That's not how it works.
It doesn't do this.

The reality is that for the most part, crime legitimately doesn't pay. The types of white collar crime that do pay (a lot) are not something that your average rando can just get in to. You need to already be in a pretty wealthy position to pull it off. The only "crime" that your average citizen should really be doing for financial gain is cheating on your taxes or just straight up not paying taxes, but this is virtually impossible for your average W-2 wagie and is probably already being done by anyone who isn't getting a W-2 lol. If you really think we should be having threads about stealing laptops or selling crack you are probably retarded lol

Actually it can get you in trouble.

>If you really think we should be having threads about stealing laptops or selling crack you are probably retarded lol

Do you fail to see where things are very obviously and rapidly headed? Crack rocks and laptops is the GOOD scenario. The bad one is that in 5 years people will look at each other and just see a bunch of valuable organs.
Everyone I know is struggling, and how could they not be when every single affordability metric is tanking.

I work at a smaller bank, the FBI has straight up told us they won't investigate fraud below $3 million and the state cops can't do anything if you are across state lines or in another country.
>>
>>61680405
That's interesting. How and why did they communicate this to you?
>>
>>61679118
Get fucked
>>
>>61680419
we see fraud on accounts all the time, especially on the elderly, the FBI gave us a limit on what they will accept, otherwise there's nothing we can do about it.

i'm familiar with chemistry and once spent some time calculating the profits on manufacturing MDMA and mescaline on a moderately large scale, like 50 grams, using realistically attainable precursors. i used darknet prices as my reference point.

obviously you want to minimize the number of transactions to reduce the chances of being busted, meaning your price target is wholesale and not street user. these wholesale prices are driven into the ground by large scale labs in other countries that produce low quality drugs (e.g., MDMA should be white and crystalline, not brown nigger "moon rocks") in kilogram batches.

all in all it didn't seem worth it. you could crank out $50k of your drug of choice in a week or two of slaving over some glassware, but you're vying on unloading it to a wholesaler in a dozen or so transactions. you get caught once (precusor purchases, smells emanating from your lab, postal inspections, etc.) and you're looking at a decade plus in federal prison for manufacturing with intent to distribute with an 85% minimum time served requirement.

Another level of retardation I've noticed - a belief in a sort of omniscience in others observing you, the person committing the bad act in knowing you have in fact committed a bad act. This may be a theory of mind deficit, I'm not sure.

As an example, suppose you're checking out at a self checkout in the grocery store and you merely "forget" to scan a small but also not terribly expensive item in a corner of your cart, pay for the rest and leave.

To the retard, other people will *know* you are being deceitful and you will be sent to jail immediately. You cannot, when confronted say "oopsy daisy I missed that, let me go pay for it", you and presumably everyone who just makes a mistake scanning get locked up.

On the other hand some of the retards assume a LACK of theory of mind and do shit than an outside observer would OF COURSE conclude is nefarious but still play dumb. Like peeling labels off hamburger and putting it on 20lbs of ribeye. Or stuffing a backpack full of cosmetics and pretending "oh yeah that's mine"

This especially pertains to attitudes to cameras. They really midbroke everyone, many criminals included. First thing you hear from idiots is "cameras are everywhere nowadays, can't get away with anything".
Criminality is very much an IQ test, or rather a test of your reality check.

People who fail to understand that altering your appearance/outfit defeats cameras are the same people who fail to understand that you can cook foreign foods without bringing in foreigners, the same people who buy the simultaneous argument that automation is killing all jobs and mass migration is necessary cause there will be a worker shortage, etc etc.
Talking about crime really separates the retards from people with at least a functioning brain.

Sorry but billionaires and intelligence organizations already have a lock on that one. Understanding how to subvert a nations laws in order to control outcomes economically and politically is the most profitable activity possible and is big money.

Indeed, as long as one can maintain plausible deniability of criminal intent, (e.g. they were just being stupid or absent minded) there's nothing to worry about.

whats the deal with burner phones/phone numbers these days? it seems to me that its almost impossible to obtain a phone number that is anonymous, can call and receive an sms. All the gangster movies and crime series ive seen they're using burner phones whereas i went to every local gsm and noone would give me one (probably cuz i look autistic).
This also made me think why is there no company that provides you with such a phone number? wouldnt it be the best business model? every call you need to buy a new number. why no such service?

It helps to know a wide variety of criminal cases and how they went. It gives you a feel for how this system works, what people get away with, how often, why. Which paranoia and precautions are justified and what's unnecessary fear and ocd.
I remember one time I was under arrest, got a lawyer that I've never seen before, it was one if my first run-ins ever. I told him that I was accused of carjacking someone, and asked him in confidence if this was a wash and I was dead to rights, cause I knew it looked bad. He said " well, what if you DIDN'T carjacking him, for example?". This stuff is why you keep your mouth absolutely shut, there are so many ways you can end up walking even if guilty, or conversely digging yourself into a deep hole if you start talking.
>>
>>61680962
Good question, this really depends on country/region though.
A good up-to-date guide on burners would be great, if anyone knows of one.

We should hold white people to the highest standard. Whites don't steal so if you do I believe in the death penalty

The Rothschild's made a lot of their early profits smuggling gold into Britain. If all you want to do is sell drugs and steal shit enjoy feeding the US prison complex.

There should be some basic ass reality checks like "people sometimes make mistakes in checking out, if they arrested everyone who made a mistake I'd probably have heard about it"

unfortunaltely EU. everything is regulated to death here, you cant even buy a prepaid phone card without giving your full credentials which have to match exactly with the gubmint's database. MiCA killed crypto in here basically, and now they're after neobanks like revolut. im thinking about moving to SEA at least its warm there and u dont have to show your passport to buy an energy drink (not kidding, they make u do this here)

I knew he had 2500 attack just from the thumbnail.
Crazy.
I was still playing with these when my female classmates were dating 35 year old drug dealers.
Now same classmates are headlining hard right parties in Europe (AfD and their colleagues in the Europe of Sovereign Nations Group).
Fun times!

You can use silent.link , but you need a device you got anonymously for cash because the IMEI will still be traceable.
In Balkan countries you can still get sim cards anonymously at kiosks. Lithuania I was able to in 2019, but nowadays I have no idea.
