The system sucks but you beat it by finding a small group of like-minded people and breaking the line with a blitzkrieg. Once you've shown what's possible, the floodgates open.>Sounds like a kibbutzWell, yeah, nigga. Use what works.
>>61644384men have been robbed and cucked as a whole and a group. i dread the day they will realize what was taken from them. may it never come because my jewish little ass cannot take the punishment. i'm scared.
>>61644384Preventing Commie blocks is important though. If you built 1,000 tiny homes where 100 homes would normally be; you'd get a 3rd world favela.Basically section 8 housing but 10x worse.
>>61644384I watched a video on a farmer last night who's setting up solar systems in-between rows of crops. The system itself is interesting with some unique benefits, but the government keeps delaying him. He needed a bunch of permits, town hall meetings, inspectors, etc. They made him put the solar panels 10 feet off the ground for no reason just someone in power said 10 feet. After he installed the solar at 10 feet a neighbor complained that it made their view worse even though they're hundreds of feet away from his property lineThe system wasn't allowed to be plugged in even though it was fully installed because the inspector wouldn't sign off on it because of all the karens and drama trying to cut this farmer down for trying something new. The farmer was old and donating the crops to the local school too.Partnered with universities and had grants to test this system. The rep for the solar company admitted that he would never breakeven.I was doing the math and it's nonsense that he can't break even. It's all right there and ready to go, but after months maybe over a year of delays now and all the red tape it's pretty fucked.I was thinking if I put up a solar farm on 100 acres you can suck my asshole.I wouldn't go grid tied, wouldn't get any permits, wouldn't ask anyone for permission.
>>61644872Why's the farmer fighting alone? Missing the point. No more woe is me. Organize.>>61644584I'm cool with Singarichblocks.
>>61644384>The system sucks but you beat it by finding a small group of like-minded people and breaking the line with a blitzkrieg. Once you've shown what's possible, the floodgates open.im having a hard time interpreting this any other way besides>brazenly break the law when you think it wont be enforced, and then other people will be emboldened to break the law too
>>61644971Yeah every law needs to be looked at if it can be enforced or not. If it is going to be enforced you need to plan a defense that makes it as costly for the government as possible. I watch police cams all the time, and a trend I noticed is they prey on easy targets. If you're a respectful white guy who's going to show up to court and pay the fine then you're going to get slammed. If you're an illegal who no hable ingles, calls racism, skips court, skips fines, they actually treat you better and most of the time let you go I recently sued my state police for denying me firearms over a drug possession charge from 10 years ago that I got expunged They denied and denied until I took it to the state capitol's court with the plan to take it to federal court. When it began to cost them hours of lawyer fees and me willing to spend 20k-30k to take it to federal court they gave me my gun rights back and in the end it cost me 5k If you find an angle to make yourself hard to govern low risk/reward they will find someone else to pick on
>>61644971Men have a moral duty to disobey unjust laws.

>>61644384>foundation 20k>framing 30k>roof 10k>plumbing 10k>HVAC 10k>insulation/siding 10k>drywall 15k>electrical 5k>windows 10k>city sewer+water 10k (or well+septic 20k)>site work (excavation, grading, clearing) 10k>flooring 10k>cabinets + appliances + countertops 10k>doors, trim, etc. 10k>paint 2k>permits, plans 5kthis is why i laugh when people want new homes under 200k... its not fucking happening... this estimate doesn't even involve driveway, garage, internet, deck/patio/porch, landscaping, irrigation system, drainage, walkways, fencing, etc.homes under 200k are priced below replacement cost
>>61644584>Basically section 8 housing but 10x worse.Worse for who?Section 8 is an ongoing financial expense for us
Imagine how rich everyone would be if they didn't have this violent, poor, underclass creating shitty neighborhoods and forcing everyone normal to pay a fortune just to not live near them.
>>61644384Love the TL;DR at the bottom.
>>61644384CUNTI FUCKING HATE IRISH GYPSIES!TRAVELLER SCUM!
>>61644384My neighbor has been building his house for 5 fucking years now and it isn't close to habitable yet. It has a roof and insulation but no stucco+paint or windows and the interior is 0% done.Europe.
>>61644584>we have to make sure we don't live like a majority of Europeans live!Uh, okay. Enjoy your tent cities interspersed among the McMansions then.
>>61644971No, it just means do what people say is hard or impossible. A group of people can get together to do what developers do without paying developers.
>>61645451No *clap* more *clap* woe *clap* is *clap* me *clap*.Or *clap* gan *clap* ize *clap*.
>>61645266>by the way, all the labor in this list is performed by corner-cutting mexicans who can’t even read Still not worth the price.
>>61644584ive been to the third world. once youre there you realize it aint so bad, people are skinnier since they eat less and cant afford alcohol. but it isnt that bad, people have thier own hustle and sex wsith the women still feels great.
>>61645266That only adds up to $177k. The average new home should only cost $177k.
>>61647475>land is free>labor is free
>>61645150Twenty years ago I went to court for a speeding ticket and sat there for a while watching other cases before mine got called up and most of them were illegal Mexicans for all kinds of offenses and I couldn't believe how easy the judge was going on them just throwing half of them out and some of them were alcoholic related to, it made me sick to my stomach and I remember trying to tell older people that we have a serious problem going on but every single one of them was dismissive about it and I realized that these boomers subconsciously held minorities to lesser standards and no matter how bad they behaved most Whites were not going to apply the same punishment they would to their own family members. That was twenty years ago.
