I just received a hand written invoice from one of our vendors and they messed up the math on their own invoice and are actually undercharging us. Am I morally and legally obligated to inform them of their mistake and pay a higher price, or pay their lowered price and if they come round asking for more money tell them it's their fault for messing up what is essentially 5th grade math?

Morally? Yes. Legally? No.

If they're white I'd pay them extra because that's how I am.

Legally? Depends on local laws and what exactly they messed up. For example if they didn't calculate the VAT correctly, you might need to point that out as that isn't something they can 'decide' so to speak. Also there might be some problem if this is some recurring transaction that just had one faulty invoice.
Morally? Definitely. You're undermining the efficiency of the market if you take advantage of this mistake.
The ideal action here would be asking if that is correct, showing how you'd calculate it and they might let you keep the current price as a form of gratitude.

It depends on if you like the company or not. If theyre good honest people then dont screw them

In the beginning when we ordered product from them it came in damaged and we had to waste time sending it back and getting replacements, but lately they've gotten better.

When I say basic elementary level mistake, it's literally [product price X 10] and they messed that up. We do get a vendor discount but that ain't it.

My point was that it depends on what miscalculation happened, not the complexity of it. By the sounds of it this seems like a smaller vendor that is still trying to build itself up. I'd still point out the mistake and you might get something financially beneficial out of it.

If it's a long-term relationship and a smallish company, I'd point it out to them. Having good will with each other is probably more valuable than the discount.
