I am gonna ask a question to test how my generation would hire me. It being gen Z and millennials.

Say for example I have a decent amount of work experience, a good degree in business analytics with a minor in computer science, a strong willingness to do my work, decent at computers and math, and a desire to help people.

However, I am ugly, smelly, and most people don't like being around me. I am outcasted and people don't like talking to me.

Would you hire me or would you force yourself to go with social dynamics?

No. Working with gross smellies brings down everyone's mood and therefore productivity.
