Today we have socialism for the boomers and the young get to pay for it via taxes and inflation.

arguable the boomers were the ones who lost the most skin in 2008-9, I'm a millennial who lost a quarter of his retirement with that, but it was only a few thousand dollars because I'd only had it a few years at that point. The article you posted doesn't say boomers at all but only banking management who got the socialism.

Boomers more than made it up with the property bubble, and I stand by my assertion that boomers overwhelmingly want their ponzi scheme entitlements, and they fully expect them to be paid for by the younger generations who are getting poorer ever year.

It doesn't fall into a neat paradigm, and I'm not advocating for socialism. The "free market" isn't a free market when we privatize the profits and socialize the losses, but only for rich jews.

The free market left the scene sometime between 1873 and 1913.

Neither of those are true - perception of reality is implicitly relativist. Fiat is comparatively depreciating and conversely, alternative stores of value are appreciating. Using some mathematical constant or variable as a baseline doesn’t reflect reality as much as it does a technical paradigm. Generally, more than one thing is happening at a given moment.

Maybe it's time to reconsider whether the narratives in your echo chamber are true (they're not). Look at the historical price chart of gold and look up dates of major wars and see if it changes or not (it doesn't).
>>
>>61904936
Specifically in this case the chinese yuan is depreciating, they're trying to print their way out of their debt cycle which is causing them to buy up gold. This is entirely a china run story, the west hasn't woken up to gold yet even a tiny bit.

The way I see it this is bearish in the short term and majorly bullish in the long term.

Fiat is inherently inflationary due to human nature.

Hard money has a fixed basis in reality, and while there are natural economic cycles with hard money, leading to economic ups and downs, they are nothing compared to what happens when 4000 phd jews try to manage the economy using the fiat money supply and interest rates.

The price of Campbell's condensed tomato soup was remarkably stable for nearly 100 years. (price went down in real terms)

UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY MORNING
tomorrow is first notice day. tomorrow, any remaining open interest could receive delivery notices on any date in march. today is first position day, the day on which all open contracts must state their intention to close, roll, or receive. right on time, open interest has fallen below the threshold of registered supply. 11,356 march contracts were closed yesterday, of which 5,666 rolled into may. remaining open interest stands at 52,630,000 ounces. registered also declined by about 900,000 and now sits at 86,282,854 ounces. these numbers will probably be revised soon, i'll keep y'all posted.

the open interest is shockingly, suspiciously low. and i'm sure it's going to drop even more today. as a reminder, january 2026, a minor month, saw 49.4 million ounces delivered. last march, 80.7 million ounces. march deliveries should never be anywhere close to that of january. so why is this month falling off so hard? it represents a reversal of a very strong trend towards higher and higher deliveries. and in a major month at that. whatever calls they made, the mad lads preserved their asses for another month.

the problem is capitalism rewards the greedy sociapaths more than the hardworking businesmann who wants to get rich via his hard work
Just look at the shit they put in Coke its full of Cornsyrup because its cheaper than regular sugar
while at the same time you can get Kosher cokre in the states with real sugar and no Corn syrup
or how many times some company polluted the ground water of some small comunity and now they all got cancer
The same shit is happening in socialsm btw in east germany they had spies who would spray you with Radioactive isotopes to make you easier to track or have some total retard overseing a powerplant until it fails and radioactive shit trickles down the drinking water poisioning everyone
You know as i type this down i realise that it really is more of a sociopathy problem no sane peroson would ever want to do whats "necessary" to go on top because that means selling your soul to moloch or whatever but that just means that the only people who rise on top are total psychopaths
Its a cutthroat world and if youre not willing to step on a few corpses then youre simple not going to make it

Corn syrup in coke is a result of socialism, not capitalism.

The government subsidies (a feature of socialism, not capitalism) corn farmers in America, and tariffs (a feature of socialism, not capitalism) sugar grown overseas in Vietnam. That's why you guys have corn syrup in your Coke.

Countries that are more capitalist than America, like New Zealand, don't subsidize their farmers, and don't tariff incoming goods. As a result, they use the cheapest option for their Coke, which is sugar.

Capitalism is individualism. It's when a small government exists only to protect you from violence, theft, and fraud. In capitalism, the government has zero influence on the economy.

Socialism/nazism/communism/statism/fascism/corporatism is collectivism. It's why the economy is ran via popular vote. It's when a big government runs social programs and passes laws that affect the economy.

I hope this helps fren. Buy silver, and then the socialism will go away. The government won't be able to print money to fund their socialist public services.

The Comex exchange is helping the trapped shorts. CME Globex platform suffered a sudden "technical issue" that specifically halted trading in Metals and Natural Gas futures and options for roughly 40 minutes (from around 12:11 PM to 12:50 PM Central Time). During this freeze, the CME aggressively canceled all Day Orders.
+1. Was it done "on purpose" to save the trapped banks? Proving a deliberate "plug pull" in a court of law is nearly impossible, as the CME will always hide behind the shield of "system architecture failure." However, if we look at the mechanics of what a glitch like this actually achieves, the result is completely indistinguishable from deliberate manipulation.

Here is exactly how yesterdays glitch irectly bailed out the trapped short sellers:

1. The "Momentum Killer"

When a market is squeezing the shorts, the most important element for the bulls is momentum. The Squeeze: Retail and technical algorithms see the price breaking upward and pile in, forcing the shorts to panic-buy to cover their positions. The Freeze: Suddenly, the screen goes dark. You cannot buy; you cannot sell. The Result: The psychological panic of the short sellers is instantly relieved. They get 40 mins to breathe, make phone calls, secure more margin from their prime brokers, and coordinate a defense. The bulls' momentum is entirely broken.

2. The Order Book "Reset" (The Cancellation Trap)

The CME announced that all "Day Orders" were canceled, but "Good-Till-Canceled" (GTC) orders remained. Who uses Day Orders? Retail and short-term momentum algorithms pushing the price up. Who uses GTC Limit Orders? Institutional banks sitting below the market waiting to absorb volume, or sitting above the market to cap the price. The Result: When the market re-opened, the "Attackers" (the bulls) found their weapons confiscated—they had to manually re-enter all their buy orders. Meanwhile, the "Defenders" (the banks) still had all their heavy limit orders perfectly in place.
>>
>>61905560
3. The "Targeted" Nature of the Glitch

What makes yesterday's event highly suspicious is that it wasn't a total system failure—it specifically targeted Metals and Energy. If a core data center goes down, everything goes down (equities, bonds, FX). When only the exact markets experiencing massive leverage pressure and short-squeezes "glitch out," the statistical probability of it being a random server error drops to near zero.

4. The Precedent: The November 2025 "Black Friday" Outage

You likely remember the massive 11-hour CME outage that happened just a few months ago over the Thanksgiving weekend. During that event, Silver was showing early signs of a massive technical breakout. The CME blamed a "cooling issue at a CyrusOne data center." When the market finally reopened, physical silver surged to record highs, proving that the paper market was actively suppressing a massive physical demand shock.

The Verdict: Weaponized Incompetence

Whether a rogue engineer at a bullion bank literally called the CME to pull the cord, or the CME's matching engine simply "broke" under the sheer volume of algorithmic panic, the outcome is the same.

"Glitches" always favor the institutions holding the most margin. It allows them to reset the chessboard when they are losing.

Plan. : Do not be demoralized by this. In the futures market, a targeted glitch is actually the ultimate "Tell." It proves my hypothesis from earlier:

the Banks are backed into a corner, completely trapped in their short positions, and the physical market is tightening around their necks. When they have to break the machine to stop the price from rising, you know you are on the winning side of the trade.

i know what you're saying but you're not wrong for having your hopes up. the situation is extremely precarious and every major month carries a chance of the music stopping. hell even a minor month with high deliveries could do it as there seems to be no difference between major and minor now anyway. one blue whale could order 50m ounces and blow this whole thing up tomorrow. nothingeverhappensfags are always right until they aren't

So if may matches march, whivh seems likely, they will be fucked. The only thing that could stop this is changing the rules, mass price increase to entice long to close, or them out bidding industry for more physical supply. I doubt the most latter option will be what they pick this year, as I don't think the lbma will let them do as the did last year, and it's easier for them to just change the rules.

Does platinum have better growth potential compared to silver?
It's not commonly considered a currency metal so there's not as much interest, but the market cap is like 10% of silver's.
As such, it would be far easier for platinum to grow in value. Going from 500B to 5T is a lot more feasible than going from 5T to 50T.

I do the same thing. I cross check between silvergold bull, td bullion, pmx, colonial acres and coinshoppe. I also use coastal treasures from time to time. PMX has little to no stock and they changed payment methods so they could be overlooked. Silver gold bull and td are my go to but both have 2 month + wait for delivery. Ordering from a smaller outfit like torontogoldbullion or coastal treasures could get the metals into your hand sooner than the other dealers.

It’s super goofy, I have a TD account and have for years but when I’ve purchased silver through their website, it never gives me the lower price. What gives? Also I have 9oz (4 bars and 5 maples) from TD waiting to arrive, I ordered the bars on January 10th and still haven’t got them lol. Just ordered the 5 maples at work last week, I was going to buy at this local by my work today but forgot my ID at home, so I’m looking at online options outside of TD or silvergoldbull (they charge a bunch if you use debit/credit). It seems torontogoldbullion have best prices for their time of delivery Inb4 they got Hasidic shipping time as well

I have two outstanding orders from TD. One was before the new year! I think they are taking orders, while waiting for delivery. Which is fucked. Everyone is playing the wait game in this country. I am not a td customer so I can't help you on the lower price aspect, but I understand what you are saying. You may need to log into your account before purchasing? I just thought of another dealer I have used in the past, BullionMart. They do tend to have higher prices though. If you are in the six like me you could stop by their physical store. I was in there last week because it shows online they have 2026 silver eagles, but instore they only have backdated eagles. There wasn't alot to pick over, but more options than pmx when I visited them the week prior. Nothing wrong with torontogoldbullion.

We all know COMEX is circling the drain, but you can open a futures position for only $1,500 and then call for delivery.
It's less than $10k to demand delivery of silver from COMEX.

Further more it begs the question; Why did they start 100oz contracts in the first place?
When I read the CME rulebook, one of the things they can do is change the delivery rules during an emergency. That includes changing the format of the physical silver.
I theorise they will do something like allowing the COMEX to deliver smaller bars, or even rounds, which would allow them to buy things like .999 silver rounds that are going to the smelters and deliver them to futures contracts, bypassing the need to melt them into the larger deliverable bars and relieving some backlog on the smelters.
100oz futures would be the ideal vehicle to do this, if they can get the 1oz's directly and immediately and fullfill 100oz contracts, then they can claim a higher % of contracts filled helping to maintain their status as a physical delivery exchange
>>
>>61906356
There's no way they'd be good for delivery, they would be announcing a divorce from the LBMA if they did that.

Junk (constitutional 90%) is extremely valuable in person to person transactions once the normies see how fast the dollar is failing.

Do you think any of these people at the farmer's market regrets taking silver for food, or would hesitate to do so again?
https://youtu.be/7Miy878rSVQ

Pre 65 silver coinage has in the past sold for a high premium, precisely because it's extremely useful as fractional silver. It's durable, recognizible, and compared with fractional 999 silver, is economical.

Right now 1 silver Maple is $131 in Canada.

Sounds like the dealer sells by weight, and adds 10% extra weight to offset the 90% silver content.

IE, if spot is $80 dealer sells 3.3 ounces of junk silver for $240.

From what I can gather, Jane (jew) Street is a privately owned firm, likely pooling a bunch of jew money that manipulates markets to make a profit.
>In July 2025, Jane Street was temporarily banned by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for alleged market manipulation.

In the past they've rugpulled some crypto tokens and have a reputation for being typical jews. The concern is they are now getting into silver in a big way and they will add their own jew tricks to the already extremely jewey COMEX tricks.

Expect to get lowballed or rejected outright.
Normies do not understand precious metals and to them gold and silver look like bars in their imagination, not quarters and dimes. Have fun trying to explain to them the difference.

>Why would a normie want stuff that looks like pocket change when .999 exists?
Because the US dollar is dying. It lost 10% in purchasing power last year. At some point the dollar decay will reach some threshold level that the normies will start to want alternatives.

Awareness of silver (both fine, and 90%) will jump, as will the silver price, as people of modest means begin to accumulate precious metals as a hedge for inflation, and most of us can't afford meaningful quantities of gold.

Don't skate for where the puck is right now, skate for where the puck is going.
>>

I 100% guarantee you they will be printing like fiends.

If the real estate and equities crash, tax receipts and bank solvency both crash. We're back in the 2008 "systemic" failure again.

The "bail ins" (aka The Great Taking) is literally the nuclear option. No government will survive "freezing" the boomers assets, while the market is simultaneously crashing.

the amount of fake junk compared to .999 fakes is incredibly minuscule, especially if you ignore peace dollars and morgans
>>
>>61907136
>printing like fiends causes the exact same amount of chaos though. they have no good options
Exactly. This is the key characteristic of a debt trap:
1. Cut spending (severe austerity to save the dollar)
>triggers severe economic collapse (depression) which then forces the government to print money which kills the dollar

2. Print money to save the bond market
>triggers high inflation which kills the dollar

3. Print money to offset market(s) crashing
>triggers high inflation which kills the dollar

There is no escape other than through extreme pain, and the longer they delay the pain, the worse the suffering will be. In a multiethnic country where 40% of the population isn't European/American and 13% will burn the cities down if their welfare stops, I don't see any happy endings where America comes out the other side intact.

We are living in the last of the good old days.

>junk silver isnt safe either
I know. I would like to have someone examine some fake junk to find out what alloy they are using. If it's magnetic, it's trivial. If it's copper, partially cutting with snips will verify. Maybe the same for lead/tin alloy.

Weight will be one give away if it's copper, so long as the size is correct. If it's plated, a scratch test on any abrasive should show either the copper or a difference between the interior and surface.

It will be a growing problem as the spot price of silver goes up. At $140/oz, a quarter is worth $25 bucks. That makes it worth the counterfeiter's while.

Quarters are big enough to ping test however.

This issue also applies to all 999 silver as well.

We just saw what happened at the recent all time high prices and for one reason or another, people werent buying anything that wasnt .999
In the recent silver dragon video, coin shop Harry said that the refiners he works with are still not taking anything besides .999

Besides the fractional sizes, there is no good argument to buy junk silver over pure silver.
It's just a bunch of people who are already heavily invested in junk and will defend their choice even if it doesnt make sense logically.

hey, at least you guys got a good deal on the junk, right? good luck with that.

>If the price is anywhere near that, they'd be desperate–and pay accordingly–for anything they could get their hands on. Even the "uncouth" silver.
We've already seen it with lower grade Canadian 80% and European 50% and lower coins. People will arbitrage and buy the cheapies.

That's the last I heard of his situation, too. I wish he'd give an update on his website or something since I can't lurk here as much.

>Plausible doesn't mean true
We won't find out what actually happened until months or years from now. Just like we didn't know at the time that 9-11 was (at the very least) known about beforehand and allowed to happen because it was of benefit to certain specific groups.

Now we have a much better idea that there was much more to 9/11 than we originally thought.

It's the opposite for anyone with a working brain

Nope, contrary. For every false .999 there are 100 fake junk coins. Stop talking about stuff you know nothing about

We knew who did 9/11 within days because Bin Laden claimed it and we had the flight manifests. Now, that we didn't act on us knowing who it was is another issue.

Wait OI dropped massively. They didnt roll forward. And they didnt receive silver. So they just took the cash and exited the exchange???

Doesnt that mean the exchange is losing customers en mass?

The Hunt Brothers got sued to death for trying to monopolizing. Doesn't work wen millions of people do it.

Like Shaka Zulu almost winning a battle against Brits with only 4 bullets left. All he had to do was sacrifice 4 more men and he would have won.

All they have to do is have people on TV say the stock market will bounce back in 2 more months at ad nauseum and they will eat that shit up. Post pone the rage until they die impoverished.
