i used to have 6 figures back in 2021. now im broke, i fled the usa, trying to figure out whats my best option now. i dont see a future in the usa, i have dual citizenship between the us and a european country. im 32, a friend got me 2 things, one is a culinary school in paris. and the other is airline maintenance in sydney australia. the culinary one i already got accepted in, only one year for a diploma all paid for by a scholarship. and the other i applied for and i have to wait to see what theyll say. both are paid for and have a job waiting for me when im done. im just afraid being old fucks my aircraft maintenance application. also anyone here just starting over? my best advice to prevent yourselves from fucking up like me is dont help out family members, they will only drag you down, and move in silence, focus on yourself. im lucky ive got friends that are helping me out and a family that owns a home.
Mechanic is probably a better idea but culinary will at least have some poontang
>>61672567and its a top school, all paid, but i dont want to be a cook, only doing it cuz the program will give me a stipend so i can invest and gamble on the side. or get my pilots license on the weekends. mechanic will probably be better but im competing with fresh outta high school kids, so its tough.
>>61672529Really good point anon. Family that aren't already wealthy or ambitious will waste anything you give them and end up back in poverty.
>>61672595they are like quick send,
>>61672529dont go to Sydney Australia in this day and age, you might aswell have stayed in US if you are gonna do that
>>61672567>Post has nothing yo do with sex>Very first reply "MUHHH PUSSYYYYYY"Holy shit when did it get this bad? I remember back a couple of years ago people could exchange a couple dozen maybe even hundred messages without bringing up sex. The level of coombrainery in modern society is fucking insane.Turn off the fucking porn you worthless fucking ape. Try to go at least 1 day without gooning, holy shit.
>>61672641What’s wrong with Australia?
>>61672810Lol
>>61672529in 2021 i had 6 figs and now I have higher 6 figs, and i sold a bitcoin in 2024 (not at the top). still have 6 bitcoins left. I waged shitty jobs , stayed at my dads place and put it all in bitcoin since 2017. (didn't work the past 3 years cause the amount i would be able to save is about 15k per year but my portfoliogoes a minium of 50k a year so it's pointless. i just shill and enjoy my time when im young. i know im missing out on MORE money but whatever. idont need more

>>61672645anon, the prospect of getting girls was always a factor for consideration for careers.
>>61672645>>61672833>833▶anon is correct. there's no point to be a good wageslaver if you don't have a gf.
>>61672581Hey faggot european, youre in your mid 30s. Its not the time for "trying things out" any more.Hope this helps
>>61672529>i have dual citizenship between the us and a european countryso you transitioned from tutorial mode to nightmare mode.you are the trannie of citizenships .
>>61672975>>61672895the employment is going to be in saudi arabia, its part of a paid program
>>61672529bump
>>61672895No, actually it doesn't, kys.
>>61672529Go with the cooking>easier on the body (you are 32, junior mechanics at 32 is gonna be rough)>Can work across different skillsets>No one can cook>Rich assholes want personal chefs>Skills transfer across the planet and time (wont need to learn new engines/mechanical shit)>A skilled chef is valuable to even small warlords and barons.
>>61675993Kek but this is literally the correct answer
>>61672529>>61672581You should do the cooking thing first because its a sure thing thats already paid for and only a year long. After you have that on your resume you can decide if you want to do something else like airplane maintenance. The commercial airline industry will always be there as long as we dont invent teleportation so take your free cooking ride while you have the chance.
>>61675993he can still try to learn junior mechanics while he works tho, that's the same advice someone here told me long ago when I worked at a blue collar job, now I'm working from home and learning data science, it's hard but learning is worth it.
>>61676162>>61676843>>61676858>>61675993Thanks. I’m still thinking about it. I’m not excited anymore. Maybe it’s because I’m depressed. Never thought I’d end up like this. And it’s a short period in Paris. Maybe it won’t be bad.
>>61672895hey gramps, welcome to current millenium
>>61672529Your willpower utterly mogs that of many people I know including those who are actually aware they have the advantage of youth on their side for now, but keep procrastinating on things that could help them leave waging behind much sooner.
>checked digits>checked ID>matchingYup, anon's gonna be alright
>>61678177>>61678187Wow. Thanks anon.
>>61678454
>>61672529go to europe cunt we have enough failures coming into australia (mostly from india) already
>>61672529"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat"-Theodore Roosevelt
>>61678532>>61679440Thanks. I appreciate this. >>61678539That’s everywhere man. Unfortunately you see them in every city and country.
>>61672529you have no idea what you're doing mate. im considering migrating to the usa, because things will go to shit even more in eu in the coming years.t. european, 7 figures usd worth
>>61679645In EU or Australia I’m gonna start from 0. Collect checks and have employment by the end of the program. USA I have -50k debt. Every city is a shithole. Credit score fucked the only way I can get a car or apartment is the shitty kind. And it won’t be cheap either. Women fatter. Uglier. Not worth it. I just want to spend 2-3 years. Investing and building a portfolio. I want to stop working before 40. I already have my family home. I can just stay there. My goal is to hit 100k before 2030.
