If you file for bankruptcy while having an open leveraged position?
>>
they sell futures on your prison bussy to pay it off

actually they double it and give it to the next person (your kids) my grandma did exactly that without telling anyone she died and left behind 50K in dept that my dad inherited

You can’t inherit debt. They can take the dead persons shit before it goes to whoever they left it to
>>

In frogland where I'm from you can, but you also can just refuse to inherit, but you have to know beforehand. It went like that:
>shit mom died but at least I will get some money
>shit the bitch fucked me from outer earth

That's not fair to the debtors. There's nearly 2 trillion in student loan debt in America. Yes it's good that they can't discharge it via bankruptcy, but people might still try to escape it by just not paying it until they die. The most fair thing is that on death the student debt passes onto children or the closest living relatives.

Not everyone interacts with their family. They can shove it up my grandmas corpses’ ass
>>

Why is that fair? It’s the debtors fault for extending credit to someone who couldn’t pay it. Should we be expected to subsidise any retard lending money?
>>

If they are college loans you can't write them off. Thank god we aren't that antisemitic
>>
>>61645050
same as in Switzerland. You either accept or decline the inheritance
