I have no experience but I need a job. I'm a former Ivy League grad, failed investment banker, got a few years experience in equity research and got laid off... have totally given up trying to find a new job since A.I has replaced everybody. There is no more hope.I want to restart my life but in concrete or a job that pays at least $22/hour where I can eat and sleep and stuff. I really REALLY don't want to be homeless and it looks more likely by the day. What do I do?I reached out to some construction sites but they all demand prior experience. I have a 150k in savings and was thinking about bribing a concrete person to get me a job and then I can get experience that way.

If you went to an Ivy League then you could apply to be a tutor. There’s tons of these tutor positions on LinkedIn that I have to filter. There’s also jobs where you can train AI that allows you to work remotely. Failing that, just apply to a fast food chain or something. Your lungs will be fucked if you work these jobs. There’s a reason why your parents and society tells you to go to college.

If you really are an ivy league grad and aren't just larping it should be easy for you to go into a much better paying specialty with better working conditions like electrical, hvac or elevators. 150k is more than enough to pay for trade school and most schools will even help you get a job.
