"Bitcoin would need to plunge to $8,000 (and remain at that level for five to six years) before balance sheet issues"https://www.theblock.co/post/388774/strategy-ceo-bitcoin-q4-earnings-callMight be a reason for the bounce back
>>61818008>mstr baggies still treating their leveraged etf like a real stockcute
>>61818008complete horseshit, just like their fraudulent balance sheet pretending that they own bitcoin when what they really own are private securities and derivative contracts pinned to the price of bitcoin.its very likely its already completely fucked and reaching out to even more lenders behind the scenes to stay solvent.
>>61818008That's some insane share dilution, if true.
>>61818008If BTC goes to $8,000, the BTC network shuts down permanently.
>>61818008he got a blank check from the Trump administration
>>61818008thats the biggest lie ive ever heard
>>61818008>does Microstategy end with riches or tragedy
>>61818008Lol - this is just bullshit. When their creditors want to be repaid, where are they gonna get the money from? Oh yeah, by creating new shares and dumping on baggies.Bitcoin ETF makes this junk redundant.
all their projections assume that their shares have a value and that people are willing to buy them
>>61820018I know some guys that work a bitcoin mine and they're not permitted to continue unprofitable mining for longer than 6 months due to environmental regulations. after 12 months theyll have to fill in the shaft and leave
Saylor is an invert fraud with no BTC.Notice "his" round skull, short neck, close-set features, now notice the blocky skulls, long necks, and wide-set features of these "women", all inverts.Inversion is what Carpenter was referencing in They Live. Freemasonry, like Jews, like Templars etc are deliberate astroturfed red-herrings, game theory it out: why would They have publicly identifiable allegiance? They wouldn't.But They do exist, and They are an active, malicious cabal, so how does it actually work?Elite Gender Inversion is not Baal or Baphomet or Saturn or Satan worship (tho They probably worship all of these false gods), it is the means by which They stay biologically distinct and separate from Us and maintain Their information asymmetry through collusion. They form a distinct separate superorganism that's been parasiting from Us (the human superorganism) for at least 300 years. Information and game theory preclude the oligarchy being a rigid hierarchical structure, it must be an organic system or it would fail to organize effectively, EGI is that organic structure.Open your eyes, see the theatre and you will no longer fall for Their lies.
>>61820083It's not, they just speak in weasel words and phrases. "balance sheet issues" means they already sold all of their bitcoin holdings and still have debts and obligations they need to make payments on.
>>61818133Cope and seethe.
>>61820173Exactly.
>>61818008Can the shareholders go down to $8 a share for 5-6 years?
>>61820293MSTR is a pure ponzi, notice that Saylor's claimed buys have never moved the market even an inch.>>61820174
>>61818008>"Bitcoin would need to plunge to $8,000 (and remain at that level for five to six years) before balance sheet issues"bullshit levels off the chart, I'm convinced he already knows his scheme won't survive this bear market
>>61818008>just trust me on this bro ok?
Let me guess, he assumes his mstr hasn't completely collapsed in price and liquidity when BTC is at 8k and is just modelling BTC at 8k with current market price which is absurd and not attached to reality.
>>61820372Not true. They don't immediately move it because he buys OTC not spot. That is still ultimately taking coins out of circulation so it filters down over time.
>>61820018Fuck You. If you keep saying this shit it's gonna happen.
>>61820018Do you people just not understand how the hashing difficulty works or how market forces work? I keep reading these r/buttcoin tier posts and I can't tell if biz is trolling or if we have genuine retards here.Bitcoin has legitimate issues and instead you fixate on the dumbest talking point out there.
>>61818008Holy based, Saylo discovered the infinite leverage glitch. What a man huh?
>>61822001whats gonna filter down over time is knowing theres an underwater $50,000,000,000 sell order coming for crypto
>>61818008>Might be a reason for the bounce backAnyone that thought MSTR would get liquidated at 40k is fkin retarded, what did you think, that they´re 3x leveraged like Ranjeet and friends?
>>61822086Now outline:Why Saylor would realize a loss despite his entire spiel being 'never sell' and there being nothing forcing him to.How, even if he were to sell, he could dispose of 700,000 BTC all at once.Saylor FUD basically boils down to fantasy from BTC detractors with no basis in reality.
>>61820018I strongly doubt that, we see this scenarios every time bear market hits and still BTC always bounce back stronger. IMO I'm just staking my BTC fuck the bear
>>61822116>Why Saylor would realize a lossthe growing debt>he could dispose of 700,000 BTC all at once.you're single digit iq if you think you can sell 700,000 btc at once for anywhere REMOTELY near current price
>>61822346>the growing debtNope. There are no LTV triggers in any of Strategy’s capital stack. There is no loan backed by BTC collateral that forces selling when BTC hits $73k, or $50k, or $40k for that matter. There is no margin call clause embedded in their convertibles or perpetual preferreds.>you're single digit iq if you think you can sell 700,000 btc at once for anywhere REMOTELY near current priceThat is my point, dumbass. It's never going to happen, keep dreaming.
>>61822361You are overthinking it. It's not about margin calls or other forced/automatic sell mechanisms. They have debt (the convertible notes). They need to repay the debt when it matures. It's that simple. If they don't have cash to pay the debt when it matures, they need to either raise that cash from investors (which will be nigh impossible if bitcoin has crashed and wrecked their balance sheet, evident by how they made almost no bitcoin purchases during the previous bear market), or they need to sell some of their bitcoin to cover it. Even if it's at a loss. They are in fact forced to do so. If they don't, they go bankrupt and the bitcoin will be sold during bankruptcy proceedings anyway.
>>61820338massive unrealized financial loss is the best way to shake out the people who don't understand how the stock works
>>61822361>they are taking on debt to buy Bitcoin, offcourse they will be trouble if Bitcoin dumps beyond critical values.
>>61822858>>61822913You are basically betting that BTC will crash permanently, beyond any normal bear market. Pretty much dead.Saylor is betting on it continuing to perform long-term.That's basically what it is.
>>61822001>>61822001ETFs also buy OTC, while ETF flows correlate with price action, Saylor(female)'s claimed buys have never moved the market even an inch. Complete impossibility were the invert fraud Saylor actually buying BTC>>61820174
>>61822086Saylor is an invert fraud, she has no BTC to sell: >>61820174>>61822361>it's never going to happenCorrect, because Saylor(female) has noBTC. Notice her flat forehead, short neck, shallow etes, close-set features
>>61822014there is no hope for the zoomers
>>61818008Saylor flirting with Murphey's Law. Can't decide if based or retarded.
>>61818008>BTC $8K>Strategy/Saylor “no issues”You stupid fucking faggot . You are too retarded to be allowed to live
>>61818008Has he given any interviews or said anything since the recent crash?
>>61822858This. Why the fuck brainlets obfuscate this I don't know. They will need to massively dilute share holders to repay bond holders. Why the FUCK would you buy MSTR rather than a BTC ETF.
>>61827334Simple. Not buying any. Not the etf scam, not the dot com boomer scam. Just. Not. Going. To. Buy.
>>61818008>Saylor can go to $8k
someone should make a coin but instead of doing random math you compute ai tokens
Isn’t he a felon?
>>61827334>for leverage
>>61820293> BTC down 40% from ATHcalm down sweaty
