So why don't they just let the price spread normalize? Its almost a $20 spot difference. Even if you factor in the insurance, transport costs, etc. to transport the silver to China, I'm sure there's some profit to be made. They either start capitulating on their shorts or ship all the stores of silver to China. The former is probably better than one nation controlling the entire supply of such a critical metal. Either way the banks lose.

Also how do I pull up that char on tradingview? I'm tired of converting yuan to usd every time I wanna check the price spread.

Okay lads, I'm here to warn you, we're going to a small town in the mountains for a week. The first time we went, back in early June 2025, We was in an historic hotel watching the price of silver finally bust through $35 and go to over $37.

The second time we went to that same town/hotel, early in October of 2025, the price of silver blew through $49, and eventually peaked above $54, before falling back down to the high 40s. Then we had to listen to the FOMO newbies whining about buying the peak.

We're going back to that same town/hotel for a few days, so if we break $120, I assure you that it's just a bizzare coincidence, because we sure as fuck had nothing to do with it.

I even saved the ticker when we stopped at a gas station in the early hours of the morning a few miles before the town and was shocked to see the overnight ticker breaking $49, going right through to $51.

The first two times our trip cost roughly about two 10oz bars of silver each time. This time its going to cost about slightly under one 10oz bar.

Well, guess its just a matter of time then. Margin increases keep happening and the price keeps getting walked up. Some of these banks have billions and trillions in assets and derivatives, but even that won't last long if this type of price action goes on for months or years.

>repo markets are exploding
Hmm I'm not so sure unless I'm looking at the wrong thing. The SRF hasn't seen any notable usage since the first week of Jan this year and that was probably just late balance sheet dressing for Q4 of last year. And SOFR spreads have calmed down since the fed started doing RMP, so I don't see any signs that the banks are going to fed for emergency liquidity just yet.

>That's what all this stupid ICE, iran, venezuela, ww3 shit is about it's a distraction from what's coming.

Jews occupy sort of a genetic niche of clipping coins and poisoning wells and murdering children and collecting taxes... the way Indians occupy a niche of being subservient to their masters. After a couple hundreds to thousands of years, the individuals evolve to reflect their place in society, with their entire thought process. Patterns of thinking are genetic too, but hard to measure.

Coin shops that rely on refineries for capital can't buy because there's not very many in the west and they're all clogged to hell. 70% of the silver refining happens in China, and China stopped exporting on January 1st. The extreme rise in silver and gold prices isn't because of the market conditions at refiners and bullion dealers, but rather it reflects bank purchases and the strategic picture seen by both banks and governments. It's not surprising if commercial operations are having trouble managing the turbulence.

Checked. They are both true to some degree. I notice a lot of online bullion dealers where they only products they have available right now is second hand. If a dealer relies on western refineries for liquidity to buy from people, they're getting squeezed out of the market and will probably end up shutting down shop at some point. The western refineries have been at maximum capacity for months and their payments to dealers are delayed for weeks. China has the vast majority of the silver refineries and they put export restrictions on silver. So their refineries also basically shut off from the US.

You will 100% get all your silver, even if the Aussie taxpayer has to take a huge loss.

Back in 2021, there was a lady who took advantage of the Perth Mint vaulting service, and I don't know if she had allocated or unallocated, but she had a good amount (10s of kilos) and she heard that the P.M. was fractional reserving their silver, so she went there to demand they give her the silver she paid for.

The told her she had to wait, and some weeks later she was eventually given bars, but they had Chinese markings. P.M. had bought emergency silver from China to redeem silver bought by a customer from one of the larger silver producing/refiners in the world.

This was during the 2021 silversqueeze when the LBMA almost ran out, and actually lied about their silver inventory. The rumor is that Perth Mint sent all their silver (at a premium) to the COMEX and the LBMA, so had insufficient bars for redemptions.

Reminder to frens, silver/gold isn't just money, it's top tier collateral. If you have family or friends who have a few bucks, and it's an emergency, ask them for a loan. Give them 100% collateral in metal, then pay back the loan when you can, to get the metal back. No interest, no risk, they get your love and gratitude, you get your emergency taken care of without losing the buy/sell premium or losing your future gains from your initial investment.

Would I loan a friend a significant chunk of money that's earning me 3 whole (taxable) percent in exchange for 100% collateral in appreciating gold or silver?

You will know the top for silver is in when the MSM starts pumping silver to bagholders for exit liquidity. They will always tell you after it's too late. Information has less value once everyone has it.

We are probably several years away from this because of very long lag time between silver price and increased silver mine output. The silver price will peak when the curves between demand and supply cross. Currently we are in net deficit.

If the USA goes to war with Iran, expect silver to jump to $150. If Iran flattens Israel and Middle Eastern countries that host US military bases, expect the price to go to $200+.

I know of a couple of the whales in /pmg/, one of whom has a little smelly friend, may become millionaires (if they aren't already) in this scenario.

I've been scanning the news tiers, and what I noticed at the moment was that the articles going to top of feed are all sell sell sell if there's a dip of a few dollars, and omg we're pumping to x when it pushes an ath.
It's either what normie is clicking on, or the intention is to confuse the market I think.
Anyone looking at the fact there will be an obvious short fall in production this year knows it's only going up, it's basic sense

>Information has less value once everyone has it.
Time sensitive, and market information has less value, once everyone has it.

Especially when playing zero sum games like betting on market movements where there is always a winner and a loser.

According to ChineseAI, 4 silver whales made over $300 million by shorting silver on Monday:
Citigroup
JP Morgan
Goldman Sachs
CME Metal trading desk.

The thing is a lot of dealers aren't buying that silver for some reason at the moment, but will buy bullion, especially silver eagles or leafs and other .999 silver.
That stuff might be good for trading with someone but if you're looking to cash in at some point it could be difficult to get a fair price when silver spikes.
So if you buy silver you better be committed to never selling if possible until maybe retirement if you gotta pay for shit.
As a poor, and a stacklet, I'm looking at things and I see it as 100 dollar bill now will be a 500 or a 1000 dollar bill in the near future. What that means economically is anyone's guess. So as a poor you should be able to make a baby shrimp stack of a few ounces of rounds, then who knows maybe you'll find out you can get a few more if it crabs and so on
Don't waste money on scrap, exchange fiat for and stack bullion, collect scrap as maybe a hobby

But wait, it gets worse. What happens if they deliberately devalue the dollar, (they will) revalue the US gold holdings, (they will) decrease the interest rate, (they will) and do more quantitative easing albeit with another name? (they will)

The only model where PMs don't do well has zero probability of happening, ie the USA and EU balance their budgets and start paying down their national debt.

Everything that's happening in the media right now is a carefully designed cattle chute to keep the boomers (who own most of the wealth) dumb and happy, right up to the point where the captive bolt gun touches their forehead.

>The thing is a lot of dealers aren't buying that silver for some reason at the moment, but will buy bullion, especially silver eagles or leafs and other .999 silver.
Dealers aren't buying scrap/junk silver because refiners won't pay them for weeks due to backwardation/high lease rates, preventing hedging and financing. The COMEX/LBMA are breaking the entire retail/refining/manufacturing production chain.

A small dealer who sends silver scrap to the refiner will have to wait 4 weeks or more to get paid, and small businesses don't have the cash float to absorb that delay.

Small bullion bars and Eagles are extremely liquid at the retail level, so the dealer (LCS) can resell everything he gets, often the same day. He may have to charge a significant haircut due to the extreme daily price volatility.

One anon was saying his LCS was charging only a 1.5% markup. If you can find someone like that, send your wife/GF to give him a proper thank you, because he's a unicorn.

Very interesting
Since I'm poor I need to be liquid because I went all in, my guy guarantees 97% spot buyback if you bought it from him. Thought that was fair so it made me more confident to jump on a starter stack, the hope is to hold potentially forever til I can pass it on or have fun with it other than admiring the shine
That 97% allows me to shop around for near spot with a nice backup guarantee on paper

Singlecoiners, assemble!
I guess none of you actually have money for mining stocks since I never see anything specific posted.
Should I buy Peter Schiff's EuroPacific Gold mutual fund? I've never bought a stock before. Hell, should I just give all my money to his brokerage team and let them do whatever with it? It's only European and Pacific Rim mining companies which is kind of weird... He thinks America is totally toast. Seems like of extreme.

Lol. The reason why everyone dropped the topic faster than changing the subject when a supermodel farts, should be obvious.

The only gold probably left in Fort Knox are 90% coin bars.
>>
>>61736856
Also, rediscovering a 24ft tall Moa is not unreasonable.
There are many credible reports of Moose in Fiordland and a Panther in the Canterbury Highlands.
Some moose were brought here and there is an old report of Panthers missing from a Circus.
The Forests are dense, vast, mountainous and the further south you go, the more inhospitable to humans.

We don't talk about specific mining stocks because this thread is for physical precious metals. Not stocks, not ETFs, not puts, calls or deriviatives, and not even "allcated/unallocated" storage.

If you can't drop it on your foot, hold it, get your cat to play with it, pose it with your handgun, have your little anime dolls sit on it, than we're not interested in it.

>And which jr. Miners
Watch some recent Rick Rule videos. He always drops a few of the names of companies that he has some skin in.

Juniors tend to be very risky for those not skilled in the arts. 90%+ of them are actually garbage that will never turn a profit. That doesn't mean they won't go up in a bull market, it just means they have zero intrinsic value and will simply burn up any equity they get from investors. If you make any money from bad juniors, it's only because you invested as if you were a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

It's a generic Chinese avatar AI. Most of them are complete shit, but even the better ones sometimes spout complete bullshit.

That particular video has a very interesting thesis, that 4 institutional whales executed a co-ordinated, timed slamdown to not only takedown silver, but make a profit doing so.

Such activity is illegal, and would be trivial to prove with the access to information that the CFTC and the DOJ has access to.

Apparently in the United States, it's defacto legal to commit crimes if you're a jewish banker who bribes politicians with enough money. If all else fails, just give Trump enough money to buy a pardon.
