It starts with euphoria, Then you get a few cycles with higher highs and lower lows. The cycles continue until a point is reached where the shitcoin won't make another ATH anymore (that's Bitcoin's next cycle by the way). The lows keep getting lower and there's no new ATH in the horizon. Eventually all idiots lose interest and the coin dies. I personally expect a bottom around $25k, then another pump to $125k, then death. Bitcoin is not special in any way. Discuss.
>>61826893Good, its time to kill that useless shit, so eth can finally rally!
>>61826893If such a case were to happen, do you suppose DeFi would absorb normie capital, or do you think losing btc’s name recognition would kill the whole space? Since normies are already aware of meme shitcoins like dogecoin/xrp I’d imagine they’d take their gambling urges to the altcoin market.
Unless the US Government buys it themselves, this shit's going nowhere. But why would they buy bitcoin when they could buy Polkadot, which is everything ETH wants to be, but better?
>>61826910dogecoin/xrp are not defi, those are shitcoins.
>>61826914saaar...
>>61826906ETH is already in the "no new ATH this cycle" phase, so it's 1 cycle closer to death. Don't baghold that shit.>>61826910There will always be random coins pulling off a 10x or even a 100x. But no, shitcoins won't "absorb capital". It will just be random pump and dumps.
>>61826953For ETH in particular, I expect it to bottom lower than last cycle's low, so around $1300 - $900 is where I'll be buying.
>>61826914If a government was to formally adopt a digital currency it would MAKE ONE FROM SCRATCH according to their own specs and requirements. If you ever believed a government or institution would adopt an existing crypto controlled by god knows fucking who you're a fucking retardCrypto is inevitably going to zero one day
>>61826893Because crypto is a pyramid scheme. BitCoin was just a slightly more stable pyramid scheme.
>>61826893if BTC simply implemented all the innovations of the shitcoins under it (privacy, etc.) and thereby render all other fake craptocurrencies obsolete, it would be the #1 asset on earth
>>61826893>totally agree, retail to move to Dogecoin
>>61826893lool are you a poorfag or a newfag, cant tell
Ethereum is what bitcoin wishes it was. If the infrastructure for global payments doesn't happen worldwide bitcoin will die. Gold has a use case other that a store of value because its actual money, jewelry etc. If bitcoin doesn't start getting adopted fast it will slow bleed to zero. Ethereum > bitcoin
>>61828551Ethereum is a bloated bitcoin with no use case. The only actual usecase for crypto ive seen is depin which allows for cheaper infrastructure.
>>61828390a lot of those innovations fucking blow ass though, they're not really even innovations, rather they are tradeoffs that sacrifice some amount of decentralization or network security for faster or cheaper transactions, or the abillity to do stupid ETH shit, and that point just buy fucking ETH, keep it seperate. The only thing I'd like to see is privacy features, but the drawback with that is that fedniggers will prohibit BTC and nuke it from orbit. So let Bitcoin do it's thing and XMR do it's thing as well. They all serve their function perfectly.I still standby my belief that everything that isn't BTC / XMR and ETH are dogshit and should never ever be bought for any reason.
>>61828753>sar I buy NFT tokens of monkeys with immense beauty. Art truly is priceless.
>>61826893Bitcoin will eventually die because it is, at its core, a ponzi scheme which relies on greater fools to keep it going. Everyone already knows about it and have either bought or decided not to. I don't even see it lasting another cycle.
>>61828869What happens when the energy to produce 1 coin severely exceeds the cost of 1 coin
>>61828908giga squeeze to infinity?kek
>>61828908Death spiral to zero?
Ok but BTC has been in the shitter forever now why are you still posting about it? Bored of silver already?
>>61826893This is my current outlook on BTC as well. Slowly going to roll over (2029 the last peak) and once that happens it's going to begin the long bleedout process with lower highs.Alts? Don't even bother. They were done after 2021.
RuneScape party hats.
