How we feeling Nerva bros.

>XNV/USDT is the top gainer on NonKyc since being listed yesterday.
>Network hash rate has almost tripled since project regained popularity.
>CPU only mining, no ASICs, GPUs or mining pools.
>Low circulating supply, only a fraction of the 19 million coins haven't been lost permanently.
>Nerva network has been functioning without a hiccup since 2018.

Legacy privacy coins are here to stay.

How do I mine this shitcoin
>>
>>61761019
There's a pretty straight forward guide on the Nerva website. https://docs.nerva.one/guides/cli/#mining

You'll need to download the XNV blockchain. Download the quicksync file which will help speed it up, should only take an hour or two (it's covered in the guide).

I'm getting around 40 XNV a day on my 9800X3D. Used to get more but the hash rate has gone up.
>>
>>61761145
It asks for a mining address when I use the gui and hit start mining?
>>
>>61762544
Make sure you create a new wallet then copy/paste your address into the Mining Address field under Daemon Setup in the GUI wallet.
>>
>>61762775
Ok. Thanks. I have an old ROG laptop from like 2011 that I'm going to use. Any idea if mining is even worth it with such old hardware?
>>
>>61762814
youll need to check if the cpu has AES-NI under security specs. if it doesn't, i wouldnt bother with it.
>>
>>61760890
I can't believe it got listed on nonkyc so fast. Super excited to see where this is headed. The price even went up since the listing. The year of privacy coins is at hand bois.
>>
>>61763061
Shameless self reply for price chart
nerva is doing quite well since listing

how do i start mining? wallet is set up
>>
>>61763174
nevermind i think the sync is running in the background
>>
>>61763174
it's a little grouchy at first, takes a good 10 min. I think its to keep the network structure under control to stop rogue nodes from being asses.
>>
How large is the nerva blockchain in gb?

Where to buy?
>>
>>61763692
nonkyc.io should be the place my man
>>
>>61763174
>>61763188
Download the quicksync.raw file off the Nerva page. It'll help make the sync faster, it's basically a large cache file. You move it into the same folder as your wallet and run the --quicksync quicksync.raw command in the Restart with optional Command' optioin under the Daemon Setup menu in the GUI wallet.

Demand for Nerva is climbing slow and steady. Cheapies are running out. Grab a bag or priced out.

What are the make it/suicide stacks going to be??
>>
>>61763174
you need to create a wallet and get in the right adress
>>
which nigger is buying it making it parabollic are you retarded
>>
>>61765136
Shit is only going up from here. There's barely any circulating coins out there. As momentum picks up for privacy coins, I can see Nerva finding it's place in that market.

heads up monerochans, nerva is taking off despite the naysayers fud, and the glowniggie shills. the hard fork view key carrot shit affecting monero should make the monero devs and its community pay attention.

Saw this thread last night and passed on it, just for my XMR to drop another 10% while this did a 2x. Just picked up a stack, praying for the best.

WGMI Nerva bros, we're still early

Last week XNV wasn't on any exchanges and sub $200k market cap. Today Nerva surpassed $1 mill market cap and 100KH/s network hash rate and has grown steadily.

dont completely drop out of monero, its still a good project, maybe even buy the dip and keep an eye on the hard fork information. but dont be afraid to join nerva. quite possibly a moonshoot anon, its a good time to invest in it due to the state of the world.
>>
someone make a short video on how to get the mining setup, hold my hand anon
lets do this together
>>
>>61768346
pretty straightforwad, there are guides on the website. If youre worried about using the command line, use the GUI software. It has a tendancy to look like its not doing anything, but the initial sync takes a while. I recommend using the quicksync file thats available. The only downside is the GUI software mines a bit slower.

Then create a wallet when youre fully synced, copy and backup your seed phrase, address, wallet creation height similar to how monero does it. Once you have created a wallet, simply copy that wallet address into the mining settings. Set the number of threads to however many your cpu has, minus a couple bc you obviously dont want your pc unresponsive.
>>
>>61768346

it was fun watching this develop over there lol even if i dont really get it
>>

CPU only privacy coin that's truly decentralized and has been around since 2018. Originally forked from Monero but with a custom anti-ASIC/GPU algorithm called Cryptonight-Adaptive. Nerva survived this entire time even when it was fully delisted from exchanges last year when one exchange rugged and another got seized by the Canadian government. The later resulted in 20-30% of the circulating supply of 19 million XNV to be lost forever which makes existing coins extremely undervalued.

Since privacy coins have gained popularity, this project was revived by several people who believe in the technology behind Nerva. What makes XNV unique is that it gives the power back to the people and not private companies who develop custom ASICs or large mining pools. In essence it's truly decentralized because when you mine XNV you're also acting as a node.

TLDR; Nerva should be dead but it isn't. Privacy coins are going to be huge and Nerva is one that has survived and proven itself against all odds.

Im sorry but actually here on /biz/ we like to buy the top and sell the bottom. Your jeet coin does not meet those standards as we would have a net positive return on our 10$ investment. Fuck off #link4life #linkmarine #HODL

You actually don’t. Didn’t you hear? Monero is much better, ask all those bots or some shit. Actually Nerva is a jeet scam coin Hare Krishna and if you buy you are stupid. Consider investing into something that is not a SCAM like LINKCHAIN.

>>

I think they should start working. Like really hard. If they want it to go anywhere they have to get be shown on CoinGecko 100% and actually start doing coding.
>>
>>61772798
Nerva team is working on putting together a list of fixes and changes that will go into the next release. CoinMarketCap listed XNV this morning, CoinGecko is next.
