I'll chime in vs the gold vs silver debacle. Yes gold is manipulated same as silver but in a different way. It is manipulated much like diamonds are. As opposed to silver, it is not that heavy of an industrial metal. It is used but not nearly as much. Much of history's gold still exists either as bullion or jewelry.
