630694
Demons do not leave anybody alone. The only good repellent against demons is prayer and humility. Atheists are very heavily afflicted, that's the reason they're atheists in the first place.
>>
>>61627283
Once they start questioning themselves they will start seeing ghosts everywhere

I was night porter at a posh boarding school somewhere in the home counties. Did it for less than a year before I got fired, but in holidays when there was no residential courses on I would legit be the only person on a 200 acre estate, nearest living soul probably a mile and a half away. Never saw or felt anything bad, didn't even use the comically large torch most of my patrols I'd just roam around in the dark
>>
>>61631716
Why does God punish atheists for being atheist if the reason they are atheist is because they are afflicted by demons?
>>
>>61627105
I was almost in this exact situation last year.
I'm an electrical engineer, but because of some contract fuckery I was almost forced to leave the industry for 3 months to wait out a non-compete.

I used to work as a bouncer in uni, but I let my license expire years ago and I wouldn't have had time to get it back. I was looking at electronics technician jobs in factories. They seem to pay decently and you don't need any trade qualifications. Of course you need to actually know how to do the work, so it probably isn't for everyone.
Thankfully my contract got extended so I didn't need to actually go through with it.
>>
I became an Aryan trapstar
>>
>>61634673
God gave people free will and functioning brains. If you fall into a demon’s temptation that is on you.
>>
>>61627105
I'm a nurse and the shortage is so hilariously severe now that even retards with minimal experience can get jobs doing stupid specialty shit like podiatry clinic, allergy clinic, endoscopy, same day surgery, whatever. I work in a fucking IV bar. I will always have my pick of exactly what I want to do. Once you get a graduate degree you can be a fake doctor (NP) or "teach" students (assign online modules and read from PowerPoint slides).

But if I was an idiot and didn't learn an actually usefully and eternally relevant trade I would do >>61627126 + work in an easy retail setting like a random store that people don't go to much.
>>
>>61634673
They chose to be atheist. Everyone gets attacked by demons, the saints to a greater degree than those who succumbed already, but still some give in while other fight for grace which they receive even during their lifetime. Atheists have an active role in their belief of not believing in God, they choose to deny the existence of all miracles, the veracity of the gospel brought to us by martyrs and there logical impossibilities of a godless existence.

warehouse (amazon)

$25 an hour ($28 if overnight), pick your own schedule, work as many hours as you want

im already fit so i can handle the physicality. Stack 4-6 weeks of 55 hours a week (use drugs to survive) and make a move with the 10k you get

if it was for a prolonged period id move as fast as possible to manager/lead position at a warehouse or some bullshit computer/check in position
>>
>>61635405
How long will I last if I'm lazy and refuse to move quickly? Will they reprimand me for a few weeks or would I only get a couple hours of pay in the end?
>>
I would go to trade school for 2 years to become a certified technician in something that society actually values.
>>
>>61635429

if you work something physical, not long. Best bet is to transfer ASAP to a role that uses a laptop. You can work in a department that uses a scanner, but then they track your scan rate and if you walk away from your station for more than 18 minutes you get an automatic write up

Theres guys who know how to finesse the system and can steal hours every day, but you have to be a veteran (and have an IQ above 100) to know how to steal time from fucking amazon of all companies
>>
>>61627105
This is what happened to millennials in 2008. Business majors working at enterprise. Comp sci majors doing help desk.

Amazon does not pay 25 or 28 an hour its more like 17 and no you do not "work as many hours as you want" they frequently try to CUT hours and get pissy if you try to do anything over.

Its also loud as shit in a warehouse as well. Beyond the weekly pay its just genuinely not a good job.

>>61635511

Nigger you are overselling it hard. You just sit in the damn breakroom or toilet and even then they are tracking your shit.

I lost my Aerospace Job during Covid.
I took a janitorial job at some office building.
Apparently no one wanted to be responsible for cleaning up Desks from Covid cases.
After 2-3 months the office went from 200ppl to maybe 2.
So my job started as literally shit, but Then the next year was the easiest job ever.
$22 an hour to do maybe 1hr or work in a 8hr shift.
I'd bullshit with the office bros.
We had a mini Putting green.

In a recession, restaurants don't say "waoooww now we can hire a Ph.D. in electrical engineering to wait tables!!!" They say "why the fuck would we want to hire that guy, when we can hire a teenage trailer park mom who will be grateful for the job and stay with us forever? Plus she's got enormous milk-swollen boobies from the latest kid she popped out!"

>>61627126
Yeah that works until a German terrorist group decides to rob your vault. Look what happened to Nakatomi Tower.

Not if you are older. I worked at a driving range and the teens there all called me unc and one of them, an absolute bitch named Delaney, actively treated me like chopped liver for no reason whatsoever.
But she is also an absolute nigger lover so who cares. But it still made working with her miserable.
>>
>>61627126
I worked as 3rd shift mall cop and it was the same thing. I just brought my laptop in and hanged around the back office and connected my laptop to a network switch in the office and watched movies and played games and periodically would get up and do a patrol on the Segway going 20 mph around the mall. I also worked at a hotel third shift as a “night audit” and for the 1st hour you would check a bunch of people in and then basically for the rest of the night I could do whatever I want on my computer or 3DS until about 6 when people started waking up.

Paranormal stuff isn't evenly distributed. I've seen unexplainable things happen perhaps four times in my life EXCEPT for two places that I lived where it was fucking constant.

One was an old farmhouse I rented a room in during grad school, and that was the one that convinced me that paranormal shit is real. I saw weird glowing blobs extruding out of pretty much everywhere -- walls, floor, my legs while sitting and studying -- almost every night. Then there were what might be termed "the major incidents" which happened half a dozen times during the ten months I lived in that place.

The other one was an apartment I rented in Taiwan, and it was pretty clear there was a ghost cat stuck in the place. When my bed was low enough for a cat to jump on, it kept me company at night fairly often. I finally got a really thick inflatable mattress and it stopped bothering me at night, but instead I'd hear it bouncing around. If I left my chair too close to my bed, though, it could jump onto the chair and then onto the bed.
>>
>>61636411
I worked various 3rd shift jobs for like a half a decade and never seen anything paranormal. Closest thing was when I worked at a hotel and a room would randomly call the front desk when nobody was even in the room, I would pick it up and it would just be silent hill static and this was like 2 AM. I got so excited because it was proof there was more to this world but then a telecoms guy came and fixed the phone system and it turns out it was some sort of faulty equipment. To this day I am still depressed about it

im doing uber. i make about 80-150 dollars a day.

and on thursday friday and saturdays i park next to my neihghborhood and pick up all my cutie neighborhood girls going out,

they are usually tipsy and in a good mood and talk alot. so when i drop them off i tell them that i want to check out the bar "since im new to town"

im dating 3 women from uber in the last two weeks

i picked up a nurse coming home from work , was having car trouble , talked alot in traffic. she kept talking about how she never does anything just work and home and youtube vids. she kept asking me lots of questions, the sexual tension was building. i could tell she wantd to fuck. she told me to park in the driveway, i was going to park on the street... i said "i wish i could taste some of the lasagna you said you were gonna have.

she said i could come inside really quick before her daughter comes home from work too, and grab some.

the minut we entered the house she dropped her bags and i grabbed her and pulled her towards me. she didnt resists.. i started kissing her neck while i pulled down my pants and put her hand on my cock . i was feeling her tits under her shirt. after aboout 33 minuters of that i finger her and she was dripping wet ,and she pulled her pants down more and i bent her over the couch and fill her with cum.

it was intense. we were laughing so much when i came. she pulled up her pants asked if i wanted a towel i said no and i said ill try the lasagna later i gotta go and i left.

I'm currently an engineer in automotive. Nice job with many benefits such as remote work, going to other countries to meet business contacts, above avg pay and all. However western auto industry is going to shit (again) so the company slashed our wages by 12%, it's legally sound. I then applied for a pay off program and got granted.
No idea what I'm going to do now. I'll put all bets on my white looks, white name and communicative personality.

My preference would be a big consulting company such as EY, since they are winners of the crisis but I imagine it's hard to get in there.
I might also fail catastrophically. Wish me luck bros

the security guard where I work has to walk up to multiple checkpoints and electronically mark them off at certain intervals, there's no getting around doing his patrols he has to physically be at each checkpoint.
Many such cases at other companies as well.

These "sit and do absolutely nothing" guard jobs seem like something repeated from a 90s movie.
