I am stuck into this stock but I think it might pan out its called FRMI. Bought at a good price at 9.20. If any anons look it up you'll get shocked at how ground floor it is right now. Basically, they just need some company to offer them money to bring them nuclear power its literally it. The most in demand thing in the universe. Then on that deal you will double in a day they also have a lawsuit catalyst on March 6th that will 75% chance of being thrown out (a company pulled out of a deal so THEY are blamed nah). Still down 50% from IPO and make as much as OKLO. This can easily make a 10% by 2030 but also so can SDSK so meh

Maybe I should buy chips but it seems so too late to me.

I’m 28, living in London. Salary of 90k with around 150k in a global index fund. Would you buy an apartment in my situation? Say I bought an apartment around 450, I’d probably have to spend half of my savings on the deposit to actually get a mortgage. All numbers in GBP.

I will likely be living here for the foreseeable, but I think it makes more sense to keep my capital invested in equities as the stock market will keep outperforming property. House prices are coming down too. It would make some sense to wait until I can buy with a partner, instead of buying something now and then having to sell in the next 5 years if I find someone. I am pretty certain it would be a bad idea, although I also hate renting... Don't make fun of me for living here, the rent/buy argument is pretty universal

Oops. Sorry to anyone who listened to me about META. Didn't lose anything because I don't have puts, but it still ticks me off.
I think I'm still right in the long term, though. They've devoted a ridiculous amount of money to something that isn't going to be popular nor profitable. It's the Metaverse all over again. If Hyper Inflation does happen the Government will buy back your money and exchange it for a new money.

>The Reichsmark was introduced in 1924 as a permanent replacement for the Papiermark. This was necessary due to the 1920s German inflation which had reached its peak in 1923. The exchange rate between the old Papiermark and the Reichsmark was 1 RN = 1012N (one trillion in American English and French, one billion in German and other European languages and British English of the time; see long and short scale). To stabilize the economy and to smooth the transition, the Papiermark was not directly replaced by the Reichsmark, but by the Rentenmark, an interim currency backed by the Deutsche Rentenbank, owning industrial and agricultural real estate assets. The Reichsmark was put on the gold standard at the rate previously used by the German mark, with the U.S. dollar worth 4.20 RN

German Hyper Inflation ended 10 years before Hitler ever took power.

Basically they would use a money the Indexs with Gold to stabilize things before returning to a full Gold standard. But that is a major emergency.

If you mean just as a place to stay then sell up if/when you go somewhere else, then it would depend on how likely you are to get fucked on ground rent, service charges, etc.

Houses are one thing. Flats/apartments are another.

RE:Fermi - Toby Neugebauer is a known scam artist who has never made anything of worth or any successful business in his life. His dad was alright and a Lubbock legend but Toby got everywhere in life via nepotism. And would you look at that, Rick Perry's son Griffin is also there following in the same nepotism footsteps. Those two have no business being anywhere near a project like this. Same goes for Sezin being hired on because of Mesut, someone who does actually know what he is doing. I read through the proposal a few months ago and it seems a bit pie in the sky for this group of morons, although they do have connections so I wont discount it fully. When people have to actually deliver the real silver in a few months from the contracts. Silver isn't a stock, its literally an industrial good, it has to actually exist and people actually use it to make things. If the price is too high, they just dont make the thing and so they dont buy silver. So someone is going to be left holding massive amount of silver that nobody wants to buy.

The majority of silver is used in trace amounts for a lot of necessary things. If important components like memory can spike 500% without systemic issues, so can silver which is a component of components.
The most price sensitive thing that uses silver other than common jewelry, are solar panels. And they are kind of stuck with it, as replacing with copper would reduce efficiency and thus increase long-term costs (like land) significantly.

If it's life changing then take your profit now. You do realize that if a drop is bad enough, a trailing stop won't necessarily be filled at the price point you want right? That 10 or 20% trailing stop could easily have another 30%+ of slippage. Only let money you can afford to lose ride.

Next year, I get a full year of backpay, plus that years pay, which I put into smart investments that paid off
Went from being fined for being poor to getting paid for having money
Moral of the story is don't be poor. Black people are really bad at this.

Smallflacid is a monopoly and thus has no incentive to put any effort into it's products; automakers aren't allowed to go under because the autoworkers union is too juicy come campaign season. they are garbage companies and history shows that they WILL get sreamrolled eventually.

I hate Windows too and just about everything they make, but MSFT doesn't make money on selling Windows licenses. They make most of their money on recurring subscriptions and Azure, from giant corporations. Giant corporations are not going back to on-prem for email, nor are they ever going to move away from Office.

Could maybe make some argument about moving VMs out of Azure, but with Vmware pricing now there aren't a lot of options. Hyper-V being one of them.

>he doesn't know about what the US does when we invade a country.

Did you know when we invade a country like Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan and so on we steal all their Gold and leave them American Dollars. We've been doing this since WW2. For some reason people just accept it.
We use the Gold to "rebuild" the country we blew up.

Also I think the US selling 70% of the Worlds Gold in the 80s is a fake and gay rumor made up by Gold Merchants.
