Right now the biggest limiting factory on the whole thing is the democrats in Minnesota being so insanely incompetent in dealing with shit like the Somali corruption stuff that Walz lost the support of the DNC and was going to get thrown the wolves. If it wasn't for the fact that ICE were sent there fairly recently the mainstream narrative would've now been entirely focused on painting Walz as the most corrupt governor in US history and a possible Chinese spy who have handed over nuclear secrets.

I think there could be a bank teetering. Watch the Overnight Repurchase Agreements (RPONTSYD)

Banks in trouble will show up here as depositing (selling) bonds for liquidity (cash) if they are in trouble. It’s the flip side of the Reverse Repo facility (R RPONTSYD) which is too much liquidity cash and they buy bonds of the feds “balance sheet”.

I think there’s a bank in trouble.

https://openai.com/index/samsung-and-sk-join-stargate/

>Through these partnerships, Samsung Electronics and SK hynix plan to scale up production of advanced memory chips, targeting 900,000 DRAM wafers starts per month at an accelerated capacity rollout, critical for powering OpenAI’s advanced AI models.

>why the fuck would they do that?

To deny the wafers to others which hinders their ability to actually build data centers that can compete with OpenAi's. Its like if Ford and GM were competing to make cars but they both use specific kinds of bolts for all their models so Ford decides to buy so many bolts that it starts to impact how many units GM can produce, forcing people to buy Ford since the alternative is not buying anything.

ironically enough their biggest competitor is Gemini and that's a huge problem because they use TPU's and not GPU's

Everything from NVDA to Oracle to the ram shortages has been created with this idea that we need to do this super intensive massive data center role out. But then TPU's ended up being more cost effective, way more energy efficient, scale linearly, and are literally created for AI. There's a reason Google didn't do that same bullshit with mass buying AI. And they obvious haven't impacted the GPU price spikes either. And on top of that their data centers are obsessively "clean" to avoid harmonic distortion with the sinusoidal waveform

the only reason not everyone is using them is because google is pretty much the only one that makes them. If the AI bubble ever bursts Google won't be effected nearly as badly as the others. Go Berkshire again lol

Okay. Let’s run through it. I’ll help you. What’s the max you can borrow if you had to. Can you borrow at fixed term and FIXED rate?

You can do this in Ireland through a credit union. But have to offer some small collateral or have a good history with the credit union. You don’t want to borrow with some rate that can go to the moon. Unless you plan on just taking the physical and telling them to go fuck themselves or change jurisdiction. You see.

We are only at the borrowing stage (and I don’t remcommend leverage generally) and I’m wondering. Do you know how any of this actually works? Do you? What’s the most you’ve ever borrowed? How much do tour earn?

Start with your income and what can your prove to a bank or CU and let’s see.

with regards to RAM it's mostly Microslop and OpenAI and Oracle
And with regards to "you're not making money and will eventually crash" it's absolutely OpenAI and Oracle. Oracle is so dependent on them its terrifying
>Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO / Backlog): OpenAI accounts for a very high portion—estimates range from ~58–60% of Oracle's total RPO
>This translates to OpenAI potentially representing ~25–30% of Oracle's earnings per share (EPS) or a meaningful chunk of net profit in FY28–FY30, assuming Oracle's typical margins (35% gross, ~20% net).
And to remind you, Oracle is one rating above junk bond grade. If OpenAI goes tits up then they absolutely will become a Fallen Angel and the stock will implode. They are already in a lawsuit with their bond investors

>>61708890
Yes. They're the biggest buyer and they're the ones who kicked off this whole thing with ChatGPT 3 back in 2022. its all their fault. Other companies are obviously part of it but if OpenAI announced tomorrow that they're out of money and couldn't buy anything more, unless other companies basically jump in to spend as much money as OpenAI, it would crater the price of various components such as RAM and GPUs.

ByQ2. Look at the earnings yield. It’s been lagging silver price for 3 months like all silver miners. It’s the market not believing the price action was sustainable. It’s sinking in. There just isn’t enough silver to keep the price absolutely anywhere near 20. Or 50. Or 100. So now they are looking at 60% margins and growing. NVIDIA has an earning yield of 2-3%.

Like which one? SLV? Where do you think the shortage is?

Look. Besides Sprott PSLV. They operate like banks not real silver repositories. On a fractional reserve model. So just loo at who runs GLD or SLV. Like a bank you deposit your money and it’s immediately loans or leased or in the terms of metals. “Rehypothicated”. It’s a fractional reserve system.

So like a ban but inverted. If a bank loans out deposits and makes bad bets. They are short depositors cash. And basically insolvent market to market if depositors all come looking.

But with SLV. They lease the metal for yield. But if the metal shoot’s up they are short the physical liquidity of the metal. Like a bad loan. Now imagine a bank who’s taking an 80% loss in “loans” if silver. And has to go long or buy back that silver at 5x the price they leased it. For a 2-4% rate.

Dead. Meueto. Done. Get it? Now you may say why is SLV still alive. Go ask Bernie Madoff. Baer Sterns. And most of the western banking system.

Go ask them how much their reserves are worth given this graph. It’s simply impossible they are solvent. They balance sheets can only be deeply under water unless they bought a lot of gold to hedge it.

They don’t care by they say. They always get bailed out now. Their CFOs paychecks never bounce. Madoffs kids aren’t in the poorhouse. Get it?

SLV and GLD still have a roll. But they will fall. Just know when the final gist of wind comes as you trade them.

Look at the graph. That’s a plus 90 degree death cross. It’s over.

He’s buying the miners. SIL and SILJ just mean the miners. Now take a look at this. For anyone feeling FOMO on the metals. Look at this graph. This is first Majestic priced in silver itself (AG/SILVER). Overlayed with the price of silver.

It’s actually been falling in price for months! (Gold is opposite look at Hecla). Which means the stocks are massively under priced in silver still because the market didn’t believe it and it is blinded by the AI bubble.

So if you are looking for an entry. It’s literally Ona fucking plate. What other stocks are deflating while their margins/product is exploding like this? That’s why RickRule sold hundreds of millions in silver. He seems billions more to be made in the underpriced companies digging it up for 17 and selling it soon for 140. And maybe more.

Margins NVIDIA have never had. Not could they ever dream of. You either see it or you don’t.

There isn't. Go to your local childcare and ask to see the kids and see how that works out for you. Make sure it's outside working hours too
>>
Gold up 1.9% pre open. Silver around 6%.

That means 8-10% average day on gold stocks for me. After a couple years of 300%. It’s accelerating. Silver 6%.

When silver miners catch up. That 6% will be 24% daily gains. More just to catch up for the earning yield.

Sell your fucking crapto bags and get on board. Your fucking Losers.

We don't make menthols, malt liquor, or watermelon.

>The point is to export goods
not really to export but for domestic consumption. That america buys from america because the prices are similar to the mexicans and chinese. so no its to make a livable wage for everyone in america.

Their PE is obscenely high. That may be par for the course for silver miners. It may straighten itself out in due time. But right now, just looking at the fundamentals, I wouldn't. Then again I'm a semiconductor guy, not a silverbaggie.

It'll probably gap up 10% so I don't know how to play it, maybe there's a pullback... Id say start DCAing into your position you want, maybe buy 20% tomorrow .

I got 5% last two days.

300% over last two years.

To get 300% you only need less than 1% per day because it compounds.

Not saying it’s gonna be 5% every day. But it’s getting crazy. It blow mg mind silver miners I understand invested. It’s like 0.03% of NVIDIA. The whole sector. If just a fraction of that money rotates. It’s gonna make fucking heads spin.

Silver now 123 Shanghai.

Watch what happens if the favour is returned. And trump is dumb enough to do it. China refines the majority of the silver ore. The US is now taking the majority of South American silver ore through embargo. Buying it all. But the US can’t refine but 3% iof that ore.

To build the capacity to do it will take 5 years. So US clamping ore supply. China clamping refined output. Neither sharing anymore. And we already had a physical squeeze before it. And now a speculative mania building in the asset.

It a speculators dream.

I’d never have tho it’s. Bit the physical and political and logistical situation. Is so broken. Silver could moon to a place it never should. Even in a monetary collapse scenario. It’s like they are trying to make it the new tulip mania.

after 20 years in the doldrums, silver is now the goldilocks metal. Perfect attributes, critical industrial mineral, store of monetary wealth. You can stack it or build reserves they last forever.

thoughts on investing in companies that mine gold in 3rd world African dictatorships? I'm looking at a company that operates gold mines in Burko Faso, that has had several military coups in the last 5 years and the company even had to ask for stock exchange trading on it to be halted as the government got handsy with it a few months ago kek. Other than the geopolitical risk the fundamentals look solid
