Most people are worried about paying their next bill, their next meal, living paycheck to paycheck. That is why we never had an alt season this cycle why and alts are dead. People have more important things to put money in.

I heard Apple computers were the "cool" computers. Would you like a cool computer for when you go back to college, Anon? when will you go back to college again? Are you still taking time off for your gender affirming? How is that going?
>>
I used to think people lived paycheck-to-paycheck because everything was too expensive but it's just because zoomers and millennials don't know how to spend their money. No it's not "muh daily coffee making you poor". It's being in major credit card debt because you spend too much on useless shit that you don't need and probably will forget about in a week. Have you seen the average person's Amazon history? Zoomers and millennials cannot manage their money

it's not that people don't know how to spend their money but rather they only know how to spend money

I mean, what investments does the average zoomer have to look forward to?
Cars are ridiculously priced nowadays and houses are unattainable. Apartments in large cities too.
So no wonder they spend the money on stupid bullshit. Why save up for a house until you're 50, who knows if you'll even live that long and if the world as we know it will exist by that point?
>>
I have a wealth of 2 yil if we're going by how long you can live without a paycheck = wealth, not including investments. I don't really feel safe
>>
>>61823960
So because you assume houses will be unattainable no matter what you should waste every dime you earn and have no investments or emergency fund?

The point is its an incentive structure issue. Very few humans have a real drive to go achieve just because. Its extremely rare. Everyone responds to incentives.

Consider
A) you work hard. you get stuff done. You get paid well, own a house and start a family. Live comfortably
B) you do nothing, fuck around all day, don't get paid enough to live, won't ever own a house or family, and worst case you get fired and go on welfare and live the same life you have now.

Who do you think is going to be a better employee long term? 95+% of the population is going to pick B without the incentives offered in A. Thats where we are today. Yeah I've had my fair share of useless zoomie employees who didn't do shit. At the same time when I had their shit level job I made 35k. a house was 100k a good car was 10k. I was to 50 in 2 years. Now they make 60k. a house is 500k, car 30k min. not really the same. Now try getting hired for entry level let alone promoted LOL

I'm not saying it's logical, just that it's a real problem. When houses and cars seem completely out of reach, minimum wage zoomers will buy Labubus and dubai chocolate instead while living with their parents.

True. My brothers literally spend every dime they get on steam games and Fortnite skins. Then they act confused why I have so much more money than them.

I try to gently give them advice but then they make fun of me saying "X investment is a scam". It's so frustrating dealing with them but they're family so what can you do?

We didn't have a 'szn' but my biggest mistake was letting myself get fudded out of multiple 10-20x baggers by /biz/tards insisting we weren't going to ave any alts run. Avantis, Aero, Trumpcoin- all of these did big runs and peaks and declines. Could have made so much money.

The altcoin market. Banks aren't fomoing into Link or Hotsytotsienazi coin. They were buying Bitcoin and Ether in order to control the markets because letting those run free and make nerds rich isn't good for their bottom line.
