Some of the part times are 5 days a week but its rarely offered to them as mon-fri.And they space out the employees so its never everyone working at once. Half are at night, half are in the morning hours, a skeleton crew in the evening.The drivers have crazy hours, definitely not a conventional 8 hour or 10 hour shift. They are lucky to be done with their routes in 11 hours a lot of times.A lot of warehouse people, like a lot, start 10 hour shifts at night into the morning.A lot of the flex drivers start in the afternoon and end after sundown.The long haul drivers have some stupid crazy hours like 36 hours on, 12 off something like that.The managers get the best hours, barely break a sweat while the blue and white badges do basically all the grunt work.The driver trainers, driver assistants, maintenance guys and janitorial staff are straight fucking chilling. I never seen them do too much my whole time there.All the wagies this meme targets are asleep whenever he posts it. They're probably just waking up to it on Page 10.Basically /biz/ doesnt know what the fuck bezos' company does.
