Don't put anything on your resume that you don't know enough about to not sound like an idiot when questioned.
Start an LLC and list yourself as an employee. You can make up whatever job title you want. Bonus points for using a cheap burner phone as a work phone, list it on your website as “Contact Us” and also give it out to potential employers, say it’s your manager’s number lol and also do a funny cowboy accent when they call.

So it was on my resume as a talking point and my bit to them was I wanted to use it more but could not. This was something they were trying to get used in the department more so I managed to get a copy of it and because it was now available to me I used the shit out of it so much so if I interview again I'll put highly competent and be able to talk about it in depth. If your resume sucks it's because you suck and/or had limited opportunities. Make your white lies something actually useful to them and you.
