I have a small townhome I could rent out a couple rooms in, it's got unfinished renovations and I could sell it and walk with around 10k but this isn't much, I would probably buy BTC later on with that but why not just rent out the couple of rooms and live in the living room? The only reason I can think of not to do this is the cash at closing, because my job prospects don't allow for much increase in income until debts are paid off and this can take another three years and even then I'll only have a few hundred a month to invest. So do I take the cash and buy silver and BTC and dig out of debt or keep the home and risk values going down or a tenant not paying etc
