Aside from Hycroft most of the miners I watch didn't really move much on Friday even though silver was up 7+%. This is pretty typical action for the past few months though, it seems like the market likes to wait until the next trading session to start pricing in the increase in spot. Especially since we're already up another $3 I'm pretty sure Monday will be a remarkably good day for our portfolios.

If I'm remembering pricing correctly you still made out, just $0.76 less than you thought you made out. Not that that's morally right but still not terrible.

At least 1 oz of Gold and 50 oz of Silver is survival bug-out mode and should be achievable by any American family within a year's time. Maybe add in the (jew)elery they own too just in case. I bought 5 rolls of half dollars from my LCS like two months ago and one of the rolls was only 40%, I didn't even notice them until after I already cleaned them a few weeks later, and they looked dingier than the other coins so I fished them out, noticed the years were all way after 1964, went back to my LCS and he swapped them out for 90% half dollars, no big deal, he didn't argue about it or anything and he gave me a free half dollar as an apology.

It's not unreasonable to say that an ounce of silver may reach the purchasing power that $4000 currently has.

The people who missed silver are going to feel better than the people who sold at 50 kek

Markets are really good at allocating resources. When the price goes up, several things happen. More is produced (meaning accelerated mining), less is wasted (meaning increased salvage and recycling) and existing supply is diverted from lower demand to higher demand (meaning the coin store customer's willingness to pay more diverts silver from buyers who are not willing to pay so much). The bottom line is that the paper games of the investment banks don't control prices anymore. Real price discovery will result in market allocation of the resource to highest demand. The only way LCS run out of supply is if their customers refuse to pay the higher price. Then the supply will go to whoever pays the higher price (Tesla, Shanghai, etc.).

If only this were true fren, if only.
Inverse correlation means the medium your statement is using as the metric is actually down 50% in one month in real terms. Give it a few months and see.

No. Peak hysteria now. I only buy from sellers if that have a really good rating and our primarily selling precious metals on eBay.

I wouldn’t trust new sellers entering the precious metal space on eBay, seems sus

Can confirm, I sold at ~$35 in order to pay off immediate debts and never had the money to buy back in at the same capacity as before. I bought a little and am DCA'ing but it hurts to realize just how much I lost in potential gains.
