Am I too late to any of the niche metals? Obviously too late to the basics Gold, Silver, probably stuff like Copper and Platinum too. Are all of the subniches saturated now or can I catch any before the train leaves the station?

Is there any evidence that technical chart analysis is anything other than reading tea leaves? I get it when you're looking at analyzing things like bitcoin, which is already basically a cult religious movement that is already so abstracted from our physical reality that approaching it with a common sense, fundamentals centric approach is essentially useless. I may be completely wrong, and there may be a good precedent for it, but I can't understand how you can apply the same kind of chart analysis to a commodity during a squeeze that you would to a tech stock

So now more at spot deals at my local Canada post stores. I even checked a few in the next town over. There is one more round on their website at spot but I don't like it so check Canada post bullion. I did find this on the mints website, so the mint is selling at spot too. Grab it before the prices update. Ships on the 30th if anyone is interested

I want to be be able to rub the coin with a cream and rag and be able to put it in a capsule.
Not interested in the baking soda thing. I got spooked hearing it can cause scratches.

The aputannia? Idk not my pic.
I got a coin from eBay recently and it had that type of capsule.
It's kind of cool, but it is the only one that I have like that.
If I'm not mistaken those capsules come fully filled with black foam and you can remove as much as you need to fit different sized coins.
I recently got a norfed 1/20th oz and I was considering one of thise capsules for it. Hate that it's just in a baggie.

I was asking about polishing creams because I want to take some of my collection pieces out of flips and into capsules.
I didn't really care back in the day. But now that they're each $100 I think I should try to keep them as shiny as possible.

I'm just worried about causing permanent damage by using the wrong cream or rag.
>>
I think and consolidation and retesting at this point is kind of out the window with the arbitrage, still $10 gap. I guess they could still do it very briefly but you wouldn’t be able to take advantage ordering from bullion dealers at that post-tamp price

Like the other anon said, the foam is probably for making the capsule one-size-fits-all .
Check the side of your Apu.
Most of mine are a little bit tarnished in the reeds because the original capsule it came in doesn't close all the way. You can see how much it sticks out in pic rel
So you should put it in a new capsule.

Oh I see what you mean.
Someone should make a capsule protector. I hate getting my capsules scratched up because it means I'll eventually have to replace them and risk farting on my coins while they're exposed, causing them to tarnish.
I'm assuming something like that happened with that aputannia, a damaged capsule replacement.

I'm goin to see if anyone makes better protection. Maybe I should shrink wrap them. But I know not all plastics are safe with silver, so idk.
>>
>>61704285
Is scammark the only one supposedly making the friendsmark or is anonymint going to do it?
>>
>>61704458
Oh that would drive me crazy.
I have one round that is slightly to small and shakes inside the capsule unless I squeeze the capsule shut rally tight. Horrible!

>>61704457
This was my fear. I wish I took better care of my coins back when I got them.
I know people say silver is silver, but I don't care.
When I'm buying coins online I want the nicest I can get.
I can see the difference of eBay shop owners who have perfect coins all in capsules and have no problem moving product at good prices.

It's a shame because most of my bulk bullion is perfect inside tunes. But my collection pieces I put in flips and would often take them out to look at them and touch them.

I feel like gold or silver would be a good buy regardless. I'm just trying to get as much future value as I can for fiat. I watched an interview with Jim Rickards the other day. He of course said buy gold, but also retardedly said buy stocks, particularly defense contractor stocks. He said gold was going to $10,000, but was cautious about silver, saying its industrial demand is not guaranteed.

I was always heavy in silver and very light in gold. That has paid off now after 17 years. I don't feel like gold will ever truly lose value, but I think silver has a lot further to go. Hence the question about what to buy. My main purpose to stack is for my children and also so I can acquire more land.

>Not sure what other anons think

I posted this observation yesterday, I'm betting that we go up significantly by regular market open on Monday:

I've been watching the charts and several tickers and noticed something potentially interesting. Usually the movement in SLV is almost perfectly correlated with movement in spot, and in the after hours trading SLV kept pace with silver spot, but it kept going higher after silver stopped trading for the weekend and SLV closed at +8.27% compared to silver which closed hours earlier at +7.31%. Maybe it's nothing but the unusually strong close for SLV could be a signal that participants in the after hours market believe silver will go appreciably higher when the futures exchange opens on Sunday and they were trying to get positioned in SLV ahead of time before it gaps higher on Monday.

I know it's haram but I bought some $84 strike SLV calls when it dipped to $82.70 a few days ago, hopefully they print profits I can pump back into bullion next week.

Not even 'tokenized' like XAUT for example, just futures. Pulls data from ~10+ other markets for the oracle price.(havent checked to see it these sources are also perps or tokenized) Its funny, its illiquid enough that retards can wick it so its good to have stink bids/sells in place. Funding is also hilariously low over time due to the constant shorting that goes on. Double edged sword tho obviously.

Yeah, actual antique (19th century and older) pewter usually contained at least some lead but most mid-20th century and newer food/drink service stuff which is the vast majority of the pewter you'll come across in burgerland is safe and lead-free with the minor constituents being Antimony and Copper. My sleeved coins sustained some sewage water damage. Since it's only a 48oz I just cleaned them using pic related with a microfiber, which got the job done but mediocre. Lots of tiny scratches.

It's part of the core never-sell sentimental pile so I am fine with it.

With the supply issues being unavoidable, the GSR will trend downwards even if there is short term turbulence caused by a spiking gold price. The mining ratio is an anchor on the neck of the GSR and the scary part is, capital stashed in gold could start flowing into silver if it persists. There is no reason that silver HAS to be cheaper than gold. We’re 170 years into silver price suppression. Look at Rhodium, I can’t even wrap my head around a single ounce of any metal being $30,000 at some point. Scarcity is going to make dollars obsolete when it no longer acts as a wildcard exchange asset. Dollars are just coupons for sugar, corn, and onions.

40k available in february.
Debating with myself wether i should go all in on pm's but my living situation is suboptimal for high quantity storage and security becomes a big concern. Im thinking of getting pm's for 20k and putting the other 20k on miners (to buy more pm's with yield) Good plan? I dont wanna engage too much with trading and stuff so id just look for something solid with some comfy returns.

I'm never for putting all eggs in one basket.
- Keep at least 2 months' wages for contingencies (including having a reserve for special deals, but then refill that buffer). This can hurt and be frustrating, but we've seen Anons desperately selling PMs to pay for some emergencies.
- Diversify the metals: get gold and silver, maybe some plat too.

Oh I see. If you already have a solid physical stack, then It might be wise to diversify. Wouldn't hurt.

I feel you on the whole numbers thing. Been playing catch up and I'm only about $1,000 away from reaching the next 100.
I dont know if I'll be able to reach it before the price explodes even further.

It all depends, I fed Gemini Flash 3 what I want, what the time frame is, what my current circumstances are etc and it retrieved and crunched some data based on okay-ish internet search. Verify that output, refine it yourself and you got a good starting point.

My plan:
- contingency money of 1.5x paycheck
- buy 5-10oz monthly
- all in on silver because my GSR is retarded

Make up your own mind using information pasted here but seek other input as well.
Don't be afraid to ask retarded questions you can't find the answer to.

i bought a decent stack of silver post-squeeze in late 2021 because i listened to you guys but i've never understood how people knew about all the short-selling and crap like that?
how did people here know?
what did you base your own thesis on?

and it's not like i don't know about the low credibility schizoid sources out there, i just would never trust them. i think all i did was trust the wisdom of the crowd on here and also silver did seem ridiculously low value back then.

This is the Miner I am actually most excited about. Its a junior restart. But actually restarted production early. Its got great drilling results and is taking off as we speak. The best part? It hasn't even been picked up in the bull yet. Its self funding already. And given production is underway expect free cash flow to explode immediately at $4900 oz. And I mean explode!!

Jumped 8% Friday. Dont miss out. I think this is a 10x in 6 months.

I love this one. I really do. Dont wait around on it. Its going vertical Now.

The trouble with explaining silver is you have to read a couple books worth of information to get the big picture. the creature from jekyll island, history of central banking, and anything that studies the crime of 1873, fiat inflation, and the cycles of empires will develop the necessary tapestry of interlinked information.

Why silver has been shorted for forever is explained in these books but the tldr is silver is necessary in strong monetary systems, it's been abused in one way or another for at least 150 years, gold is likely (((corrupted))), and the inherent discrepancies in the gold and silver ratio imply inorganic price restriction.

the fact that banks are now longing is a sign we've broken free from decades of artificial tamping.
