>You people would judge a fish's ability to climb a tree. Think about it, you put people on the spot like they have to be able to do their talents on command like a show dog. (You) who are reading this right now, are some techs dependent nerd hoping to gleam knowledge from the broader business community at large, well, I'll tell you want. There is a parasitic class of ruthless sociopaths who treat honesty with contempt, and they're playing a very different game than you. Talent is just a commodity that they exploit and drain to death. Benevolence is a facade they put on for political expedience.

The secret is working for large limited companies. It's the sweet spot. Too big for nepotism and politics but also not at the behest of shareholders and Jeet CEOs. A limited company will value talent because it needs to constantly push for efficiency to survive rather than the endless need for "growth". Small limited companies suck, they're just a network of relatives working in different departments and you are treated like a slave. But a large limited company is different and generally bullshit-free.
