There is no hard evidence that any bank is shorting silver

TD Securities isn't a bank?

banks do not just start betting on commodities
they're already jewish and retarded enough without the fantasy short positions on [my bags]
>>

Is there any evidence of the size of their short position? I'm extremely skeptical of the common stacker claim that banks will collapse due to shorting silver, as I doubt their positions are large enough. As I understand it, all we know is someone has shorts open on silver but no one knows for sure who they are, therefore we're working on assumptions. Don't get me wrong I would love to crash the banks with silver but I don't buy the stacker narrative

We know neither the size of the positions, or whether they have positions at all.

Banks hedge everything and any losses they incur on their shorts is being made up by profits elsewhere 99.999999% of the time. Banks don't just go long and short as a rule like retail does. They assemble entire portfolios and use the stuff retail obsesses over as cogs and components in the structure of the portfolio. Short silver might be part of a trade that involves long gold, long certain silver miners, and even stuff unrelated to precious metals entirely. Articles that say otherwise are manipulations that are of course common in the market for practically everything. It's all a feast for the volatility beast which is really what these institutions are trying to stoke in most cases.

And before anyone jumps in with an "ACKSHUALLY!" What killed them so badly in 08 was everything started to correlate and all of their hedges exploded.
>>

Yeah but it's Canadian, so it's not allowed to kill it's enemies...(it has to short winners)

I’ve bought more long calls for SLV.
I’ve made money everyday this week. Absolutely love it.

eventually you will lose it all when you place another big bet and paper silver goes to zero
it's already behind spot price by like 10% kek
>>
>>61642502
It lags behind spot but it still creeps upward

>volatily and trading
>on both long and short side
>so that they can strip both longs and shorts off their money.
Something like that, agree.
