So, a College on Brazil called Estacio is charging me an absurd amout of money after i cancelled.Context: I enrolled to study Civil Engineering at Estacio, but The course was mediocre and they didn't teach anything properly at all, plus the teachers never saw the chats with me. I couldn't cancel online, so I called and requested the cancellation, and they said it would be processed, and then the operator hung up. Months passed, and my registration on their app was marked as non-existent, so I thought I had cancelled it, until i received an e-mail I have an outstanding debt for installments on a course that I don't even have access to and that I'm not even registered for now. And what's worse, I'm unemployed, so I wouldn't be able to pay. When I called to dispute it, they mentioned a protocol number, which the representative I spoke to on the phone almost two years ago didn't even give me, And after two years of waiting, I didn't think that would be relevant! Someone, if knows something about it, explain why they charging me for installments for a college I'm no longer studying because it was cancelled.
Legal in Brazil? I wouldn't know, but can't you just storm the school with friends and turn it into a favela?
