I’m 29 and make 120k a year but am stuck paying 2500 a month for my shitty apartment (new jersey). I have the option to either renew my lease or end it next month. What’s the feasibility of living out of my car for one year, during which time I save up as much cash as possible for a down payment on a house? I have 70k in my savings and I want at least 150k in the bank before I stop voluntarily being homeless
