Is it even possible? The only positions I see that offer a six figure income are sketchy pie in the sky sales jobs, or management positions where some company or owner wants you to run their business for them for like $70k. There's gotta be something better. I'm in Texas if it matters or helps.
>>61669842working a remote code nigger job in the midwest
>>61669842get a job that pays 6 figures anally
>>61669842>create something that others will use>replicate it x 100k times>make 100k annual sells (for 1USD or charge more)Seems easy to me anon, now what ideas do you have that you can make into reality and sell multiple of?
>>61669842In 2019 I got a job at a "Security Engineer" (computer janitor) and I was making $135,000/yr + Stock + bonus which came to about $175,000/yr.
>>61669842>I'm in Texasblowjobs at Bucees for $10 each. charge $50 for the bussy.
>>61669932Thank you for a reply that doesn't involve whoring myself or starting my own business selling bootstraps. What sort of credentials did you need for your position? Are there degrees/certifications worth pursuing to that end?
>>61669933I honestly can't believe that your ID is an anagram of TX MONEYS. Maybe I need to move.
>>61669842I make $60k a year in my customer support job before taxes, or about $1,780 biweekly after. I also make about $5,400 bi weekly from dividend income currently. It's all about building up your savings if you don't have an advanced skillset or long enough work history to become upper management.
>>61669842I'm self employed. I can make six figures easily since contractors in my area charge on average well over $150 per hour and I can pick up all the hours I want at $140 or so. But I don't really like working a lot so I do good work and charge $225 per hour and get a lot fewer hours but still make six figures anyways.Probably won't work in Texas, you guys don't have enough laws to keep illegals from doing my $225 per hour job for $20 and a case of beer.
>>61669842I make six figs drawing and 3D modeling automotive stuff. You need a 4-year degree. Also you need an innate talent for this kind of work, or many years of dedicated pratice even before school, so I don't know if it's a realistic goal for just anyone.
>>61670138You're right about the illegals, especially in the contracting scene. May I ask what sort of contracting you do? I saw a meme about electrician codes only being printed in English, but I doubt that's true.
>>61670164I do environmental - hazardous waste remediation.
>>61670180Interesting. I have a buddy that does PA work, and he suggested I go into contents, but the contents guys are everybody's scapegoat, and I don't know if I want to sweat the liability/insurance.
>>61669842Just take what you're already doing, and stick AI in front of it, then send off your resume to every tech company in your country. You'll be pulling in six figures in no time!
>>61670195working with the public is a pain in the ass. Working for insurance is a bit better but still a pain in the ass. It's hard work, any sort of contracting is. But yeah it's pretty easy to make six figures if you live somewhere with enough business.
