what's stopping you from retiring early in a significantly cheaper country? You don't even have to go to some third-world desolate hellhole, eastern Europe is significantly cheaper while also not being a huge downgrade from America.Belgrade for example, the average salary there is like $15k a year while rent is $600 a month and the crime rate is much lower than any major American city, it may not be as advanced technologically but it's not like that's unlivable
>>61862173eastern europe wouldnt feel like home to an american, yea that sounds corny but its true.
>>61862173I like living in rural Midwest America and owning a gun.
>>61862173>eastern Europeive been force to play enough counter strike with these people to never want to be any where near them. I'll keep living with nogs instead, thx.
>>61862173this guy wants me to move to fucking SERBIA LOL
>>61862215This People don't realize how blessed it is to just be able to do whatever the fuck you want without other humans breathing down your neck. Though I guess that's only true for the native Euros, the black and brown migrants seem to do whatever they want.
>>61862173It's like you want to become drone bait in WWIII.
>>61862173If you ever lived in another country you’ll quickly realize that being a foreigner means you’re forever a second or even third class citizen. There are restrictions on things like bank accounts, it takes much longer to figure out taxes, your family is far away, and you have no grasp on local culture so jokes, references, and even dangerous situations go over your head. God forbid you move to another country where everyone is a completely different ethnicity than you or speaks a difference language. Even being an American in Canada you feel out of place.
>>61862173I have somewhere between 4 and 9 years of saving up until I can go. I'll planning for SEA. I find it more comfy than eastern Europe.
>>61862201>>61862215>>61862250Mostly these. But the biggest reason is that it would never feel like home, and I say this as someone who has traveled a lot in his 20s. America may be an Africa-tier shithole on the brink of collapse, but it's also where I grew up and became who I am today.
