This is why CBDCs need to be implimented alot more swiftly. This will allow phasing out physical dollars that's used to buy silver, gold, drugs, and fund illicit criminal activities. For every purchase that is registered and listed, we will be able to go door to door and force people to hand it over, or risk going to jail for not being able to pay a 50,000 dollar fine. Possibly make prison time of no less than 5 to 10 years mandatory regardless of said fine being imposed.
