Long story short, I have a degree in international business. How do I ensure my chances of landing a job are as high as possible?

I know how to code and speak 3 languages, and that's it. I need to find an internship and thought about a master's degree in Financial Engineering but idk what to do. I'm a Eurobro btw

Everything is a test. What languages? What do you actually want to get into? Are you a numbercruncher, a salesman, a visionary? Other than uranium and copper... what is clearly undervalued right now?

For further context, I will say I am pretty analytical; I've always been this way. That's why I learned how to code in Python by myself, because it felt objective, like things just were a certain way.

I had a few marketing subjects that were absolutely useless and felt so fucking boring; I couldn't stand them, and it always felt like it was subjective, which I hated.

I don't want to argue about things; I just want to show they're a certain way. I might not be explaining myself as properly as I'd like, but yeah, that's how I feel about it.

And marketing feels so feminine and childish, I can't bring myself to tolerate it.

I speak Spanish because I was born and raised in Spain. I passed the Cambridge C2 exam a few years ago, and I have a B2 German level.

I'd say I'm more of a number cruncher because every project I've created in Python was related to risk management, data automation, and so on.

Don't dox yourself, but whereabouts are you based, are you willing to move? I am getting a picture of you, clearly not a salesman, but are you sociable, or are you someone whose presence we must suffer?

I am helping you and baiting for undervalued resources at the same time. I am very interested in unorthodox perspectives and specialized knowledge.

Should have studied international pussy.

No, I am not a salesman; I don't feel like one at least. I am sociable, though not a lot, because I love being by myself, and I find the majority of people I have crossed paths with very boring (which isn't their fault btw I don't hold any grudge against them). I actually enjoy working with people when we get to compenetrate and get things done; that's really nice.

I am willing to move, yes, I absolutely am. I actually thought about trying to get an internship somewhere in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria, just an internship for the last part of my bachelor's degree, and aim for a master's afterwards.

Low profit margins, not that much to learn really. Yonis mostly correspond to bodysize - but there are very interesting racial differences in texture and smell for the true connoisseur!

With your mix of languages that sounds like a sound plan, although you might underestimate the kind of opportunities that lies in places like Chile. German friend of mine made a very successful business as an electrician simply because his brand as a European was very valuable. I am sure you know you made a mistake with learning programming, but there are, possibly, very strong futures in SENIOR developments... but without strong experience I actually think you might want to cut your losses or try to get into, well, war and drones and shit.

Any hobbies? Any specialized knowedge? Are you unable or unwilling to give me your best bet for commodities in a 5-10 year perspective?

Hey retard the entire point of going to college to get a business degree is to make connections and meet people that can help you either jumpstart your career or advance it by doing favors. You did make sure to make several connections and meet people that can get you a job, right?

From another International Business degree across the pond, anon, my work has shifted between marketing, strategy, and logistics. I'm more engineering-minded (originally went to uni for mechanical eng) and gravitated towards manufacturing/infrastructure businesses. Your curriculum most likely gave you a good round of classes in finance, accounting, marketing, law, general business, etc., so you can aim for more financial analyst roles in companies and make that more of your specialty. Most companies here don't really care which degree you have; the job applications will ask for a "business, finance, accounting degree or similar plus experience" - as long as you have an aptitude for whichever main subject you're looking to fill in a role. Do you have job fairs in your local area, or does your university program or dean have a connection with any companies? That's honestly the best direction, and that's how I landed my first internship.

Do you have any actual job experience? Check out the day rates being offered here as a contractor e.g in Belgium https://platform.pro-unity.com/Freelancer/job-posts

Also an international business grad from across the pond. Don’t underestimate the power of networking, even after college. Something you should do continuously whether or not you are employed. That said, you should be able to find work as a business analyst or something similar. I work in data analytics and it’s pretty cozy, even with all the fear around AI.
