Took me three hours to submit two job applications. I'm finna never get a job.

Yeah and people love telling you you have to submit like 1,000 of them.
Lets do the math. 3 hours for 2 apps?
1,000/1.5hrs
667 hours...
That's 27 days straight, non-stop of submitting apps to "get a job"...

It's fucking retarded.

This is why I purpose a policy of Rejection Fees. If you apply to work somewhere and they ignore or decline your app -- they owe you money for wasting your time applying.

Good morning!

Okay well I guess this thread is done, good luck OP!

Usually about an hour just to jump through all the hoops. Makes me want to give up on applying to jobs asap, not like I've applied recently. It's just so demoralizing.

>rookie numbers, quantity over quality for job applications
>>
>>61821224
you may be retarded. just have a few different resumes and cover letters then copy and paste it into different job applications. dont bother with ones that make u do more unless you think you have a real shot
>>
>>61821313
Are you retarded or an esl accusing others of being esl?
>>
>>61821224
I feel like if I lost my job I'd be too retarded now to get another one.
When I was young I was a genuinely talented dev. I'm sure I'd do terrible on the psychometric tests now.

Just wait until you get to the hr screenings and then 2 video interviews plus an in person interview before they'll even think about giving you an offer.
Applying is the easy part.

Those people are using an automated service like Indeed which incorrectly and falsely fills out job applications.

HR stacies are demons, they want to see us suffer.
