>>61643424If the value of silver was only worth its potential in conductivity then substitutes like copper already exist in terms of metals. Graphite is a crystallised carbon and follows the pros and cons of that trend. It isn’t going to substitute silver other than in price, and if you’re worried about getting priced out then you should just find a way to make better use of copper, or if you can, integrate graphite. Otherwise silver will continue to be invaluable as it outperforms its competitors except in price.
