There is a good chance of doubling your money in 1 year. $200 silver is very realistic

My fellow leafs. This item is currently priced at $140 at Canada post shops (usually located in Shoppers Drug mart). If spot spikes next week it could be a good way to get 2026 privy maples at melt. You can even order them online. Orders could be canceled so picking up in person at Canada Post is recommended.

I am not trying to FUD, here's a personal stack pic just to not get attacked. Here in the US, it seems like smaller coin shops that deal with refineries are getting shafted and then return shafting anyone trying to sell off 90% and even generic .999 silver, I wonder what you guys think of this? Will it eventually blow over or is there some other exit strategy that has potential? I was thinking maybe leasing silver to a KikeBank maybe? Fucking ridiculous that they SELL at a Chinese level premium but BUY from the public with a huge haircuts (10 dollars back of spot some places). Only accepting Eagles and Maples for the most part since there's a "glut" of Silver at the refiner-jew.

TLDR/W:
Small investors getting dicked down in maybe the short-term for selling at these ATHs. HOLD HOLD HOLD!

I was warning about this a few months ago but all the little angry guys of pmg just kept screaming and seething.

90% junk is not worth stacking unless you already have a nice make it stack or are getting a ridiculous deal. Like under 50% of spot type of deal.

I kept telling people to do the math. The savings arent worth the risk.
And then I posted a video where someon weighs out their junk silver and it was significantly lighter than the math said it should be because of wear.

Remember, the coin shops will sell you junk piece by piece, but when you go to sell a bunch of it, they will just weigh it up and you will lose even more than you know to account for.

It's no surprise that junk silver and the silver to gold trade is always shilled by the same people.

okay thanks for letting me vent, i'll go back to /sss/ now

I’ve sold junk silver to my local coin shop and he didn’t weigh anything, and he pays 95% of spot. He also likes it when I do straight swaps for metal.

Most of the junk silver I buy is in AU condition because I pick them out at the shop.

Avoid buying bags of culls from online dealers if you’re worried about weight. Idk why people FUD junk so much like pretty much every country in the world used the equivalent as currency for hundreds of years, that’s why we have coin clipping jokes.

Just can’t do it bros, not paying the current price. Copperbros, how do you do it? Spot seems to be about $13AUD/kg while 1oz rounds sell for $8-$10 and 1kg bars are in the $80-100kg range. Do you need to buy hundreds of kilos at a time from industrial suppliers just to not get ripped off?

I'll try to respond to you like you arent a bot and are open to a conversation about this.

Refining silver to .999 and shaping into a coin or a bar requires a certain amount of work. You need the refinery, which needs to pay for electricity, chemicals, labor etc.
Then they have to pour it or cast it, package it, sell, it and finally it gets back to you.

90% silver has none of that value added to it. I know it is in the shape of a coin already, but that doesn't matter because it will need to be refined to reach it's perfect form as .999

I hope you personally find a place to spend you 90% without too much of a haircut, but i dont think that will be reality for most people from now on.

and to prove I am not just a hater I am also letting people know that in the peak frenzy it might be beneficial to have some 100 oz, kilo, and maybe even 10 oz bars of silver.
These are the sizes financial institutions use and can buy outright. It's the minimum size they like to stack in their vaults, and I can foresee a weird scenario where having such a large .999 bar can get you a premium because it can be sold directly to the big players.
>>
>>61660059

>>
>>61660133
>Sure but you need to find someone willing to be overcharged so that you don't get fucked by fees.

I have never had any difficulty selling any coins on eBay at whatever price I felt was reasonable at the time.

Most online bullion dealers charge several dollars over spot for any purchase involving a debit card and this is on top of whatever premium they charge depending on market demand, and most coin shops are out of inventory so anyone buying at this stage in the game is gonna pay higher prices because they weren’t fast enough.

Premium’s everywhere are at all time highs and lead times are getting worse not better. Nothing about the silver market will be fixed in the near term, and for that reason I will be able to sell anything I want to because my only other competition are boomers who can barely work their digital camera they bought in 1999.

Copper cents make the most sense for US people. I dunno for foreign.
If you have time/space/money and want to be more hands on, you could get set up to melt scrap yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csAJCowuY2Q
I'm sure once you're set up your effective cost will be extremely cheap, assuming you're willing to put in the work.

If you really want to stack Copper and don't want to own/operate a scrap yard I'd probably look for a hookup for industrial copper stock. For example you can get a 6' ~52lb bar of 99.99% pure copper from McMaster-Carr for $462.80

https://www.mcmaster.com/2557T72-2557T44/

That's still a 52% premium over spot (and I don't recommend it at that price), but that's still way less than what copper 'bullion' venders would charge you. McMaster-Carr is notoriously expensive though so I'm assuming you could get it for cheaper if you shop around.

I dont think it does. I
I think junk stackers best bet will be to sell or trade to other junk aficionados later on.
But if silver really reaches $1000 I would be surprised if the common normie will have any interest in junk unless it was heavily discounted.

If I were to buy gold (I wouldnt, that shit is yellow) I would want a nice looking pure coin because it is so expensive. I would not choose some worn down unpure coin unless it was an ancient coin. But I'm not a numismatic collector.
I am investing in the future use and availability of silver.

All of this will come into play to the shop keepers minds and will use an excuse to low ball you. Hopefully you guys have a nice coin shop and hopefully they are till around when you need them.
I suspect there will be more pawn store type buyers in the future.

If silver reaches 1000$ your franklin half dollar will be looked at no differently than fractional or alloyed gold. It will be 90% silver at 1000$ an ounce.

The better argument is that junk faces a bottleneck in extreme scenarios like this because of refineries. This the time to buy and not sell. Personally, I'm bored of junk and am saving for larger denominations as I don't have enough but if an anon is slurping mercs all the power to him.

I dont hate junk, just make sure you are getting a freaking good deal when you buy it. not just a decent deal, but the sort of deal you come here and brag about.
otherwise I dont think it is worth it.
Do the math and see if junk is actually that good of a deal when you factor in the unknown.
nobody will deny a .999 coin or bar. I for sure dont want any 90%

Howdy again y'all. I have a small update on the Frensmark round after meeting with my artist today. I did see that there were two divergent threads for /pmg/, I posted in one but didn't notice there was another until just now. C'est la vie.

I did update the font to Gorgias Blackletter for a more old school German look. I like it, but I do think that some of the letters look off (V's and B's look alike, A's look like U's, etc...). I made a side by side comparison of the two current versions for your viewing pleasure. Let me know what you think. (yes I am aware that the spelling of feinsilber on the blackletter one is wrong currently, I noticed and told the artist to fix it) I just made all the font Gorgias, but we can do a mix and match and continue refining the design.

I haven't added a mockup with laurel wreaths around the edges on the reverse of the coin yet. But I have not forgotten that was something we wanted to explore. I will post a mockup of that once I have it.

I have not heard back from any of my original inquiries to mints yet. I am assuming with the government holiday + long weekend mints are taking a break for the time being. Will update with emails once I hear back.

Let me know if you all have any more feedback on the current design, or if you have questions about the project. I'll be irregularly checking in on the threads tonight. Take care fellow frens and stackers.

>>61660175
I'm in firm belief for a short time we will see a 10-11 to 1 ratio, I plan to convert at that time into platinum and gold to avoid the fallback in price to 25-30 to 1 bounce in value before it starts settling over years to a stable new age price probably around 20 to 1.
>>
>>61660288
Checked, looking good
>>
>>61660298
my next goal is getting a few more 20 franc/korona coins and 10 maples. At that point, gold will probably be too expensive for full ounces so I'll choose and start stacking some 1/4oz coin.

I stack copper only because I can collect scrap pipe and wire, but after gold and silver are out of reach, what do you think will happen to copper? Cost read used historically for day to day purchases, as change for silver. It's taking to be enough to buy bread with at some point.

I did send that one to the artist originally, but they only have access to the Adobe font library, and Fraktur is not part of it sadly I was told. Gorgias was the next best thing.
Now I could send the artist the font sheet from the wiki page and have them scale up and "lego piece" the letters together, but it seems like most anons would prefer the original font we had to start. But its worth a consideration. I might do it on my own time just to see what it would look like.

copper will go to where silver is now

back in yee olden times copper was used as a denomination of silver, and silver a demonination of gold

if yee olden times ratios are applied today gsr is 1:15 to 1:6 and scr is 1:120 to 1:70

me personally I think scarcity will drive future value, and I see silver getting lower than 1:6 in the future. copper has room to grow, but we have much more abundant stores of it than silver. Scarcity will not have the same impact on copper, that silver will feel

that typeface is meant to emulate handwriting so it's going to look weird on metal. most coins use sans-serif fonts or very simple styles. I would recommend something like Franklin Gothic, or Sitka if you want a serif.

some anon predicted this shit a few weeks or months ago:
when refineries actually get fuck all from the mines they turn to minted coins, and since .999 is the easiest to form into comex bars (you just melt them), they get priority.
So now we have so many request for comex bars that they prioritize .999 over everything else. This is BULLISH for silver.
Expect a ton of FUD around it but this is the last phase before they actually have to turn to junk.
Invest in Nitric Acid, lmao.

Hey there. Thanks for the image, I appreciate it.

I'm going to meet you in the middle on this one in good faith. I surmised the project because a lot of anons, including myself, were and still are very skeptical of you and your "business practices." There were never mint quotes shown, no production samples, and the entire "no credit cards allowed but bank wires and crypto are cool" think set off a lot of alarms. You also were not very responsive to design feedback, and a little condescending in your audio FAQ session.

Now I do understand that there is some pressure to get things done quickly with rising spot prices, volatility, and things of that nature. I'm working against those things myself now too. But it would go a long way to reassure people of your projects feasibility and reality if you would extend some sort of proof to everyone. I'll admit I FUD'd a bit against you and said a lot of nasty things before I got so angry I took the project up. I apologize for that, it was not charitable nor Christian of me. But honesty goes a long way here. Can you show us some proof of what you are doing is real? I am more than willing to extend an olive branch to you.

I'm going to continue my project to completion regardless. Maybe we will see two variants of the Frensmark one day on the board. Maybe we won't. Only time will tell.

Only having one Bog and one prospector must have meant that I was under some financial constraint. Maybe it was when my landlord raised my rent from 600/mo all inclusive to 1000+utilities. Thankfully, things are a little different now.

Solomon never existed. Jews just made him up because they felt intimidated by the wealth of Tyre. Though I don't intend to say anything about the relative values of silver and gold beyond the obvious fact that the bible is bullshit.

>some anon predicted this shit a few weeks or months ago:
it already was like this months ago. Ever since we reached $60 this situation have been a thing. Local refineries and shops are being uber flooded with silver. They don't have the capacity, logistics, manpower and capital to face the current flood of stacks hitting their counters.

Plus they kinda are scared buying too much at these prices. It went up too high and too fast. You may call it normalcy biais, but the physical side of PMs can't catch up with the current financial war being fought over silver.

There is this very weird double disconnect between paper and physical where paper is both cheaper and more expensive than physical. It's pure chaos out there.

Nice stack anon, I remember seeing you buy in back in October thinking you were a top signal and then we kept going up. Never once did I think you had made a bad choice to cash out.
Did you look through the tubes of Generics to see if you have any nice older rounds (USS Constitutions, Prospectors, Assay Office Rounds or other unique designs)?
The only thing I question here is why the 1/4 oz rounds? Wouldn't it have been more cost effective to just buy more 1 oz rounds or get junk if you really wanted fractional?

No one knows what the actual symbol on Solomon's mythological ring was originally intended to be. Some say pentagram, some hexagram, some other symbols. Same with the "Star of David". It wasn't associated with David until like the Middle Ages or something.

The real question is "can you point me to any non-biblical sources that support the historicity of Solomon?" His existence, and the fabulous wealth of his kingdom, have no external validation and should have left an archaeological record. But it's not really the point. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Esau, Solomon, David: they were never intended to be historical figures anymore than Theseus or Heracles were. Myth encodes history, and in those myths the figures that have deeds attributed to them are usually simplified representation of entire populations. So, for example, Theseus = Mycenaean Athenians, Esau = Edomites, Jacob = Israelites, etc. It was never intended to be understood literally.

I agree, however they will still need money unless they all plan to retvrn to barter or just starve which I suppose are distinct possibilities. In the west and most Asian countries we can stack since there is lots of silver floating around and even after dollar death there will still be flatware hordes and such showing up for normies to fomo in at mega prices. India got a lot of shinies but they will eat themselves killing housewives over 0.02oz gold earrings. Places like Africa are just fucking cooked.

just go look at the fucking AISC reports of large copper mining groups like KGMH, the extraction cost of 1oz of silver is $4.
And it's nearly entirely automated.
Building a house is worth much more than $4 anon.

Thanks and no harm done. As a fellow Christian, forgive me for being snide. The mint I'm working with doesn't supply a 3D proof until after dies are paid for. Right now, I don't know how long it will take to get that 3D proof, that's what I'm checking on Monday and will update that night. The hope is they will make it before the goal of when the store opens, but I just paid for them on Thursday. I will be able to post it once I get it for sure.

The design got locked in quick in one or two threads, and yes I didn't take much input. I just recently learned the process the board is used to (both design input and 3D renders seen early), and it's cool you are doing it more traditionally, just not how this one is being done.

one of my great purchases was 100oz of 1/4 rounds during a pico bottom at $28 and the dealer already had them listed stupidly cheap.

One time I noticed they had some 1/4 listed with almost normal premiums. I waited to buy the next day and the listing had been updated to have those high fractional premiums again. damn.
I kept looking and looking until finally I caught my chance again and saw a similar low premium listing. I screwed them real hard with 100oz.
I think about it every time i see all the tiny tubes in my stack.

they were all these walking liberty replicas by silvertowne. a beautiful coin and i appreciate how large the 1/4 oz text is.

That said, I am not convinced and will continue to hold you in high skepticism until I see tangible proof of your work. Even posting a receipt or communication with the mint for the dies you paid for would go a long way to regain a lot of anons trust. BUT I will no longer FUD against you either. I'll be professional about it and keep to my work with input from the rest of the board. I have made up my mind on how I see things, and the other anons are free to choose for themselves as well.

I'll have them and be able to post them. Some of you will still say it's fake or I made it myself but whatever. I hope it is this week because the goal is to open the store at market close, but it is dangerous to wait because of volatility, but if silver crabs this week and I won't get the proofs until the following week then opening the store could possibly be delayed. I know this project is real so I'm much more ready to get pre-sales in and lock in spot price with the mint. But spot could drop after that lock in, who knows. I wish we knew.

That's fine that you think that seething cryptofags, silver and copper is used in the electric grid, in houses for piping, I'm sure copper is abundant but I remember the purchasing power of copper when I was a kid and you could have a pocketful of change and still buy a load of bread with it, so your zoom zoom cryptofags can keep ignoring the reality that you need something to fractionate silver as it's high value. I'm not recommending anyone the copper, i just collect it for myself because the fundamentals are in place and i come from a time where i witnessed the purchasing power of a lower value metal like copper before it was demonetised.

No I'm not saying copper is going to make you a millionaire but I still want copper as Im but buying it but just collecting, knowing that it's the change for silver and has enough purchasing power for bread.

>it seems like smaller coin shops that deal with refineries are getting shafted and then return shafting anyone trying to sell off 90% and even generic .999 silver
I wouldn't credit this to malfeasance or jewish tricks. Think about this like an ecosystem. There's commercial, commercial investors, and retail who want to trade silver. Commercial and commercial investors want big fat bars, and these bars are made at refineries.

>Only accepting Eagles and Maples for the most part since there's a "glut" of Silver at the refiner-jew.
I think it's well established that there are many people selling PMs from retail who bought back in 2012 or who have found grandpa's old stash and want to cash in because it's
>muh top
>/pmg/ is a bunch of generational baggies
but we know better, big money knows better, and corporations know better. There are gigafuck levels of demand right now. The 'glut' is not coming from a lack of demand for refined silver, it's that there's too little throughput from refiners. These refineries have a limited amount of capital and capacity to move metal. they have a 'glut' simply because there's too much that they're trying to handle. they don't want silver on hand. they make money by processing it, not holding it.This is part of 'le squeeze'!

>they SELL at a Chinese level premium but BUY from the public with a huge haircuts.
>Will it eventually blow over or is there some other exit strategy that has potential?
so similar to how refiners make money moving metal, the LCS makes money on transaction volume, and typically smaller shops are dealing with small volumes. I have not seen evidence of people running to coin shops like they're trying to round up pokemon cards, but without knowing demand, the LCS takes on a large amount of risk, hence the high spread. each transaction needs to count. we've been having 5% days lately. imagine trying to be the coin shop profitably!

Yeah, it's not magic, it's just a return to real money. Again, you're speaking of mere shortages of an industrial commodity, I'm talking about a paradigm shift.

No one knows the true value of gold and silver; again, not saying 1 ozt of silver will get you a house, but a house will certainly cost a hell of a lot less in terms of gold and silver after the monetary reset.
>>
>>61660646
Even if silver collapses and returns to its 20-year average (8%) it still outperforms your typical conservative stock portfolio and you can use it to hedge against hyperinflation. With cash, I just get eaten by inflation and possibly priced out. Worst-case scenario it reverts to its 100-year average, it's still better than a treasury bond, I guess... A bond is toilet paper in a collapse.

no, the plugin allows the price on the site to move with spot. A % of the premium is allocated to volatility, so if the plugin works, the store can run until spot hits that threshold. But if spot dips, I will keep the base price as a floor so everyone who buys during market close gets the best price. Crypto is the very last thing I'm looking at. There aren't a lot of crypto folks on here and I don't want to give an answer I'm not 100% certain of. At store open, there will be directions because I will be 100% certain then.

Fuck, sorry for all the typos I'm on mobile, but essentially that's what I was saying.

While I'm not as assured as you are on where copper is going, I'm born in 87, i remember when newspapers were 5 copper pence, penny sweets, a pocketful full of change will get you milk or bread.

Again I'm stressing that the fundamentals are also there to remonetise copper, and the pressure to push the price up comes from many areas, firstly the modernisation of the third world which is going to happen as America loses its place as a number 1 power, and they've systematically been keeping other countries down with inflation, theft and war. The other place the pressure will come from is as I said before, the need to fractionate silver as change for your purchases. The other one? When the monetary system collapses, there will be a great need for work and usually they push constructions so you will get more homes being built that use copper.

Again, i don't believe in copper making you rich, but a rising tide is going to raise all ships, if gold and silver see a rise in purchasing power then obviously everything will be measured against it and as we get price discovery, we will have the purchasing power revealed.

You can click the correct slide the first time without having to swipe through all of them. If you do that above a certain percentage it flags you.
They are looking for rouge ai, psychics, etc.
We trained AI with captchas, first we taught it how to read, then to see images, now they testing us and hunting predictive ai.

If copper is ever remonetised or gets to big numbers the infrastructure will be obliterated by scrap heads. Think how bad it is already and times that by a hundred of a thousand.

Brits literally unearthed archeological proof of David in the 1990s that dates to the 9th century BC. This timing coincides with large scale building projects in Jerusalem and a few other sites, which are biblically purported.

Please stop acting like you understand near eastern history because you watched Zeitgeist while stoned.

The fact that the "House of David" is mentioned on a stela (assuming this is what you refer to) is not evidence that David, as described in the bible, actually existed. And it is most certainly not evidence that Solomon or his fabulous wealth actually existed, either.

There were plenty of people named David, there have been plenty of kings. There may have been Judean kings, and one or more of them may have been named David. But that's got nothing to do with what I said.

Right. Because it's true and rational. And it's a helluva a lot better than your cope: "the Jews told me X was true and I believed it", the perpetual refrain of goodgoybookthumpers for millennia.

If my napkin math is right, when silver hits ~$140 that will mean 1 cent face value junk silver would equal one fiat dollar

>>61660808
Yes.
$1.40 FV in 90% junk (except Silver Dollars) is 1 oz.
For Silver Dollars $13 FV is 10 oz.
