Some very interesting charts. First.

SIL/SILVER

Now think about this. Silver miners HAVE NEVER been cheaper priced in silver. At a time when silver has never been so high. Look at the last 15 yeas here.

In 2011 with silver at approx $43 dollars the ratio was 2.6
In 2026 with silver at approx $90 dollars the ratio is just 1.09

Compare COPX (Copper ETF) priced in Copper. To silver. As price goes up copper miner shares rise. Something odd is happening in Silver stocks.

If these prices hold. There's still a 3x to be had at current prices. Maybe super money to be made in properly dated options.

Trump looked at a map and saw that there was a large island on it named Greenland and it did look very big to him so he thought that people would think he'd the best president of all time if he got new territory for the US because that would be winning and it would be winning bigly because that island on the map was so big. I'm 100% convinced that this is a much, MUCH closer approximation of his thought process as the senile narcissistic retard that he OBVIOUSLY is than any other attempt by so called experts in their fruitless attempts to make sense of his actions. You can be the greatest political analyst of all time and won't have a clue whats going on with Trump if you don't know what actual NPD is (and not the retarded social media therapy bullshit meaning of it). You're so actually wrong. You understand nothing. Here is what actually is the case:

1. AI doesn't need to become smarter. It needs to become cheaper.

2. Again, it doesn't have to be smarter. It just needs to have longer context windows, remember more rules you give it. Current AI is smart enough so that you can fine-tune almost any parameter. You can tard-wrangle it, but currently it just doesn't remember this wrangling. Even if you give it a long spec text, the fucker will actually start to ignore it. If it had enough context window (RAM), it could remember all the stuff you tard-wrangled in the past (of the current project/entire lifetime).

3. Most of all, what needs to adjust isn't in so much datacenters or AI, it's humans. Currently, basically everyone is making it up as they go. There is currently not yet strong paradigms how to do AI productivity. E.g. create with Claude Code an actual enterprise-ready app. What do you think happens if people figure out how to do that? I'm not talking about some future AI being magically smarter, I'm talking about the current Claude Code. What if the Claude code tokens become very cheap? What if it does remember everything about the project? We don't need more capable AI. We need better logistics around it.

Past performance is no guarantee of future results, blah blah blah. But seriously, the last time I saw a chip firm with numbers like this it was NVDA while it was in the early stages of mooning. Thing is, Nvidia stockholders are very happy they hung onto it, because now they have a stake in this fine large company. You can't do that with semiconductors. It's all in or all out. Go look at what Micron stock did in the 90's, twice. When the semiconductor drought ends, monsoon season will comes and wash all the baggies out to sea.

Don’t blame the world. This is entirely a personality related issue. There are people who chase their losses, and can not for the life of them admit that the best time quit is now. Patience and composure is required in this field; it is rather random and erratic, enough to appeal to gamblers and their own addiction.

>This is unironically because of GameStop
Its still crazy to me that so many ppl fell for the cult. Me and a lot of other anons here sold and made great profits. The thought that it was gonna go to tens of thousands per share is pure delusion. It would've been the most valuable stock in the entire market in their delusional scenario. Like the exchanges would've allowed that to happen. For us the rode it sub $10 to over $500 that was a great trade. To this date I still haven't made as much on a single ticker like I did with GME
>>

>Any play there is purely speculative
every stock is speculative any DEI CEO can ruin a good business. The ASTS tech is great passing all the tests so far, sat are being built, their partnerships with all the MNOs are great, the risk is launchign the sats and getting their constellation up and running, then the money printing begins. You can wait till the start generating revenue, but then you miss on the massive gains to get there. The best time to make big gains is to get in early and ride the hype, you can even dump it all pre prorift if you want to capture your gains, but the stock just keeps getting more expensive the longer you wait. If a rocket carrying 3-6 sats blows up then I expect a major price drop. There is nothing earth shattering about the concepts or tech, hundreds of companies make, launch sats, or run complex comms systems via satellites. But ASTS has many pattents for their tech and is way ahead of Starlink.

This is only true for passive or quasi passive assets. Not trading. You can do 50+% gains in a year easily, even long term, with trading.

>>61655951
Perfect. (Yes, I know. ChatGPT uses this word as a post starter. I didnt need AI to write this post). You're learning how options work. You picked some nice beginner setups. However, in the mid term you should look into upgrading the strat. It can be improved massively. As the other anon said, your capital efficiency is not really that great. It's like you are trying to run a 100 meter sprint but you are wearing clown shoes. You might look into picking a bolder stock than Amazon, and probably sell puts rather than calls.

boomer mind-rot. Trump probably saw some dumb shit on X about muh heckin' rare earth minerals, and decided it was absolutely essential that the US owns each and every possible source of it. Same thing with all of the ai investments. Same thing with Tariffs.
You could probably pay a bot-farm to spam certain tags with whatever retarded policy changes you want, and Trump will eventually pick up on it.
>>61654444
we did this exact same thing before with Noriega, and that was a nothing-burger.
>>
>>61655971
It would take 25ish years starting from a base of 100k.
There are several effects that inhibit the trajectory, notably
- you have a limited area of expertise. Like I will never be versed on cosmetics stocks. My edge is in trading certain tech. This doesn't necessarily last, but it is contingent rather than necessary factor -- maybe I could become an expert on L'Oreal if I wanted then I could keep the 50+% streak runninbg.
- when you are moving millions liquitiy for your setups will be shit
- after year 20 when you are moving hundreds of millions you are now a market maker not just a mere participant
- most people have satisfied their career desire already way before that.

So someone help me understand mu.

The market is pricing a commodity like ram like the recent growth is going to continue to occur. Why does this not stop once the buildout has finished, or when other market participants start pumping out ram to depress margins.

None of this pump makes any goddamn sense, yet here we are. Some of the other companies like google atleast have core business that have organic growth and not just one time demand. Id like to jump on mu, but my monkey brain is saying i should sit out. Maybe I am too afraid to make money. The numbers look great though.
>>
>>61656146
Yes ai (data centres) are a bubble and yes the demand will crash one day. This literally already happened to micron during the dot-com bubble. We just ride this tiger till we see the hand-writing on the wall. I give it 2-3 more years
>>
>>61656156
but how do i not beome a baggie anon. I dont want to wait 20 years to break even after bag holding. I dont want to go to bag holding conventions and talk about the personal lives of other bagholders.
>>
>>61656146
From what I understand it's not trivial to create RAM, so companies that can do so are now valuable. With the fact that there's an actual shortage that even companies like Dell, HP, Google, etc. can't secure RAM and consumer prices have quadrupled, the pump is probably going to happen for the next 1-2 years until things calm down. For what it's worth, my gut instinct is also to sit out MU despite the growth, maybe we're both wrong but I rather have AMD or GOOG than be stuck with MU if I don't time it right.

>>61656173
I think ram creation is a commodity because there is no difference between the products, no moat, nothing stoping a competitor from undercutting your and eating your market share.
Goog and AMD do things that no other company can do, or have moats that are not easily crossed.

Exactly. Just do quickies on MU. In & out, in & out, like old-timey baby prevention. Don't wanna be settled with a MUtant baby. But seriously, this will last for at least another year. It's not like you have to fear MU being back to like 2022 levels within a few weeks.
I recommend either options for that or trad stock aquring with an endless limit sell order already pre-placed. Like if you want to profit 10% of it, just set it 10% higher. One day, that price will be reached and it will be sold automatically. It's better to set that early rather than trying to time the market manually and probably forgetting.

>>61656156
Dotcom bubble is completely incomparable to anything that has ever happened in our lifetimes. Stop using it to refer to anything. The situation then was infinitely different. They make a few billion per year right now with a pretty low-grade non-enterprise product.
If they scale such that
- corporations will need their pro tier for their long context tasks (e.g. some gpt instance crunching millions of documents). This does NOT currently exist

They can easily make 100b+ per year, giving a road map for paying off current commits.

But their costs will scale with getting more users, and their product is an easily replaceable commodity from 10 different competitors, with zero pricing power. There's no way they can ever make the tens of trillions of dollars needed each year to stop losing money.

it's a risk. take it or don't. or keep loading up on "told you so" options, if you take screenshots you might get some good return on investment in the form of (you)'s if it all comes crashing down.
>>
the fun part is that convincing the populace that they're printing money is actually stimulative and supportive of asset valuations (if the populace catches on or loses faith and they actually have to print money the whole thing collapses)

AI is not a business endeavor, it's a religious endeavor masquerading as a money making scam masquerading as a technological project. All the gnostic tech commies/jews are racing to actualize the Helios ending. The reason they have unlimited money is because they had two world wars to lay the groundwork.
>>
>>61656385
I agree that I'm actually bearish on AI, for the same reason you mentioned, them not having a moat.
The best way forward I see is if government steps in to prop up OpenAI to prevent a Google monopoly. Like if it's at least a duopoly, it seems like it might work out.
(Claude will have just <10% of either and be specialized for coding and some other higher IQ tasks)

Question for IBKR users:
When applying benchmarks to portfolio analyst I've noticed a huge discrepancy between the returns shown in IBRK and the returns shown on any other chart site including Google.
What causes this?

Those are worse odds than what I would be willing to bet at a casino, and the people in control of our society have made a top-down decision to bet literally our entire economy on this gamble, whether we like it or not. That's insane.

You have a portfolio currency. It's probably relative to that. Online charts just show Nikkei in Yen.

>obviously financially unviable business like OpenAI continue to exist
Regardless of how you feel about AI in its current form, the end goal is the development of AGI, at which point the total addressable market is essentially every job on the planet. When the upside of the bet is infinite, then it is asymmetric no matter how much money you have to put in. At least, that's how institutions and governments see it.
I am not endorsing OpenAI. In fact, I don't think it has a strong moat. But ChatGPT was first, so OpenAI is still the leader in most people's minds.
>How are they not bankrupt yet
Debt.

I think the real question is between whether this is something we can afford, or something we can afford to lose.

yeah none of my numbers make any sense either, its because of currency conversion and every portfolio app i try gives different answers as well as they all use different conversion rates to calculate their numbers, its the conversion rate they use for the cost basis that really fucks things up. I just calculate gains by subtracting what money i transferred into the brokage from the current value of my holdings.

you also can't make any compounding gains on that tax you paid. Over the long run that will add up to a lot of money. Me personally i would refuse to pay such an angle shooting tax, i would rather go to jail.

I'm just bewildered how it hasn't crashed yet and people are *still* throwing money at it, even after having all this time to prove out what was an obviously unviable idea from the very beginning. I feel like there might be some kind of upcoming catalyst involving the feud between Trump and the Federal Reserve, where the Fed finally stops kowtowing to political pressure and raises rates. But I'm not sure if Trump could just pack the FOMC board with more appointments and force them to lower rates again. Also, that was a superb call on precious metals and precious metal accessories early last year.

ACC ETF are GAY anyways
>somehow this is considered lawful

Is it? Didn't check if there has been a Supreme Court case against it yet.

There was one against the retarded tax-offset cap §20 VI S.5 EStG a.F. (I think) for derivatives. That was dropped since the parliament itself killed the law later.
There STILL (after +10 years of process) is the case if you can offset losses from stocks with other financerelated gains, like derivatives (§20 VI S.4 blocking it)
>>
>>61656280
This is why I hate the kike economy. People will let obviously stupid things like this fester and then all of a sudden everyone grows an extra brain cell and it crashes with no warning even though it should have months/years ago.

>>61656563
Maybe when you grow a second brain cell you can discover why for a company with literal billions of active users, some path to profitability isn't hard to find.
>>
>>61656557
Its about not paying tax right now, also about compounding interest, as another anon said.
Government obviously hates that -->therefore it cant be gay.
There's a class action lawsuit 'Sammelklage' still going on, but chances are slim that it goes in our favor

They don't even generate profit of users with a 200 dollar subscription. They only thing they have is they were the first big player
>>
>>61656523
yeah idk, it doesn't do that, it just makes money disappear or appear out of nowhere to make the balance come out correctly. The issue is what it calculates (makes up) as your cost basis
>>
>>61656280
money =/= currency
>>
>>61656586
I know. you're also right, it was a bit tautological. ACC is gay because of that law, basically.

But also understandable, the government wants it taxincome and it wants it NOW. On the other hand, there's insurance bullshit too.
I could even imagine this to have been implemented in germany due to the strong insurance business (Allianz, Alte Leipziger, HDI etc) to protect them from people just putting all their money into ACC ETF. Probably the maindriver behind this.
